What I love about this place is if your coming for manicures and pedicures they will have two ladies or gentlemen work on you at the same time. That way no time is wasted and your in and out of the salon. They also give you your tab like if your at a restaurant prior to check out that way there is no confusion on payment. Also the names of the workers who attended you are written on the tab that way you’re able to leave tip at the front desk for them to collect at the end of their shift. Instead of chasing the around the salon or disturb them while they are already attending another client. Also this place is kid friendly I bring my 10 year for a pedicure and she loves it and Kids pedicures are $20 can’t beat that. My favorite pedicures is the milk and honey. I come every 3 weeks.

My daughter and I went here today and our nails are gorgeous, exactly what we asked for and showed pics of. I also got a pedicure and I highly recommend their heavenly pedicure , so awesome and John is the best! Came with an incredible massage, and for fingernails this is the first time Ive ever had a new set and my nails werent sore after. Perfection, pricey, but perfection. Oh and my marbeling and my daughters paint drips were hand painted. Amazing.

I am moved here 1 month ago. Was looking for a nail salon. I came to this salon because of convenience. My experience was horrible. The nail technicians are speaking their language which gave me the feeling that they were talking about me. The tech that did my gel nails did a horrible job. I chose OPI gel color. The bottle she used was sticky and almost empty. She didn’t clip my very visible hang nail, she didn’t cover the entire nail with gel polish. She started filing my nails without asking the shape I preferred. She didn’t wipe my nails with an alcohol swab which left my nails gummy and sticky. I won’t be returning to this salon!

I took my daughter yesterday get a pedicure. By the time we got home her nail polish smeared off. I had to repolish them at home since homecoming is this weekend. I got a pedicure too. John said to remove the gel it would be $5 more. After he was done my heels felt like sandpaper. My feet are always soft and smooth. I also got a chrome dip manicure. The lady asked if I wanted my cuticles remove and normally everywhere else its part of the manicure so I said yes. And ofcourse $5 more. She cut my nails too short after I told her I didnt want them short. They look so bulky. Today the skin around my nails hurt as if she cut too much. She didnt clean off the excess. I had to do that at home. She was friendly and nice but I didnt like my nails. I will not be going back. It was my first time trying them out. Also their prices were a little too high.

After a long day at work I decided to relax and start off my weekend by coming to get myself nails done. Little did I know instead I’d be in tears, with a real nail ripped off,and bleeding.Soaking off full sets instead of ripping off clients nails should be the standard.I arrived at nail lounge and asked for a removal and a full set of clear chrome nails. The technician started sticking nail tips under my current set to remove my old nails, I asked politely for a soak off because what he was doing was hurting me. He persisted to do it his way & ended up ripping off one of my real nails and I started bleeding. All I got was a simple I’m sorry. They didn’t offer to make up for it or anything. Oh and it’s not like the entire staff didn’t hear me, when he ripped me nail I literally screamed & the entire salon turned to face me. No manager came to check on me & neither did other staff. I left worse than I came in. That old technique of removing nails by sliding a fake nail underneath is outdated & shouldn’t even be done anymore. This was the worst nail service I’ve ever gotten my whole life.

Found my forever nail place! Vicky has excellent attention-to-detail skills and is able to execute delicate designs. But you cant go wrong with any technician that works here. Seems like they have an efficient work flow with how they run the business. Nice to be in and out within the hour for both mani and pedi with beautiful nails! I recommend going during slower hours (mornings or 2-4pm during weekdays) to avoid longer waits.

I loved the service, drinks were good, 2 drink limit :(, Thao, Christine and Ly were absolutely amazing!!! Thoa was so gentle with the pedicure and I enjoyed every second of it. I would absolutely recommend the salon, but make sure to make an appointment because if not you’ll be waiting a long time. I made an appointment and they saved my seat which was awesome because it was packed. 10/10 would go again!!

