NP. Fabiola and Rosie were extremely kind, very knowledgeable and they both have THE BEST bedside manners. I would 100% recommend them! Fabiola was very attentive and took her time without rushing me, and Rosie was gentle while running my test. Very happy

My family and I have been going to this group for over two years. My two teens, my husband and I have all been over 10+ times and have not had a negative experience. I especially love the walk-in feature of not having to make an appointment. We have been seen by all the doctors. Both the doctors and the nurses are efficient, competent, and very helpful. The staff is also is excellent. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mourra is our family doctor for about 15 years.We love him, he patiently listens, examines carefully and diagnoses flawlessly.He and his colleagues (specially Toni) are very kind and caring.

Slow admin process. Late for the appointment due to lengthy paperwork, unclear instructions and late check in reply. They cancel my appointment when I finally turn in my paperwork which is 20 mins late for the original time.

I love everyone here! I had a rough year last year with the flu and other illnesses and the staff were so sweet, patient and understanding. I took my daughter in there today and one nurse in particular, Jali (I think that’s right) was incredible! She treated both of us like we were her family, so loving and understanding...she is an incredible human! This place is great, better than my regular GP and Jali deserves all the love (and a raise!) Thanks guys!

I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful nurses (I’m so sorry, I don’t recall your names) and Dr. Klaus for the exceptional experience and care I received Saturday September 29 at the Irvine Family Practice Walk In. All of my HMO Urgent Care Facilitates closed at 5pm. IFP was open, and even though I paid out of pocket, it was well worth it!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I can only review from the three times i went here. 2 were regular doc visits and one was urgent care. Dr Paskill was good, ask me questions and i had adequate time to answer and complain of my issues. Urgent care visit was still good, just waited about 30-40 mins. Again if your looking for a full service hospital, this is not the place but if your looking for a family doctor for regular visits i would recommend this place. For the reviews stating it takes a long time to see a doctor, what other hospital doesnt make you wait??? Plus what other hospital listens to your needs??? I would love for someone to get me that info because in my world, i have yet to see no wait times or most likely getting a physicians assistant pretending to be a doctor and trying to upsell you on coming back for more visits. And if you dont want to wait, buy a personal doctor, im sure that will be cheaper.

Always have to wait 30 to 45 minutes even if you have an appointment. Dont go there !!! Check out other in this area. My doctor is however very good and hears me out patiently. The staff need training on social skills

I have been visiting this office for over 20 years. Dr. Mourra is one of the best doctor, when it comes to listening and caring about your health issues. He is knowledgeable and attentive.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yacoobs for several years. She and her staff are always friendly, professional and caring. It is nice to have a physician that takes the time to get to know their patients and genuinely cares about their well being.

Dr. Mourra is a wonderful doctor who is a good listener and highly knowledgeable in diagnosis and treatment. He has been my doctor for the past 18 years and I am lucky that he is so always caring and never rushed through my visits. I suffered from insomnia, fatigue and lack of concentration from long work hours and weekly cross-country business travels but Dr. Mourra’s efforts in providing good non-medical supplemental alternatives helped me cope with my problems. His receptionist, Toni and nurse, Lizbeth are professional and friendly and that made the overall experience with Irvine Walk-In more enjoyable. I highly recommend this doctor if you want compassionate and caring health care.

This is a fantastic practice. From the efficient and friendly reception to the caring, gentle (great at drawing blood!) nurse and finally to Dr Yacoob who has always provided the highest quality medical care with an excellent bedside manner. I moved out of the area a year ago and now travel half an hour to Dr Yacoob rather than finding a new doctor because I value and trust her so very much. I could not recommend her and her team more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baick since he first started. He is an incredible, caring, and thorough doctor!! I trust him with my life and my whole family. Abby, Dr.Baicks nurse is phenomenal too! She is very kind and helpful! AND... When she draws your blood, you dont even feel it. She is THE BEST!!

