Very polite and informative. Security was at door at all times.

Security guard at front informed me that as a NY medical marijuana card holder I could not buy flower but could buy cartridges. I went in, filled out a few forms and waited. I waited as I saw someone come in and leave before me. After 25 minutes I asked the receptionist if it would be much longer. She said that there is only one budtender and hes currently offloading a shipment😑 SO they would rather offload than attend to a paying customer. I left and will not go back. All I needed was a cartridge 😒 Disappointed. Definitely different standards here...not Colorado.Also, it was an empty parking lot so...Two stars for location, decor and friendly staff.

Their was a security office at the door. Asking for your Id. What time is your appointment. He was VERY nice. Inside were Greeted with lots of WARM. FEELED LIKE greeting FAMILY. They offer us cool lemonade while we waited . The Doctor was easy to talk to. He answer all my questions. GIVE me a good feeling trying this NEW PRODUCTS.

Super bad service. They charge for not bringing lic. on paper. When they were the ones who accepted my ID on my cell phone.They do not believe in e-mail as in all dispensaries. They charge you for the plastic bag. And they take you out of the literal dispensary for saying that you will pay the two dollars but you do not come back.Thanks to Top Shelf Rootz, I was able to get the medicine. I sent them the lic. By e-mail, they gave me the bag and I even received a discount. At Top Shelf Rootz the service is excellent. They open on Sundays too!

The flowers do not have them in sight and they do not weigh them in front of you and I do not know why no law prohibits that unless they sell you less quantity and you can not know. The service also has to improve, the boy does not distinguish the people who can buy flowers from those who can not. Total for about 8 months all licenses qualify for flower, that law was a long time ago and these people continue as in the past. Get up to date.