This was my first first time patronizing this salon. It’s big, very busy and has many employees. But I think it takes away from your relaxing experience. It’s a bit chaotic inside.I chose a pedicure—it started out great. The woman was nice and very detailed. However, she was not allowed to finish my pedicure—another woman took over and completely rushed through painting my nails. And I felt like they rushed me out the door. Very unprofessional! You should never do that to your customers. I personally won’t be back.

This is a $92 USD MESS!First off, Im typing this review with one completely broken nail (from scratching my arm) and at LEAST 5 nails that are lifting.Secondly, while my artist Vee was extremely nice and chatty, she either didnt use enough product properly or the dip itself is of poor quality.Thirdly, I got my nails done on July 25th 2021. No more than 6 days after that I experienced lifting of my nails. For reference, I am not constantly washing my hands, I dont have my hands in water for inordinate amounts of time, and I do not have my hands in porous materials as a course of work. I type all day.I am a natural hair woman. The lifting caused my hair to get caught in the nail and break off. This resulted in me having to take tweezers to the base of the nail and pull our broken hair strands. And I paid $92 for this???? Make it make sense. Never again.

The staff is very courteous. Every person that Ive had the pleasure to have done my nails has always taken great care and precision and making sure that my nails look perfect. Ive been to many nail places and I can confidently say that this is one of the best places Ive been to! I hope to be a customer there for a long time.

I love this place as a whole that’s why they are getting the two stars or else it would be one. This is more on the nail tech. She did not do a good job! I had the Heavenly Pedicure she talked the ENTIRE time about her boyfriend and Hawaii trip! Did not do the message! I also got my eyebrow waxed one the gel she used to lay them down wore off she did nothing she did not trim or anything. I’m extremely disappointed. I had to leave a review.

I have been going to this nails spa for about 3 years now I always have a good experience by today this lady had done such a bad job first kept rushing me to pick the color then started being rude charged me extra for something I did not want to get done and rushed all over doing my nails left the glue sticking on my fingers which won’t come off even after washing multiple times left my cuticles un cut had an extremely BAD experience this evening! Very Disappointed.

Tai is AMAZING ok? AMAZING! I have gotten 2 full sets from here. Love both! This second set was wrong, but that was my fault for not understanding my wifes vision lol. He did an amazing job!

Satisfied with my experience. My friend got this amazing deluxe package with gel pedicure and gel manicure. I would of also, but $$. So if you have the money I recommend it! I spent $30 on a general acrylic set no gel. Gel was $50. She did a nice job, paid attention to detail. Offered a complimentary mimosa. Good experience.

The ladies who did my nails were nice, but... I will find another place. I got a gel manicure done on Monday night, it started chipping away Wednesday and by Thursday there were huge holes of missing polish in the middle of 3 of my fingers. It was embarrassing for me as I work in a professional office environment. I decided to go back Thursday to remove the polish and put on a clear coat to give my fingers a break since I just did my nails earlier that week. The guy at the front was a little rude to me asking if I wanted to redo. I brushed it off and just repeated no. At the end of my service I was charged a ridiculous amount of money just for the gel removal. I think the girl who took off the polish even let him know that this was their bad work. He didnt seem to care. Guess that guy was determined to make his money coz I didnt get them redone?? You are definitely allowed to treat your customers as you seem fit, but as for me, there is absolutely no reason why Id ever come back. Between the long wait, slight attitude upfront, lack of quality, and high price, I absolutely dont recommend this place.

Very busy place but enough people working that I didnt have to wait. Very friendly staff & great job on the pedicure. Classic pedicure starts at $28. One of the more affordable pedicures than the surrounding nail salons. They offer a free drink as well & the wine is pretty strong.

My sister visited me from New Jersey and I recommended her this place. She had a horrible experience and pedicure was of very bad quality. She was pretty upset on how they just did not cleaned it properly.

