This place deserves zero stars it’s no way my father will be coming back here especially when the staff and doctor is being threaten that’s so unsafe the way they was treated is unbelievable and unacceptable. The owner needs to control who she allows in her practice. AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brown and staff. They were professional, courteous and knowledgable. I received my glasses and am so happy with my vision! I highly recommend them.

Quality of service was not professional.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This place is absolutely horrible...the guy up front didnt even acknowledge me whatsoever and had me wait over two hours while he leisurely left to get a coffee. When he finally addressed me he was rude and condescending with absolutely no people skills whatsoever! Also this office does not follow covid guidelines at all! Very dirty and unsightly to say the least. Never will I return to this location....the only silver lining was the gracious help I received after the fact from Andrea at the front desk who went out of her way to help me after my initial horrendous experience.STAY AWAY...STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

My family and I go to the office in Irvington. Dr Ruth S. Takes her time explaining everything and makes sure you’re happy when you leave the office. Only thing I have a complaint about is the wait time

Who ever is making prescription glasses for this doctors office, is FAILING.

I went there after work today as a new patient and everything went smoothly! Ive been wearing glasses for about 10 years and this by far was the most thorough eye exam I had ever had in my life. When all was said and done the assistant sat down with me, allowed me to take my time to pick the frames that I not only liked but actually loved! She also took like to break down the pricing step by step and explained my options thoroughly. When closing time came, I was not rushed out the door and I was thanked for coming. I am absolutely satisfied with the service I received today and I look forward to picking up my new glasses in about 2 weeks! Thank you!

They only care about money and not your wellbeing. they also give you wrong diagnosis, so you can keep coming back. I spent over $500 cash for seeing doctor and they still want me to pay extra $250 for more appointment. I went to another top eye specialist and he told nothing was wrong with my eye. I only paid $42 for full eye check + dilation.

The staff is extremely friendly and they always do their best to accommodate you even when it’s busy! They make you feel right at home and always welcome in their office. I’ve been coming to Parkway Eye Care Center since I was eleven years old and I will continue to!

Great staff. The M.A was super nice and friendly. She took her time with my 4 year old daughter and played with her a bit just to make her comfortable. Dr.Brown is great and answered all of questions and concerns.

To begin, when I called to make an appointment they kept putting me on hold. It took 3 calls to actually get an appointment. When you get there it doesn’t matter if you are early or not THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT.. they are extremely SLOW. The receptionist do not care. As far as the Dr herself she great!

Extremely knowledgeable doctor. I didnt experience wait, but if you do, its because the doctor takes care of each patient with care and attention. Highly recommend!! Staff was very gracious

The staff here are very respectful as well as professional. This practice provides very thorough care for your eye health / knowledge. I had METAL in my eye after going to the ER ( will not name) and was not provided the necessary treatment that I received here. It would not have been detected if I wasn’t given the phenomenal / intense service that I received in that urgent time. I’m blessed that I did not lose my eye because, metal rusts your eye within 1 day. This practice is very clean as well.Thank you Dr BROWN for your outstanding professionalism and superb / thorough service that you provide your patients within IRVINGTON, NJ.

Thank you Dr. Brown and Staff I am happy that you were patient and able to understand that senior citizens need someone in the community we can trust.

This place is the absolute worst. Staff taking their time, joking around, chatting with each other while customers are waiting. They charge $150 just to fit contact lens and way overpriced for the actual lenses. They drag on the fitting process and when you ask for the prescription so you can buy your contacts somewhere else cheaper the doctor or whoever the hell she was had an attitude. In the end the prescription she wrote doesnt even have the required information to purchase the contacts somewhere else. A complete waste of money and time, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I seldom have issues going to unprofessional Drs offices in my neighborhood. Yesterday I took a chance and went to Dr. Browns office in Irvington because I needed my eyes examined bad. I was so Happy that my experience was not only pleasant but it was a professional experience as well. Thank you Dr. Brown for preparing and training your staff to be professional and courtesy.

This place is the worst!! Please stay away the wait time here is ridiculous I’m so happy I’m not a patient of Kimberly brown. She has no consideration for her patients or her staff. The way she speaks to her staff is so rude and disrespectful. The fact that my sister had a appointment and was here on time and still waited 2 hours to see her is beyond ridiculous to me. Also the fact that she was only in the room for 3 mins is ridiculous stay away please 🙏🏾

Was told that my glasses would be ready in 1 to 2 weeks. Its been almost a month and no one has had the decency to call and say that its being delayed. Very unprofessional.

Poor Service. Unprofessional Staff. Wait time is in sane. I didn’t take there ugly attitudes personal because I understand some ppl hate their life and job. Dr. Brown is there for the check and the check only. Shut this place down. Front Desk workers get paid peanuts obviously !

I had a 1:00 appointment and came in at 1:00 and I didn’t get seen until 3:30. They all move slow and don’t care about you especially since it’s my first time coming in.

The service is very slow. The last appointment I had was at 11:15 am and I did not see the doctor until 12::30pm. This is not the first time it happened to me and other patients have been complaining about the same issue. The receptionist is very rude and sarcastic. As I am writing this review, my appointment was at 4pm and I still have not yet seen the doctor. I am currently looking for another eye care center who will serve better service than Parkway Eye Care Center.

Parkway eye care its a big mess place nothing is organized two hours waiting to see the doctor, first visit no eye drops excepting to ask you for second appointment for eye drops of .All eyes doctors I been going first visit they give me eye drops.Totally zero.
