I absolutely love Dr. Hatch and her team. She is caring, compassionate, and truly invested in her patients. Her team is amazing and extremely competent. I am so thankful to her and her team!

If I could give one star I would. Dr. Hatch and her staff were so incompetent when it came to dealing with any fertility issues. They want to charge you as much as they can and you still do not get the results you want. Then on top of it all, if your insurance takes to long to pay their portion of your bills her office just sends your account to collections with no insurance payments and then you are responsible for your portion and the insurance portion with compounding interest with the collection company her office uses. I had conversation directly with her office staff that said they would wait until my insurance paid its portion and then let me know what I owed. They went against the conversation completely and now I have to pay the bill with interest compounding daily. Save yourself and go to a different doctor. Many people referred this office and now after going there I am hearing from so many different people how horrible they do business. Go to SoCal Reproductive Center and see Dr. Mark Surrey before you ever go here. You will regret your decision to see Dr. Hatch and her staff.