3 stars for cleanliness and Covid precautions. I received a dip mani and regular pedicure. Julie did good with my pedicure. Eric did my dip powder manicure. I pointed out that one of the nails were crooked and he tells me no, your finger is crooked. Rude. I get nails done often enough to know what my fingers look like and when good techs make the nail straight when looking from the pad side of your hand. My fingers were sore for days and bleeding before I left there. Never again.

Absolutely the best experience at any nail salon. Got a super great basic pedi and Halloween nex gen nails. Highly recommend.

Giving 3 stars because I am satisfied with how my nails turned out to look, however, super disappointed with my pedicure. I was already annoyed with the cutting on my fingers from the filing that was happening that I just wanted to be gone. I’ve never walked out of a salon with my toes this poorly painted. If your fingers can survive excruciating filing, they’ll turn out great for a full set, wouldn’t recommend a pedicure. Although I know each technician is different and I really wish I would have caught the name of the one I had. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Ridicules waiting time after booking an appointment extremely rude customer service after giving a 1 star review for the poor quality service the last time went back again since thats the place i have been going past 3 years to give it another try booked the appointment made me and my mother in law wait 30mins before starting pedicure and ERIC came and refused the service and disrespected after having to wait because of the 1 star review instead of apologizing and making sure to fix it he was discourteous NEVER GOING BACK and now because of you Eric the spa would lose a lot of business because all my friends and family use to go there every two weeks. Work on your customer service skills. and Apparently you arent worried about losing business either so goodluck!

My friend and I have been looking for a new nail place and we tried Nail Lounge today and loved it! We walked in on a busy day and we were in and out in a timely manner. We both got gel pedicures and loved the outcome 👍👍

Very nice place!!! I have been a few times now since I moved into the Area and like it. Free drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. Its a real chill vibe place and they do really good on my nails/toes and eyebrows. Will continue to go back as long as I remain in the area which I love.

COVID-19 Update: The salon requires masks for all patrons and all employees wear masks as well. The stations are cleaned after every client as well. There are barriers in place also. Customers are all spaced apart and manicures and pedicures are done separately in order to maintain proper social distancing. Drinks are still served in case you were wondering!I’d recommend coming in during the day if possible or making an appointment as wait times will understandably be longer. I came in around 3:30pm on a Friday and was able to be seen immediately.Despite the changes, I still received the same exceptional service as usual.

A very impromptu experience!! I was quickly greeted and chose my color of choice. My technician was polite and responsive to how I wanted my nails. I was drawn in my the affordable prices. The atmosphere was bright and the clientele were pleasant. I will be back!

Nice people my nails last 3 weeks they do a great job

So it was my first and will be my last time coming here it’s over priced for nails that don’t even last I went in on Monday for a full set of dip and the guy who did my nails used gel polish to create the “ marble “ look and I’m guessing it’s old or he doesn’t cure them right cause by the next day - Tuesday the paint on my thumb lifted up. I went by and got it fix and now today - Wednesday the paint on my other thumb is chipping off …. Smh 75$ for nails that wasn’t worth the price or quality.

I am from NY I moved TX recently and this is my first nail experience in TX. Worst place ever and they charge bomb. That guy dosent know how to use the machine, he hurt me by using it on my skin (it was by mistake) but still my hands are burning.

Friendly, helpful, not too expensive, did a careful and precise paint job. Sunny did the pedicure.

The manicurist was nice but I was charged $35 for gel polish that chipped away 2 days after the appointment. Very displeased since it was her idea and made multiple claims of how it would last. I could have went with the cheaper paint option if I wanted my paint to chip in 2 days. She also didn’t shape/file my nails.

Lana did my nails so perfectly. I have to admit that the dip powder that she did was as good as I wanted, conservative and not thick at all. The only negative is that my nail cut is done in round square or kind of squares. Definitely not coffin I believe. And each time for this cut they charge me 5 more dollars saying that this is coffin and coffin costs 5$ extra. I added the pictures so u can see how my nails are done.

I’ve been to several, I mean SEVERAL nail salons in Irving as I’ve lived here for about 7 years. This place was fantastic! They were efficient but thorough and my nails look great!

