5 stars if the staff wore their masks the whole time. It defeats the purpose if you pull it down to talk to another co-worker or place it under your nose. Otherwise staff is friendly and efficient and my doctor was good. No complaints about the care.

The doctors are nice but the billing department is horrible! They are cheating by randomly charging people for the follow-up visits. At first, they said the follow-up is free. Then they said, based on the contract, you are responsible for the copay after 90 days of the surgery date. Then they said it was not 90 days it was 10 days! Clearly they are dishonest and cheating their patients! I was never been told this when booking the appointment. And now, they told me this policy one year after the surgery, and chasing me to pay the ridiculous bill!Im telling my friends and relatives not going to this clinic any more!

This review is about the customer service at the front desk, as we didnt get to see the doctor. My mom needed to see a doctor, so weve called the insurance company to make sure the clinic takes this insurance, they confirmed it. On the day of the appointment, we came 15 minutes earlier as advised, ready to fill in the paperwork, only to be told they dont take this insurance. I asked the lady at the front desk to check again because weve just been told otherwise by our insurance representative. She went to the back office, cam back and told me, Come up! and then repeated the same, that they dont take this insurance, adding, quote, Even if we did, weve been talking about this for so long, you are 10 minutes past your appointment time, so Im not even sure if the doctor is gonna wanna see you at this point.Blond lady at the front, heres for you: take some customer service classes, will ya? You were being so rude. I am not a dog so you can tell me come up! So, please, use common courtesy and at least say the words please and thank you to at least seem polite.

Issues continue to plague this office. The administrative staff just doesnt know how to schedule appointments. On top of this, you are forced to call in a payment or mail in a payment - as their online payment system is unavailable now. What is this, 1990? This office needs to get their back office and systems in order. Ive about had it with the admin staff.

Nice office. Quoted $116 for a visit on the phone. Billed me $300 for a 15 minute conversation. Insurance only allowed $246. There were 0 tests done. Thus the 2 stars.

Im so glad my PCP referred me here. I had a very painful ear infection that hadnt improved after a week on antibiotics. The pain had driven me to urgent care once and the ER twice. After the ER doc pulled some black fibrous stuff out of my ear, I suggested that perhaps it was a fungal infection, which is why it was getting worse on antibiotics. But noooooo, they just gave me...more antibiotics. At Bellevue ENT, Rebecca took one look and said I was exactly right: it was Aspergillus (fungus) and whats worse it had eaten a hole in my eardrum. She carefully suctioned out all the debris (which was a surprisingly painless process), filled my ear with antifungal cream, and prescribed oral antifungals. I felt better immediately. I go back in a week to have a secondary antifingal cream inserted. Clearing this up will take some time and I wont be able to hear out of that ear for a while as the eardrum heals, but I am finally on the mend. Scary to think of what could have happened if I hadnt come here!

*update*The office manager reached out to me and apologized for the mix up. Its still an issue that this office needs to sort out in the future but the professional courtesy goes a long way in todays world. Thank you. Will now update to a 4 stat review with hopes to improved scheduling. Again as my original review states, the doctors here are fine. Our daughter likes Dr. KOPELOVICH a lot.2 star reviewThe doctors here are fine. The issue is their incompetent scheduling. Although its one company their Bellevue and Issaquah offices are not on the same page. Twice i confirmed my appointment today and when we arrived, the appointment was not on the books. This was not the first time this has happened. Its unfortunate because my daughters ENT specialist is very nice and skilled so we will continue to come here but i now have to constantly stress and confirm my appointments. For new patients buyer beware.

Rebecca the gal who took care of my wax build up. I received pain and loss of hearing in my right ear. After going to a local clinic they could not get one piece out, and was extremely painful. 15 minutes with Rebecca, she used proper tools and got it all out painless within 15 minutes. Will be going there in the feature thank you!

So I recently saw Dr. Zundel for some pain in my tonsils (as well as a couple of other issues). He mentioned that getting them taken out might help with the pain and breathing issues in general. So I agreed and a couple of weeks ago. If I said no and things ended here, I would still highly recommend the ENT clinic in Issaquah if youre closer to there than somewhere else. Now to the surgery. tl;dr I had the most phenomenal surgery experience ever under Dr. Zundel and his staff, I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.Leading up to the surgery his staff contacted me looking for information on my medical history, any issues that might arise, information of the day of the surgery and what I should expect for the next week. Very informative and I had my prescriptions filled beforehand so no one else would need to pick them up for me.The day of the surgery was absolutely unreal. The staff treated me like a king the whole time, professionalism all over the place. It was amazing how relaxing the entire process it was. To give you a heads up, I used to be in the military and Ive had terrible anxiety with medical procedures in the past. The day of the surgery was so professional top to bottom. From the beginning, we went over the surgery procedure and post op information. Followed by that came the time for the IV and last minute preparations along with the talk with the anesthesiologist walking me through how getting knocked out will work and the next couple of days following the surgery. The anesthesiologist was really amazing, she was really good at helping me relax, letting me know that everything will be great and Ill be out for a second and everything will be done and Ill be back to feeling great after. I cannot emphasize enough on how much communication happened and how relaxing it was knowing that everything was going to be fine. Every detail was covered down to even making sure I had a blanket keeping me warm (in what was a pretty cold operating room). Now to the easiest part of the entire process. The surgery itself. Just before Dr. Zundel came in and asked if I had any questions or concerns and if I was ready to go. Then I was off to the OR for the surgery. Im not going to lie, the operating room was utterly terrifying. The amount of equipment, the lights, the coldness right down to the terrifying operating table. But the staff was so quick to take my attention away from that, peacefully helped me lay down, strapped me in and made sure I was ready to go. The whole time talking through what they were doing so I knew the whole time. After that the anesthesiologist, again really relaxing as she walked through what she was do and started to inject the anesthesiology liquid? and checked in during it to make sure I was feeling okay. Then I was out. What felt like a 4 in a half hour nap, I woke up to the nurses waking me up and making sure I was okay. They were there the whole time post op making sure I felt fine and that everything was okay. Not going to lie here, getting your tonsils out hurts like hell, the best doctor in the world cant prevent that, but the nurses made sure I could get some pain meds and monitored me the whole time. The next following days I received calls from both Dr. Zundel and the surgery center to make sure Im okay and everything is going well.Im terrified of surgeries, but if I could ever pick an experience, it would be like this. I dont know how to convey how amazing Dr. Zundel and his staff was that day. From the communication, to every little detail to make me feel as comfortable as possible and everything else. All of it was perfect. I would say if you had the chance to work with Dr. Zundel, jump on that chance. But given the professionalism all around, I cant imagine anyone having a bad experience with any doctor there. To Dr. Zundel, your staff and Bellevue ENT, Issaquah. Thank you. I have a very short list of doctors I would fly out to see in the need of a surgery, welcome to that list. Cheers to you and your team.

I have an appointment as a new patient at 12:30 today, have waited for over an hour and am still waiting. No one explained to me if the waiting time is usual or not, and how much more time I will have to wait. This is the worst experience in all medical clinics I ever visited.
