I can’t give enough stars to this office! Every time I go in the staff is so welcoming. The front office is well organized, the hygienists all seem to love their job, and Dr. Erickson is so personable and thorough! Today, I went in for a regular cleaning and was telling the ladies about my wedding this weekend. Dr. Erickson came in for the exam, said he’d heard about my upcoming big day and offered their in house whitening service to me as a wedding gift!!! I almost cried! I already loved this office but that went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a dentist who cares about your family, then you’ve found the right place!

I never thought Id be writing a review for a dental office but my experience at Erickson Dental blew away any previous expectations Ive ever had about a dentist. This office was personally recommended to me and I now understand why. Modern office with an absolutely incredible staff. Im glad the DFW airport is so close because if I ever leave Ill be flying back just to see them. Dr.Erickson takes the time to actually explain things and is very friendly and personable. Couple that with some of the best hygienists Ive ever see and you youve got a recipe for the best dental office ever.

Best dentist in DFW! I moved to Dallas from California and had to find a dentist for the first time in my life! I had been so used to just going to our family dentist in California and never thinking twice about options. So on my search, I tried a traditional, old-fashioned feeling dentist that reminded me of home but never really felt comfortable. Then I tried another place that had TVs and Massage chairs but felt they were too sales and reputation focused and less focused on the customer. They even had me give them a 5-star review to receive free teeth whitening. THEN I found Erickson Dental and have never searched again. They make me feel very comfortable and make me feel good about how much I take care of my teeth instead of telling me a need to floss more every single time I come. Its always an easy, quick, and enjoyable appointment! Thankful I found Erickson Dental and Cheryl to maintain my pearly whites! 😁

Dr Erickson and his team are hands down the best dental practice around! The whole office makes you feel welcome and you can tell they genuinely care about you. They also make sure that you feel as little pain or discomfort as possible, I have never had such a positive experience going to see the dentist. Their office is clean, comfortable and they use the some of the best equipment available. If you are hesitant or anxious about choosing a new dentist, well look no further, this is where you need to go!

I am a very anxious person when it comes to COVID and going to a dentist but they are incredibly clean and Leslie did a great job of always making me feel at ease and comfortable. Beautiful new office and really enjoy coming here even during a pandemic.

Incredibly personable. They didnt seem to ever forget my face or anything in any of the past conversations we had. Very reasonable prices, and very helpful. They were also very well prepared with COVID precautions if that is something that concerns you. I would have definitely stayed with them if I did not move to Houston.

I had my first appointment today and it was great! Ana was very personable. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Erickson was very nice. Christiana was very helpful when booking my appointment and with information after my appointment when I wanted to know more information about invisalign. She is very knowledgeable about dental insurances. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back!

Establishing care was a smooth process with this dental office. Staff is very genuine and welcoming from the get-go. Im very picky about where I go for dental care b/c I just have a fear of getting any dental work done, even with regular cleanings... and this place is solid. They have a good team, top notch customer service.

Had absolutely excellent service! I felt more comfortable and more informed than at any other dentistry I’ve ever been to. Cheryl explained every thing she was seeing in my X-Rays and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Other dentistries I’ve visited in the past left my teeth feeling slightly rough where they had done the scraping. Cheryl left my teeth feeling smoother than ever! Dr. Erickson did a very thorough inspection of my teeth and also informed me of everything he saw. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve ever had! :)

Great first experience for routine exam and cleaning! Staff is very friendly and explain their processes for the appointment before beginning and as they go! Easy to schedule an appointment that worked best for me online and filled out forms prior to going to save time during the appointment! Most thorough process for the exam portions I’ve ever had as well to make sure no teeth, gum, mouth, or jaw issues!

Erickson Dental is an exceptional practice. I was in the area on business and had a dental emergency. They got me in to be seen right away and were so helpful about insurance and treatment options. Dr. Erickson did a fantastic job and even called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. They treated me like I was a long time valued patient even though this was probably going to be my only visit there. Thank you to Kristy, Christina, and Dr. Erickson for taking such good care of me! What could have been a catastrophe ended up being a truly great experience!