Our family began going to the IFPMG as an urgent care facility maybe 10 years ago. Then my husband and son became regular patients of Dr. Baick, who has been my sisters doctor. Were not just impressed with all the doctors but the office staff and nurses as well. Very caring, competent and knowledgeable! 5 Stars

Been going to see Dr. Chia for a few years. Shes great and very attentive. One of the first doctors to listen to my concerns and help me figure out that Ive had chronic issues for years. We moved out of the area but I still go back to see her even though its a drive. They can do a lot on the spot so you dont have to get referred to get a bunch of tests done, which is awesome. A lot of people are complaining about wait times, but maybe its different depending on the doctor? Ive never had to wait more than 20 min or so. The wait for the walk-in clinic can be long but thats pretty typical of a walk-in clinic. The staff are always very nice to me and quite helpful. They remember me even if I havent been in for a year+. Ive never had a negative experience. Again since so many people are complaining maybe the service / staff is doctor dependent? Also never had issues with insurance, and Ive switched insurances with them 3 times already. No hiccups.

I called in today to ask for a appointment. The staff who pick up the phone was the rudest I ever talked to in my life.

Extremely dissatisfied! Doctors are always in a rush and incompetent. Never called me back to discuss my test result. Called me at a random time without any notice upon requesting to schedule a phone discussion and the doctor disconnects the phone, send me a message stating not very competent with the phone lines, my assistant will call you in sometime. Respect your patients just like the patients respect a doctor. They come to you for help!

Let me tell you i just paid my bill on line...so fast and easy! (deductible)!!!I would like to and do speak on behalf of my family since we have been patients, or should I say Family here at IFP since 2001. Dr. Carmella Yacoob has been our primary doctor through thick and thin. She has saved my husbands life with her knowledge and attention to detail and knowledge is power. It is great to have one {IRVINE} Family Practice and the Doctors truly care about you and follow-up. It is nice to have the same doctor tend to all your basic needs, and that can guide you to the right specialists if necessary! LOve all the Staff...you too Rosie!So much more to tell...but that my life!.

The doctors our outstanding here. Dr. Baick is caring and has helped me address all of my health questions over the past decade. I also have had good experiences with the walk-in doctors for cold, flu, allergy, minor injuries, ect. The wait time for walk-in vary but are in line with other clinics - typically 30-90 min.

Great service and nice team. They do not have an on-line payment option though. Cost you a star....

Having come from a family of medical professionals, I have always had access to very good care. I was skeptical about going to such a large practice. After using the walkin for several years and being impressed with the professionalism and care, we decided to begin using the practice for our primary care (PPO). The guys in the family see Dr. Baick and love him. He has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. Our daughter and I see Dr. Chia for our medical care and love her as well. We have seen many of the doctors in the practice and have been especially impressed with the female docs. The staff is helpful and responsive. Of course, in a practice this size I always expect to wait a bit but the wait times are never more than 15-20 min.

One of the worst clinics, service and staff. I have started visiting doctor office of Dr Mourra and Dr Carmela Yacoob (Irvine family practice) recently (my 5th visit today) and every time they made me wait minimum of 1 hour. When I checked with front office staff and complained about the wait time, she got extremely rude in responding and said, “this is how we are” instead of saying sorry. Now I am certain that these office staff have no respect for patients/customers time. AVOID VISITING THIS PLACE!!!! Do not come to IRVINE FAMILY PRACTICE!!! I have seen others patients waiting all the time as well. They cannot be running late every single time with minimum of 1 hour wait :-(

Dr. Feld has been our doctor for over twenty years which should tell you what my spouse and I think of him. He listens, he makes adjustments to his treatments based on input from his patients and his is always through and professional.

Great doctor, good service, a bit long wait times

DO NOT GO HERE. Short story, very dishonest staff. And doctor didnt seem very competent.I took my wife here for a hurt knee. We gave the front desk our info. the lady looked it up said we are definitely covered. There was a little confusion as to if it was a ppo vs hmo so I was going to call our insurance company. She assured me she looked this up and we are definitely covered. No need to call our company. (we had a whole discussion about this) A month or so later I got a bill in the mail for $250. I called them talked to multiple people, my argument is that if she tells me not to worry we are covered we had insurance, we could have went to a covered doctor except she assured us we were covered. We shouldnt have to pay the full 250. I spent a lot of time talking to people that I thought could get this reduced.The front desk lady Patricia, lied and said the computer only says covered or not covered I later talked to a lady that said she doesnt know why Patricia didnt scroll down to see the full description.IT WAS NEVER RESOLVED EVEN AFTER THEY ADMITED THEY COULD HAVE FOUND OUT FOR SURE ONE WAY OR ANOTHERTHEY WERE EXTREEMLY UNCOMPROMISING ABOUT AN ISSUE THEY CREATED

The customer service is terrible. They are unfriendly at the front desk. There are many choices for medical care, go somewhere else.
