Dr Brown is personable and competent. Well child visits went smoothly. Dr Brown was thorough and listened to my 2 kids (11 and 13). Medical assistant Jennifer is the best ever!!! My girls love her and she is very good at shots/vaccines. She calms them so much and is very quick.

I’m very happy with our experience with Irvine Doc of kids and Teens. The office staff has always been friendly and accommodating when we make appointments, which has been awesome. My family has only seen Dr. Brown and Dr. Huckaby, and from our visits I would highly recommend either to other families. They’re both approachable and kind, and my son was very comfortable with them. The nurses are also really sweet and do a great job (which isn’t always easy when giving shots to little ones!). Overall I’m very thankful to have an office that clearly has a passion for kids and loves doing what they do.

Doctor Huckaby truly takes his time with my kids. He makes sure my questions are answered and that my kids have a good time. His bedside manner is amazing. So warm, so genuine.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Huckaby. When you meet with him, it doesnt feel like you are at the doctors, it feels like you are meeting up for some coffee :) He really gives you the time of day and you feel like you are his only appointment of the day! Knowledgeable, reasonable, understanding and reassuring! Never does he make you feel rushed. In fact he genuinely makes sure all your concerns have been addressed before he leaves the room. And sometimes he comes back with some little treats! (Like free formula, in our case, or free baby sunscreen) Let me not forget to compliment the office staff and nurses as well. Everyone is wonderful. Smiley, welcoming and respectful. I give this entire office a 5! They have a wonderful team of caring providers!

Very bad experience with billing team, Staff really needs training on managing accounts. I dont think intern can help in getting there job done.My Address and Insurance changed in October, my daughter visited office in November. My wife provided new information no body bothered to update new information on file. Billing department generated bill and kept on sending to old address for six months and finally to collection center.I got to know when it came on my credit report and I called them to confirm and figured out they still have old information on file. I provided new information AGAIN and resolve the matter. After a month I receive a call from collection department AGAIN that you have disputed the bill we charged on card now instead of X amount you owe Y amount REALLY... I asked which card you charged on and they give me card which I dont even remember I ever owned. I felt like I am really talking to someone who doesnt want to pay attention SERIOUSLY....Very disappointing experience from suppose to be well educated group.The best work this team is expert in is Rudeness and not paying paying attention to work.STRONGLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY......

Dr. Huckaby has been our pediatrician for 14 years. He spends a lot of time with us answering questions about our childrens health, including encouraging healthy eating and exercise habits. He doesnt just treat our kids when they are ill. Dr. Huckaby and his staff take the time we need to do a thorough well child check up every year.

The best pediatric and adolescent office in Orange County! From the front desk, nurses, and Dr. Huckaby, all so informative, compassionate, and nice. I also feel like I have a specialized concierge doctors office just for my son because I feel like hes a special patient, but I know they make all the families feel great. Thank you!

Dr Brown and Nurse Jen are so lovely with my teenage daughters. They have a great rapport with them and the girls know that the staff really cares for them.

This is a fantastic office. The front desk and nurses are all amazing. They remember my girls and make us feel very much at home. As far as Dr. Huckaby goes he is AMAZING!! I love the way he takes so much time with my girls...makes them feel so loved. I am in awe of him every time we see him. If he ever retires I wont know what to do. Dr. Huckaby is the best pediatrician around. I met him the 1st time when I just had my 1st daughter. He came in after we were told she was a little jaundice. I was a new mom and a mess and he came right in and in his wonderful calm way eased my worries and made me feel so much better. I remember saying to my Mother in law after he left....that man is going to be our pediatrician!! He is and will always be a blessing to us!!

Dr. Brown is a great, she always is so friendly and caring towards my son. She takes her time with us when we are talking and answers all my questions.

Dr. Huckaby is the best. He’s knowledgeable and I trust his input which is hard to find in doctors these days. Most doctors overdo everything, not him. Keeps it simple and makes parents feel good.The front desk staff Parker and Gary are always so patient and kind, too boot the main nurse is fantastic. She’s peppy and keeps the kids calm and is always cheerful. Anytime you call the office for advice from Dottie (Nurse for calls) is always sooo sweet and gets an answer and always follows up. She’s even called us and checked in even though she didn’t have to.Great team there.

We enjoy our appointments with Dr. G. Huckaby! We arrived 45 minutes early in the hopes we could be seen earlier. However, we were not able to do so and ended up sitting and waiting!Other than this wait, we really enjoy seeing Dr. Huckaby. We wish we could clone him. He is a kind and warm doctor who always takes time to speak to our kids and ask how they are doing. Thank you!!!

Dr Brown was Amazing. She has been my daughters dr for 5 years now!!. They caught her lung infection last year and she recovered faster than some of her classmates and even some other parents that all hand this lung infection flu thing going around. She was offered allergy medicine, but havent had to use it. They are always kind if I ask to separate vaccines or to wait til her cold is over and her immunity can handle a vaccine. Everyone is nice and understanding. When I asked for the parents rights to refuse vaccine for medical or personal reasons they signed it for me, but first explained things in detail. Clean neat office. Great staff.

Please take your child elsewhere. My son ended up hospitalized with pneumonia and undiagnosed asthma after 3 trips to this place in the course of 3 weeks because he was not getting any better. not one prescription was given from this place to help him. all i got was it will run its course. their inaction is astounding and could have cost him his life if it werent for the helpful nurses at his school. We went immediately to the ER where he was so bad off we did not even wait to see a doc. he was transferred to hospital and given antibiotics and asthma medicine. he could barely breathe, and oxygen saturation was low. i told the doctor at this place his cough was getting worse. his symptoms were the same for almost a month but they did nothing. I take him to UCI now, where they actually take my concerns seriously.

Pls take your loved ones someplace where they really care!! very bad experience while we visited, when we decided to move to a different doctor, they are asking for $25 to release the medical record!! they are after your money, they do not care about your kids!! watch out.

We love Dr. Huckaby and his staff. He has been our family pediatrician since our first was born, almost 18 years ago, and we wouldnt change a thing. So thankful for Dr. Huckabys expertise and warm bedside manner. We love him.

Hard to get same day appointment for sick kids.Ok, I normally rely on google review to pick doctors and this one had good score. Had a appointment for well check but son was sick before that. Called the office twice on Friday to see if we can see doctor, the lady answered phone said she will check with the doctor and call me back. The callback never happened and luckily I didnt wait and found another pediatric to see my son on the same day.I am ok if she just told me no doctor is available at the beginning but the way this lady handled my case was not professional . I am concerned to have a pediatric like this that you wont be able to see doctor on same day when kid is sick.Well, just cancelled all my appointment and switched to another one.

My husband saw Dr. Huckuby for 25 years and now our daughter sees him too! Patient, understanding and a great doctor!

I dont remember ever going to this office when my daughter was born 3 YEARS AGO. I never received a bill from them and they never correctly billed my insurance. Now, 3 YEARS LATER I get a call from a collections agency about an unpaid bill. They had old or incorrect information on file and NEVER made any attempt to get a hold of me or my insurance, and now 3 YEARS LATER send my bill to collections. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will update if they call me back and resolve this.

Dr. Huckaby was accommodating, started having conversations with the patient regarding school, grades, activities and importance of the shot in this case Trumembra. Patient and parent were informed about this vaccine. The visit was indeed a positive one, not just by having shots but the friendly environment that we had. The patient was smiling and happy with this. It was nice meeting you, Dr. Huckaby!
