Seems unprofessional. The front desk is way too crazy overwhelemed and busy to give accurate information about wait times so she seemed to have made up a number ( 10 minutes ) and when asked again an hour later she denies ever saying. That woman needs help up there. Ive been here an hour and she said it would be 10 min. Bad rep. They should have told me to schedule an appt and come back.Unorganized, rushed, I had to sit on the floor in the hall with my 2 yr old son. After an hour I gave up because the lady at the front desk now is saying it could take up to 2 hours .. if she would have told me that from the start I would have came back another time or went elsewhere.

This place is a joke. This place is overcrowded, staff is very rude and impatient. I had an appointment at 11:00. I checked in at 11:20 and they changed my appointment to walk in. It is now 1: and I am still waiting and fasting since last night. When I checked in, their computer showed me the wait time was 41 minutes. So I decided to wait. 1 hour later, I am still waiting. If I knew the wait was longer than 41 minutes, I wouldn’t have waited and rescheduled. The staff told me they have talked to their corporate about this issue. Their are people Never coming back to this place again. I have never waited this long to get lab work done and I have a major migraine.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean and professional especially during pandemic. I had to take my 6MO old son to get blood drawn for allergies, phuong and Patricia were the best i was almost in tears scared for him and they were patient, reassuring, quick, easy and sweet. They took extra precautions to make sure they poked once and got what was needed then cheered us both up after. If we have to draw again I’ll be calling to confirm they are both there again!! The very disturbing part was seeing the staff being rude and very disrespectful to old people. Moral of the story, if you get anxious and you don’t like needles, please avoid this place, because the environment it definitely not calming nor soothing.

Rudest phlebotomists “technician” whom acted as this was her own business.I called on my way and said I had forgotten a mask, the gal said no problem we can give you one. Upon entering, the woman basically said “get out” I had Kleenex covering my face and tried to explain that I was told they had one when I got there. She proceeded to huff n puff and say things under her breath to the point I was too cheap to buy one at the store downstairs. Well, I don’t take that from anyone, especially when they are getting money from me and my insurance. I said that the &);)&@@ told me was ok or I would of cancelled. Well.. she was offended and told me to leave. So, Quest...,you will lose mine my family and my co-workers business.

11/4 get to the lab before they open 8am, patiently wait and wait, finally went up to check, only been told that he called us numbers time, no one answered, and we are in the the room the whole time, turn out he pronounce both first and last name wrong the whole time, and our first and last name isnt difficult at all, that is why Abe is so confident to say without spell out, like they do with some difficult last name, I was sitting inside the lobby the entire time, there are few people outside the hallway, look back I noticed definitely less engage with people waiting than other staff calling patient. if Abe only can be more helpful after I approached him, but instead he insist he has been calling us, didnt mention he calling the wrong name, that i have to check in again and wait, when I ask can we move to front since we have been wait for almost two hours, there is only one word from himNo. I dont think we are the only one lost in the shuffle, so many names not answered just the three hours we were there, My mistake was too trust other people will do best at their job, apparently not yesterday with Abe. I hope the management can take a look seriously with the training the staff needed.

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon (October 15, 2019) to get my blood drawn.I was probably just lucky because there were few people in the waiting room, but the office was very fast and efficient in processing my paperwork and calling my name to get my blood drawn. When I sat down to get my blood drawn, the woman who was taking it was very friendly and talked to me so that I wouldn’t be as tense (she could probably tell I was nervous). The actual process was very quick and almost painless. She found my vein on the first try (note that I have very small veins), and I only felt a tiny pinch when the needle pierced my skin, and barely felt anything when she removed it.Overall, this office helped me and alleviated my fear of getting blood drawn. I was pretty much in and out in 10-15 minutes.PS. I unfortunately didn’t see the name of the woman who took my blood ):She had longer dark hair though

The front desk people are usually pretty great, but the wait time if you dont have an appointment is usually not so good! If you dont know when you have time to go in and want to make an appointment the week before, good luck! You have to schedule weeks out to get a good time (A good time being 7:30 before most people have to go to work. Walking in normally takes about 45 minutes unless you get there right at 7:30 and you will usually get helped after 20-30 minutes, at least in my experience.Having to call their number to try to talk to someone is absolutely impossible! I was trying to schedule an appointment and it makes you say the day you want, I spent 10 minutes just saying the day that I wanted for my appointment and it would either get the day wrong or when I would confirm for the right day, it would say Sorry, please tell me the day you would like. Finally I was able to get the day I wanted and when I said yes to confirm the time and everything was correct, it said Sorry, please tell me which is wrong: the location, day, or time. I tired to say None! but that wasnt a response and it sent me back to saying the date again. After a couple more attempts I finally gave up. (Oh, and I dont have an accent or anything, I spoke clearly and enunciated and it was useless.) I almost wonder if they have that helpline to record people getting angry. I am normally pretty calm but it made me want to throw my phone across the room.