Made reservations, but still had to wait. The nail technician who shaped my nails was kind and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. I then got passed onto another tech for my nail design who was rude and repeatedly kept saying how long the design was taking like I was a bother. First of all, I came way before closing and this salon needs to make sure to tell their customers if they cannot fulfill a nail design instead of just saying yes. I still paid and tipped, but I will never come back to this nail salon. Also, was seated right next to a loud lady who had to make sure that the whole salon knows that she shops Gucci and Jimmy choo’s, at this point I just wanted to leave the salon. Unprofessional and horrible time management.

I came in at 7:25 they told me that the girl would be finished in about 5-10 minutes I told him Id run to the bank came back from the bank and I have been sitting in there 15 minutes and still not even seeing the girls so I left its crazy but this is the second time that Ive had a problem with them so obviously I will not be using them again

I LOVE this place! I always get a gel acrylic set and gel pedicure. Ive had many nail technicians including Vee, Lynn, Stacy and Tammy and they always do an amazing job. I LOVE that they offer drinks and truly make sure you feel comfortable. I wanted my eyebrows done too and they brought all the materials out to accommodate me in the massage chair while the gel on my toes dried. Im always in and out there quick fast and in a hurry. Covid restrictions are followed by all staff and they ensure social distancing while you are serviced. I moved 30 min away and still only come to this place no one can compare. Stacy and Tammy are my faves I go every three weeks Im a loyal customer.

I am in town for my husbands radiation treatments for 2 months & needed a place. After researching reviews I decided to give them a try. Excellent, organized, quality & efficient. Jenny removed my old nails & did a new set of Ombré perfectly while Lan did an excellent pedicure. Establishment is very clean, drinks are offered & everyone seems very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the organizational skills. Definitely recommend!

So I recently moved to the area and was a little off by the recent negative reviews but I went anyway. The receptionist was kind of rude however Lynn and Vicky were so nice and attentive. They really blessed my hands and feet. Not to mention the Covid rules they are adhering to. Will continue to support this business.

I usually love it here but Ly nicked 2 of my fingers on top of that I had to wait longer than I should’ve for 2 nail replacements and a simple pedicure. The lady at the front desk had the best attitude out of all of them. This is the first time I ever had a bad experience with them and it makes me not want to go back ever.

Today I went to get dip nails with Nina and I am beyond impressed with the results. She catered to all my wants for my nails, I am so happy I was tended by her. The staff are very nice and attentive to their clients and the facility has its own beauty as well. Very clean and follows all of COVID-19 protocols. I will most definitely be coming back again.

Place was clean, and good quality. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because Kim is so rough and uses to much force. It hurt when it was supposed to be relaxing.

Im so disappointed my normal nail shop was closed for the holidays so i decided to try here. I normally do a dip and deluxe pedicure for $55before tip at my normally shop well a dip and deluxe pedicure here are $79. this is my dip results and my feet do not feel baby soft as they should after my deluxe pedicures the workers were very nice but the work was not worth the price I paid

So I got acrylic gel nail and asked for a white base and black tips she didn’t do my cuticles and literally hasn’t been a week and need a fill on a few of my nails. The tips were painted on not gel and she missed the very ends so some are white and some white and black. Plus some of the nails aren’t completely straight

Absolutely tore into my cuticles and made me bleed on three fingers. very rushed and left me bruised and bleeding all over my hands. won’t be coming back.

