Great Idea/concept. The flexologists were very professional and knowledgeable. Mine communicated well with me -- asking and ensuring the stretches were effective, but not painful.We plan to go back.I wish a service like this was part of my health insurances wellness program. I believe this type of service will reduce medical issues down the line.

I love this place!! You are seen as a person not just a file number and an appointment time. The staff has been nothing but great. They are understanding and always work with what’s best for you. I have Kira as my assigned instructor and she’s great!! She under my body remembers our last session and knows my body. Krista at the front is amazing as well. Always greats you with a smile and is so uplifting. My time at stretch lab is considered my girl time because the environment is just what i need. I work 4 jobs and I’m always busy and they have managed to allow me to fit more time in for myself. They send friendly reminders when it’s your appointment time and always confirm with you in advance for future appointments. I have some great laughs and good naps in the Normatec chair!! Thanks ladies for being so amazing. If you are thinking about it try the 30 min session and push yourself to do something that’s beneficial to your body and health for the good ! I’m coming off of 3 hip surgeries and this StretchLab crew has helped kick off a 30 lb weight loss in the few months i have been with them! Love it !

Sarina is cool...stretch lab is great for people like me who are not flexible. Sarina is my flexologist, she is good at stretching and is a pleasure to be stretched by! I always come out feeling much more flexible than before. sCorey is also great, and he is a genuinely nice person.The many front desk receptionists are very nice and take care of the customers great. This place is amazing. I was introduced to this place by my gym and the stretches that they do have greatly improved my workouts. I do plenty of HIIT workouts and Amanda does a fantastic job of understanding where I personally need to be stretched. Eve does an amazing job of greeting all the guests. Overall this place is amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Been utilizing since September. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. Though Amanda has been my primary therapist (she is awesome), both Barrett and Mackenzie were excellent when filling in. Facility is clean, well kept and i consistently see all safety protocals being followed. Would recommend to all.

StretchLab is the type of place you never knew you needed until you experience it. The staff and the Flexologist are amazing. I have the pleasure of working with Kira as my Flexologist. She is engaging, professional and really pushes you to achieve your personal goals. I am a golfer and my game has improved because of Kira. She has given me a lot of additional stretches that I can do on my own to enhance what we are working on together and I have never felt better. I HIGHLY recommend StretchLab Irvine Spectrum to anymore who wants to have better flexibility and mobility. You wont be disappointed!!!

Clean facility and friendly staff

I started coming early this summer when 2 orthopedic docs couldnt agree on what was wrong with my shoulder. I am a medical professional. I wasnt sure stretching would work but i was at the end of my rope. I had an intro the day after my intial call and have been coming in weekly. THe staff is so awesome. They are kind and accommodating. They follow covid protocols so I dont often see other clients/techs there during my appointment.Amanda is my therapist and she is amazing. Her understanding of anatomy and the collateral damage near the shoulder (pec, traps, lats etc) helped me to calm down the constant spasm/compensation that was happening. We dont just strech the shoulders. In fact it is the relative decrease in episodes of low back pain that keeps me committed. I recommend Stretchlab Spectrum highly.
