So long story short... my sister went somewhere to get her hair cut and IT DID NOT COME OUT THE WAY SHE WANTED! She was crying because her birthday was the next day! I called up the Ugly Duckling Salon and they were willing to help in such a short notice! The staff members were VERY understanding, professional, & they took what my sister came in with and BROUGHT HER HAIR BACK TO LIFE! I couldnt thank them enough! Again, theyre amazing & I would HIGHLY recommend!

Went in, waited a while, got my cut but was a little unhappy, Ms. D was so loving and patient with me, she didn’t want me to leave unhappy, she took to her scissors and perfected it for me. Love the cut, have gotten many compliments, now I’m just waiting for a touch up.

Stylist is attentive to your needs. Cutting and styling techniques are superior to the rest. Atmosphere here is welcoming and inviting. Highly recommended!

First let me say this woman saved my life! My hair has been very damaged due to wearing weaves and braids all of the time. I knew I had to cut my hair but wanted to ensure it was someone who knew what they were doing. My worst fear is to get a bad hair cut. Miss Duwana gave my hair life again! I loved, loved, loved my hair! I was in such disbelief of how beautiful it came out because of how damaged my hair was. Miss Duwana and her employees at her salon made me feel right at home and provided me with such great proper hair care and advice. For that I am forever thankful. This will be my new home salon. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and give this place two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

Tica is a Great hair stylist. This is family friendly salon. They open at 6am on Saturday cash and credit card is acceptable. This salon specialize in short hair and the other stylist Shay does weave.

Worst hair salon experience ever hair stylist are unprofessional and the customers are ghetto. As soon as I walked in I didnt feel welcome and the hairstylist didnt even specialize in what I wanted to get done. Never again.