I decided to try Nail Lounge for the Nextgen service. I made an appointment with Lana and I was very happy and satisfied with her work. The detail and care she took was appreciated. One of the best place to relax and have your me time , this is the best gift you can give it to your wife and they can have their pleasure time seating on the massager chair and let the people do their work , it’s really relaxing

UPDATE: My rating has gone down per my last 2 visits.The first time (few weeks ago) I asked for a manicure with dip. My nails were painted, but NOTHING else. I assumed since I asked for the manicure I’d get more service but that’s not the case. After I left, there was hardened paint and guck left under and around my nails. I spent 30 minutes in my car with a clipper trying to remove it all.Second time (today) I asked for a dip manicure, but stated I wanted the extra service as well. (I didn’t want to have to sit in my car cleaning my nails again). She cut my cuticles and then begun the Dip process. After she finished painting, that was it. I washed my hands and red paint was left on my fingers. I asked the cashier if I needed to use polish remover to get the rest off, and she told me to see my esthetician. Vicky took a cotton ball and lightly touched up my fingers and stated she was done. Red paint is STILLLL all around and under my nails. Not coming back.- attaching picsCustomers go to a nail salon and PAY so they don’t have to do it themselves. Both times I have to go behind them and clean up everything. They are really nice people, but don’t pay attention to detail😕

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I thought I was treating my friends from home a mini pamper day. Well because they didnt look like their regular customers, we were looked down on. They treatment wasnt even the worst. The polishes didnt watch the gel correctly, the dip was cheap. My nails broke not even 2 weeks in. One of my friends heels was scratched badly by the man giving her her pedicure. I sent 260+ in there salon, so not worth it.

Excellent service! The foil chrome design was a bit confusing for the artist at first but then she immediately knew what to do. It was nice that they attempted to do the design I wanted, without immediately rejecting me or forcing me to change my idea, and I say it is exactly how I pictured it. I am super happy! Definetly will keep on coming here.

Horrible dip nails. Blech. I was away from my normal salon and dropped in here. She didnt cut my natural nails down enough or even glue the tips on properly. Now 3 days later I have this disgusting dirt STUCK under my nails. My cruticals look HORRIBLE. She made the dip end disproportionatley away from the edge of the nail beds. The matte finish isnt smooth. I had to ask her to redo 3 of my nails bcz the tips were crooked in 3 different directions. Apparently she couldnt tell unless I pointed it out? But previously shed tried to pull off one of the nails she glued on, but couldnt. This dip set was $45! $55 with tip. They took FOREVER and now Id have to drive 45 minutes to get them fixed. The technician didnt know what she was doing! So disappointed. Ill have to pay to get them redone somewhere else. Btw, I waited 45 minutes to get in the chair.

I had the most soothing mani and pedi here.Paul did my feet and he was the sweetest. He took his time, gave me such a fabulous massage; I fell asleep. By the end of it my feet and nails were completely transformed. Will definitely come back

I LOVE this nail salon! They are so professional and always take care of all my needs. I have been to many nail salons for pedicures, and at ALL places they have charged me around $45 for a pedicure only to give me cuts and did not apologize or anything! However, Nail Lounge has never cut me, hurt me, or anything! They are easily one of the best nail salons in Las Colinas!

They RUSH THROUGH ALL SERVICES the lady got done with my nails and she instantly sprayed nail drying spray on my nails and pushed me out the door cause they was full and ppl was still coming THEY DONT HAVE A NAIL DRYING STATION FOR PPL THAT STILL GET REGULAR POLISH I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! By the time made it to my car my nails was ruined!!!

My fiancé and I come here two weeks ago for two pedicures and myself a manicure. The lady who did his pedicure cut too deep and this is now the outcome. There is a difference between doing a bad job and causing injury. He is a electrician who stands on his feet all day and this is now effecting his work. We have both had manis and pedis on numerous occasions and I have never been so disappointed in service in all of my days. I will never ever step foot back here again.

I recently came into nail lounge for a full set of nails. I had Tracey as my nail tech and at first everything was great. She took her time and did not rush but, once she seen a frequent customer of hers, she rushed me out of her chair. She did a poor job finishing my nails and, management did not care. They simply told me I would have to wait an hour. While they have shields up, they are not practicing social distancing. They definitely have a full house! At least there following one rule and, making people wear masks. I got there early so there were not as many people. If you come in after 10:00am.....Good luck!
