Hello,I just left the location on 1200 Clinton Avenue in Newark New Jersey. I went there to pick up my package where Fed ex stated its there. I was advised by your district manager that there was absolutely no fed ex packages inside and the store is closed to maintenance by the city. This morning they stated they do not know when they are going to open back up which means I can not get my items nor receive a refund. She was very unprofessional and rude considering a customer trusting to use your facility for their paid items. I am going to file a police report because that means one of your employees stole my package.

Pharmacist Christopher and Assistant Store Manager Isaac are both liars. I did an interview and was told by the pharmacy manager to look out for an offer. On the Walgreens portal they never indicated that my interview with them was completed, and the assistant manager that all I have to do is wait for a drug test. Two weeks later, no test. This whole process with this store took 4 weeks of LIES that I am being considered, only to not be at the end of it all. So I applied to another store and got my job offer that same week, did my drug test same week. So why were these two lying to my face. When confronted about it the Assistant Manager Isaac lied to my face saying he never said so, which was expected. Uncivilized and LIE!!

Staff is helpful and you always see employees on the floor working. Shoplifting is bad at this location. Customer service is good.

These pharmacies in that store are very rude, imagine me calling for information on the phone and this rude, bush man just there shouting at me, he lucky I was in an ok mood

They are freaking HORRIBLE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....I HAD TO PICK UP PAIN MEDS AND THE PHARMACIST ASKED ME A BUNCH OF INAPPROPRIATE EMBARASSING QUESTIONS INFRONT OF EVERYONE THERE ALONG WITH DO I HAVE MEDS FOR OVERDOSE I CUSSED HIM OUT AND ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN POS STORE THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

This store is the horrible customer service is bad.The manager was no help, unfriendly staff I really dont like shopping here. Ive been shopping at Rite Aid for over 20 years same building but not the same service.

The assistant manager is very rude and unprofessional. His name is Isaac or Isaiah something like that. I dont know where he got his training. He deserves a -500 as rating. Worst Pharmacy! They are rude and slow. Today is my 3rd time going there for a prescription that I have been waiting for 3 days. Instead of being empathetic, they told me to sit and wait because I had new insurance and didn’t tell them about it. This will be the last time I will come here. Rude pharmacist, rude technicians and overall unpleasant to be here. They treat you like you’re begging for medication even though you’re paying for it. Get your medication somewhere else. Waste of time. Once i get this prescriptionfrom them, i won’t return her. Ridiculous staff

RUDE. The cashier didnt speak one word, no eye contact, and took her sweet time on purpose. If you can go anywhere else, do it. Negative vibes are infectious and this place is ripe. I am starting to see a comon theme in this area, a sheer lack of customer service skills, unhappy people, and people set on being nasty for no apparent reason.

Medication never on time ,the staff are very rude .if theres a 0 , I give them a 0.

I had prescriptions ready for me for days and they kept saying that they didnt. I guess it would be too helpful to actually assist a customer. Also, the store is cluttered. A brand new store with the same bad attitudes and poor work ethic doesnt make sense to me.

The pharmacy is very rude, uneducated and unprofessional. They all are very clueless to EVERYTHING. I always have to wait 20 -30 min in line. People fight and argue due to the long wait. I wait in line just to have an issue that was caused by THEM on their end. Please dont waist your time going here for medication!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service, a Warm Greeting and a Smile EVERY SINGLE TIME I ENTER.....WHICH IS THREE TO FOUR TIMES A WEEK! The employees always cheer me up with their caring attitude! I see other reviews from people who complain, which makes me feel SPECIAL, because I have NEVER BEEN TREATED BAD AT THIS STORE, so either All the stores Employees just happen to like me, or the women who have complained just needed something to complain about. Funny though...all the customers present during my visits are Happy as can be smiling and enjoying their shopping experience. Great deals-sales every week, never out of stock on items and even a free Mac Machine. N I C E!!!!!!!Even FUNNIER is the fact that there are 10 reviews-2 male and 8 females....90% of the FEMALES complain, while the two men give praise, I am a man and I am treated no differently than the women customers when I am there 3-4 times a week!

Jesus Christ,OMG this is a mess I hv never waited so long to speak with a pharmacist. I tried 2 times to call on phone .it always says all pharmacist are busy taking to other customers that I have one caller before me for 37 mins and no one end up picking my phone to enable me make my requests.this is suck will never use here again

This place is the most disorganized and slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to. The girl in the front is rude, someone forgot to tell her that when you are in a customer service business you have to service the customer. If you not going to do the job right then find you one that you are passionate about..

This Rite Aid is a hot mess.i gave it 1 star because they do keep it orderly. But there are some things left to be desired. Starting with the pharmacy. Granted they have gotten a little better but I have had to complain to corporate so many times. They never can get a med out the same day. One time i ordered two meds the bottles were mixed up. Next please do not buy milk or ice cream in the store. The milk almost always is spoiled when you buy it despite it being at least a week from expiration. Ice cream on several occassions tasted like it melted and was refrozen. Dont sell it if your emplyees dont handle properly.. Cant stand this store

I wish you could give no stars, this Rite Aid has the worst pharmacy the technicians, pharmacist and customer service around the owner should be ashamed at the level of nonchalance and carelessness that these employees portray in this health establishment.

Horrible customer service..but I guess almost everyone in Irvington always has attitude no manners or what so ever..so is not the pharmacy is the employees..maybe they need to hire employees from another town..
