Worst experience I could’ve ever imagined. My poor mother. I won’t get into details I’ve decided because I’m classier than that. With that said, Please make sure to do extra research because what was told about how my mothers care was going to be was nothing like actuality. Not to mention I tried many times to file a complaint so that nobody goes through what we went through and of course no response.

Silverado Hospice is absolutely wonderful! I brought my Dad home on hospice and they made the process smooth and prompt. The level of service, care, and empathy was really top notch. Delivery of supplies and medications was easy and quick... usually within a couple of hours. The nurses and all support staff were easy to contact, professional, and caring. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hospice is always a difficult time, but my girlfriend brought her dad home from the hospital on hospice recently in the middle of the covid pandemic... She was just given a list of random companies and it was difficult to choose. Silverado Hospice was her choice and it could not of been any better. They were quick, efficient, caring, and professional. Meds and equipment were delivered within hours. House calls for home care were offered daily and arrived on time. Every staff member was amazing. When her Dad passed away at 1:30am hospice was there within 20 minutes, caring and kind. Great experience.

I have been extremely impressed with Silverado Hospice in Orange County. I have worked with multiple liaisons and they have consistently been prompt to respond and available when I need. The clinical team exceeded all my expectations with a loved one and I was so pleased. I highly recommend this outfit for any hospice or palliative needs.

Silverado Hospice performed outstanding care for my resident. They were caring and went above board to make the journey for the family and patient easier. The care they give is absolutely 5 star. I strongely recommend this company if your looking for a great team.

Silverado will always be remembered with great love. Everyone who was sent to help my mother was an Angel sent from heaven. I needed their help and was given much more. Not a year goes by without looking back and remembering how gently they treated her and calmed my anxiety. XO

Silverado hospice was wonderful so compassionate! You never want to have to call in hospice but Silverado is the best out there !! The nurse. We had was incredible her name was Ina she was the most compassionate caring nurse I have ever met , we just loved her and the bathing lady Cheryl was so sweet and gentle and breann the Lvn was so sweet !! I highly recommend this company ... Top notch Its still so fresh in my mind and the pain losing my wonderful gentle husband ..But please use this coming you wont be sorry .. Good first impression, but turnover is close to 90 days for top level people. Great vision though. Hopefully it will be achieved

Pull a person out of bed st 1am for a bathroom break when they shouldnt be moved out of bed in any way. And why? So they dont have to change and use a diaper. $1000 per day and continually you hear about them trying not to use another diaper as if they cost more than gold. Stay clear. Stay very clear of these people.

This was the absolute worst care that I have ever experienced! It was unacceptable and no matter how many times I called for assistance or help, I got the same answer; “that they were doing the best they could “ or “we don’t have anyone to fill the shifts needed”. If I only would have known this ahead of time...I would not have signed up with them and have my Father go through what he had to endure. There were so many times that noone would show up for shifts so my Father would not receive the care or his medication that he needed to keep him comfortable. He would go for hours without his meds because no one showed up and be in pain. If someone did show up, they left early or before their shift was to end again leaving my Father without proper care and meds. The Nurses would not bathe him...every other day I had to ask them to bathe him because he started to smell.I would never suggest Silverado for any hospice or medical needs. As far as my family is concerned they were insensitive and cruel for the way that he was treated his last days on this earth. The only thing I know for sure is that I am thankful that he doesn’t have to endure Silverado care anymore!