It was my first time visiting the practice. Everyone from the receptionist through the office manager were extremely welcoming and friendly. My hygienist and Dr. Erickson both explained very clearly and were not in a rush to get me through. It was a great first experience.

My wife and I have been going to Erickson Dental for the better part of four years, since we moved here. Im not that averse to having dental work done, but Ive had experiences that I dislike, even so. Not here. The staff is always friendly, they get the job done efficiently, and I feel like I get the information needed to make good decisions when there is an issue. I might not ever rave about a dentist - it seems that it can only get so good - but after 61 years on this Earth, I can say that Dr. Erickson is as good as they get, in my experience. Ive been coming to Dr. Erickson for a little over a year. The entire staff is great, but he is truly an amazing dentist! Very meticulous and it is very evident that his main objective is doing whatever is in the best interest of the patient. He explains everything thoroughly before, during, and after the exam/procedure. Every time I have been for a cleaning, filling, night guard fitting....whatever it is, he calls to follow-up and make sure everything is OK. This speaks volumes to his professionalism and overall top notch level of care. I cant even imagine the conversations people suck him into when he makes those calls haha, but he always does them! Hes a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend him to everyone of all ages.

Ive been going to Erickson Dental every six months for the past three years, and my experiences have been among the best Ive had at any dental clinic. Routine cleanings are a breeze, and at times Ive been able to schedule an appointment last minute with under 24 hours advance notice no problem at all.Dr. Erickson and his staff are as friendly as they are knowledgeable, and I actively recommend them to anyone who is needing a great clinic.

This practice is outstanding but for the “music” played during my otherwise excellent visit. Not all patients like screaming, hiphop rock. For us “seniors”, a little more relaxing music would seem to be of value in relaxing the patient. Just an observation.

My entire family goes to see Dr. Erickson. After I turned 26 and got my employers insurance I could no longer go see the Erickson team. Its been 5 years later and now my insurance provider has changed and I immediately went back to my home! Love the staff, they rarely flip staff members, Dr. Erickson is charming, friendly, and just wants what is best for your teeth. I came in looking for a super pricey procedure that he recommended I look at other options. Great Dr. They also have a patient referral program. Will be back as long as I can.

I’ve had 2 fillings in the past. It hurt a lot when injecting the lidocaine. And it hurt during. Today Dr. Erickson and hygienist Kristy shocked me. My 2 fillings were cracked and needed replacing. There was ZERO pain.... with anything! They we kind and gentle and patient as my anxiety was up expecting pain. I can’t say enough about the entire staff at Erickson Dental!

This is the best dental practice I’ve been to in my life. I highly recommend people to see for themself! I’ve been a patient a couple years now after having a painful toothache. I was not a current patient of Dr. Erickson, and they got me in first thing that morning. I immediately felt like part of the family. Everyone is friendly and funny. They talk to you like you’ve known them for years. I had my teeth cleaned by Cheryl today, and she’s always been great! She calms my anxiety and makes me laugh! I don’t dread the dental appointments like I have at other practices. I encourage others to check them out!

I grew up being deathly afraid to go to the dentist - lived on military bases all my life and never had a positive experience. That fear followed me into my adult life and unless I had a really severe toothache - you would never find me at a dentists office. Once I crossed into middle age I knew I had to do something about my poor dental care - that is when I found Dr. Erickson and his wonderful staff. Now I actually look forward to my visits with them. They have done A LOT of work on me and for the first time in many many years I can say that I no longer have any pain and I am happy with my smile! I had an appointment with dr. Marquez(sp?) to fix a crown I had lost. I have to say it was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had. He was gentle and very thorough. They constantly made sure I was doing okay and not in any pain. His assistant was amazing as well. She did such a good job at making me feel relaxed and keeping me informed on what was going on. I really appreciated it. Christina at the front was also extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. I will HIGHLY recommend this office and dr.marquez to anyone who needs a dental office.
