I enjoy going there the staff are very professional , polite as well as accommodating. Oh the Dr is so understanding shes on point.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you decide to take that risk do not get Dr. Maria as your doctor. She is rude! The first appointment I wrote her terrible attitude off as just having a bad day, I really didnt want to go for a third appointment but I kept having issues with my eyes. I left that appointment feeling unheard, it seemed as if she was rushing me so that she could deal with another patient.When I went in for my follow up appointment this womans behavior was even worse than the first time! She is dismissive, disrespectful and overall awful . I decided that that day would be my last appointment and I would just have to bare with the issues that I am having with my eyes until I am able to see another doctor because she certainly wasnt doing anything to help me anyway. I am frustrated and upset! I wasted my time and dealt with her disgusting behavior in hopes that my eyes would be treated but nothing came from it other than the feelings of disrespect and frustration.

I love this office the doctors are thorough and caring. Ive been going for years, both doctors are great. Honest with their answers to your questions the staff are always accommodating.

Well it was not a good service at the front desk. Doctor is great, but the costomer service is bad i left without checking my glasses and i cant see from the glasses

Loved seeing the doctor, she’s the only doctor I look forward to visiting. The whole staff is always so friendly and offer great advise on the latest styles and fashion trends in eyewear.

Although I havent been here as a patient since Dec. of 2017, I always appreciate the service and professionalism Ive experienced then and earlier today. I love and appreciate Dr. Milstein 4 her and the staffs hardwork and patience that they have with me. Dr. Milstein is a great Eye Dr.and wouldnt change her 4 any1. I strongly recommend this place 2 any1 who needs 2 c the eye dr. This is the best place 2 go 2!

I was looking for an eye doctor close to where I live instead of having to drive far out and decided to give this place a try. My first appointment for my 6 yr old son was extremely long. The heat was on hell and there was not enough seating in the back for everyone they had coming in. He got drops and had to wait and then the doctor saw someone else and now you had to wait for them to be done so you can go back in. They should really get an assistant to help for things like this. The doctors are very nice as is the receptionist in the back. The front staff is very hit or miss. There is only one lady up there who was really nice, everyone else rushes you with your choice for glasses. I understand other people are waiting but first come, first serve. Glasses have to be worn daily and you shouldnt be made to feel like you need to rush your choice and not be able to see all of the options because they are in a rush to help some one else. Also the staff doesnt always contact you and to tell you that your glasses are ready. My daughter ordered hers and 3 weeks later when I went to my appointment I inquired about hers and they brought them to me saying yes they are here. When were they going to call her and let her know? The doctor gave me a script for medication and I was told to take it for a week and let the doctor know if it was working. I called back to tell the doctor it wasnt working and she asked how many medications was I taking and I told her just the 1 she gave me. She said there were 2, so the staff only gave me 1 script and never called to tell me there was another that I didnt get. Mind you I didnt start the meds until a week after I saw the doctor so there was ample time to contact me. The choice of high end glasses are very limited, Im guessing because of location, most people dont opt for them. They dont seem to stock properly. If I buy designer glasses, shouldnt I be able to get the case to match instead of some no frills case. They sale kids glasses but not the strap to help the child from losing the glasses. Parking is not that great. You mainly have to park across the street and pay. Its not the worst place, and I like the doctors but my family and I wont be returning.

This is THE WORST PLACE to EVER buy glasses, I had my glasses less than TWO YEARS and they fell apart. I paid $580+ for them and only got a year and a half of wear out of them. They pretty much told me OH WELL, WHATEVER!

They are not professional at ALL.... the eye technicians Dumingues was very unprofessional... she spoke very ignorantly... She made a very disgraceful comment about my eye condition... very unpleasant...

Our Creator gave us our eyes as a blessing and a mercy to us, so we should be grateful to HIM and take care of them to the best of our ability. One of the ways of doing that is to get regular eye exams, Inshaa ALLAH (GOD willing). So listen, I wanted a new Optometrist, my old one was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. Ive always seen this Pink Vision Associates in my travels, but I was being stereo typical about its location (across from Irvington bus terminal), so I never paid it no mind (being ignorant). Last year I just called to make an appointment, and to my surprise, it was the best eye exam I had ever had (Ive been getting regular eye exams for almost the past 20 years). The Doctor saw something in my eyes called narrow angles (you can have a glacouma attack which causes severe pain and blindness, if not treated). They sent me to a specialist where it was confirmed and I had laser surgery to have it corrected (Alhamdulillah-all praise and thanks is for ALLAH).The moral of my story is to not be prejudice and rid yourself of ignorance, by investigating before deciding. Pink Vision Associates, have two of the best eye doctors, in my opinion, so dont cheat yourself and treat yourself to great eye care, and you can get that at Pink Vision Associates, Inshaa ALLAH (GOD willing). The staff is great from the front of the office to the back (meaning everybody). Thanks for a pleasant experience!!!!!! Fast and efficient!!!!!!
