I worked in the janitorial dept in 2019 and it was a very positive experience, They hired me after being out of the work force for decades while raising my children and with no computer skills, which was chancy on their part. All of the employees in every department were friendly and always helpful. It really felt like a family there. I was paid minimum wage, which was fine with me. The benefits your offered after 90 days was very important to me. All the extra celebration they have on both campus was an added feeling of inclusion- family. I was sadden when i had to leave because of a family member who needed long term help from me. I would highly recommend to anyone to work for Glidewell, which I have to family and friends. I hope the company is building back their costumers after the covid shut-down. Thank you Glidewell for giving me a chance. Good-luck.
