My mother Sara Mitchell was unable to walk properly. Dr Aina and Dr Wiley helped get my mother back to where she is able to walk up the stairs around the house and enter the shower unassisted. They have a full gymnasium and exercises that they would have her perform.she would race to get there. They were both very pleasant and patient. The secretary Maria is a very professional person and down to earth. Thanks to having outpatient therapy here 3 times per week my mother has her independence once more at 78 years of age. We are eternally grateful for this service.Prior to coming here she was hospitalized at Beth israel due to severe diabetic and blood pressure issues, upon release she was in a inpatient rehabilitation center that was horrible. So she opted for outpatient and I made a call to Maria at hope and she had an appointment the following day. Now after 8 weeks of therapy life is enjoyable once more!

The most unprofessional, rude and ignorant professional I have ever dealt with. Arrived at his office at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment, started filling out the necessary paperwork but then I hear loud disruptive arguments in the back. So loud that I had to say something to the help desk about the noise. It was a mans voice where most of the loud noise came from. The man was very upset for a patient, granted it wasnt his patient, using his bathroom. I tried stay focused on filling out the paperwork but it got to a point where the argument came out where we, my mother and I, were seating. Okay...so Im like who is this person cussing out the lady just for using the bathroom? He was the owner and therapist. I was shocked! He proceeded to yell and scream calling her names and threatening to call the police if he finds her using his bathroom again. At this point, I felt a need to try to deescalate this by trying to calm this man down by saying, I understand that this is your bathroom, but she was USING THE BATHROOM. He, to my surprised, yelled at me for saying that. He continued to argue with the lady and now me as well. I was shocked! He proceeded to call her names and said that these people steal. I dont want them here Ohh no!! These people!!, I said. And he said Yes, these these steal here. To which I needed to clear what he met by these people. He said, these people again, meaning the majority of the patients that walks in his office which provide him with business to make a really good living. The people that live in this community. Meaning me, my mother who came in for his services, the African-American community. I was insulted. I became angry that this man will disrespect the community that her serves by saying, these people steal just for using his bathroom. I called him rude and he became even more rude and disrespectful and then threaten to call the cops on me! All because I stood up for my community by saying that we are not thieves. He then refused to take my mother as a patient and kicked us out. Unbelievable!!THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED.I could write more about this HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE but I digress. He has been reported.Go somewhere else where youll be treated with respect and not be thought of as a thief.

This is the worst physical therapy clinic ever. This doctor is very unprofessional. As hes constantly on his phone speaking his language, while hovered over my back. He just throws a hot pack on your back or wherever and goes back to his office doing what, idk, I guess to talk on the phone. And it seems like hes the only doctor there now, Im not too sure bc there used to be a great doctor when I come in the afternoons. Its really unfortunate because his therapy massage made me feel a lot better than whatever the hell this doctor been doing. Ive been getting therapy there through my workers comp. And the only reason I go there is because its within walking distance of my home.. There were countless scenarios where he has significantly offended me; I overheard him telling his employee to hurry up and go lock the office door bc these people steal. Yup those were his exact words and Im wondering to myself, these are the same people that are your patients. He even yelled at her one time right in front of me and other patients that were doing physical exercise. Poor girl, bc shes always so sweet and seems great with all the patients there. But the last straw for me, he had us waiting for over an half hour and when he finally got back, I overheard him say to his employee, well if they cant wait, tell them go, Im not gonna chase nobody. I was so shocked because not only did we all have scheduled appointments, but his harsh tone of manner was very vile. Ive had enough , not only is the therapy not working for at all, but I cant tolerate his disregard towards me and other patients, who can all agree. Ill rather take a trip and go to a better professional physical therapy clinic . I wasted my time coming here but Im waiting on my adjuster to get me started at a new clinic, so even if the therapy dont work, at least I wont be subjected to the unprofessional behavior of a licensed doctor.. ****Ridiculous and for the person posted under me. Its so funny how you and the doctor share the same last name, which is not common at all, in fact I think I saw you working behind the desk one time .. Woww, Im guessing thats what he does: get family members to leave false positive reviews about his establishment and continue to be rude and nasty to his patients and staff. Like I said, theres way better physical therapy offices, save your time and energy