I had an appointment time and was on time and taken right away for blood draw. It’s extremely hard to find a vein on me because of lymph node removal regarding breast cancer treatment. Darmesh always found it right away but he’s no longer at this location which was disturbing for me. I did tell the current staff of my situation and they had Truong (sp) I believe was her name help me and she did a great job. It would be helpful if you could make the appointment with a specific phlebotomist so a Senior could make an appointment and not be concerned about “who and how many times they’ll be poked” to get their blood drawn. Thank you for listening.

I can see the age of 70 quite clearly from where I stand, and for all those years my veins have been devils to find and poke. “Your veins roll,” I’m told. “They require some skill and some –“I make no sound, but I do flinch and close my eyes.“ – oh, I’m sorry. Did that hurt?”Often a phlebotomist will poke through the skin and then, like a windshield wiper, wave the needle underneath, hoping to side-swipe a vein and miss the local nerves and tendons. The tactic usually doesn’t work, and it usually hurts more than just the poke.“You know what? I think I’ll call – “Ashley. Ashley is a bit of a miracle. Every time I see Ashley, it’s one stick, less pain, and she’s in. Dark red blood scurries up the tube and into a little container. I breathe easier. And she’s already on the next container.“You’re pretty good at this.”She smiles. “And you’re all done, sir.”I think her name is Saint Ashley, canonized at the latest international meeting of phlebotomists.I can’t recommend her highly enough.

The incorrect codes were submitted to Medicare which were not updated on the next invoice. I paid the bill so that it did not go to collection. I spent two days trying to contact a real person on the phone. After finally talking to a real person she was still unable to show that the corrected codes were resubmitted to Medicare. It was a simple blood test for an annual check up that was not approved. I will not be using Quest Diagnostics again with no resolution in site. This oversight cost me $208.00 for a senior with limited income is simply not acceptable.

HORRIBLE experience at this Quest Diagnostics. My phlebotomist, Patricia, was angry, rushing and very volatile. I have worked in doctors offices for 6 years, and I know the pressure is high and patients get rowdy but I have never seen a medical professional behave the way Patricia did. I went in, gave my forms to the front office staff (who also happen to be other Phlebotomists) and everything was taken care of. I waited for 25 minutes until I was called up by the phlebotomist for my physicians phone number so they could get authorization for a Cortisol Baseline test. I gave the phone number to that phlebotomist and went back to sit down. Another phlebotomist ran back in from her lunch break and called me up -- this phlebotomist was Patricia. She told me to sit down and began asking me what labs I needed done, all while she was holding lab forms in her hand. At that point it was evident she had no patience and before I could even register what she was asking me, she began berating me regarding how the Cortisol Baseline test needed to be authorized if I were to take it after 9 am. I am not a doctor, and I am not a phlebotomist. I cant give authorization and I was given 0 directions in regards to my lab tests, so I told her that the other phlebotomist was going to call my doctor for the authorization. Patricia became visibly annoyed and told me to call my physicians office for her immediately and get the information. I called my physicians office for her all while she spoke to me as if I were a child. The staff had taken a copy of my insurance form and without even looking for it, Patricia huffed and puffed about how I was on MediCal - which I am not, I am Blue Cross PPO - and told me to stay on the phone but to get my insurance card out. By the time I pulled it out, she had found the sheet that the Quest staff had made a copy of my insurance on and yelled at me to forget looking for your card, I found it, just stay on the phone! Get the contact name! That was the second time in that 10 minute exchange that I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to get my lab sheets back and leave. I was already on the phone with my physicians office, though, so when I got a hold of my physician and asked the question that Patricia wanted me to ask, Patricia literally snatched my cellphone from my hand in order to yell at my doctor about how busy she was -- and I quote, Oh my LORD I need a yes or a no answer, I dont have all day! We are very busy...oh GOD youre just not getting it are you?! and hung up on my doctor. Shaken, confused and quite frankly, a little scared, I promptly requested my lab forms back and told her I was extremely uncomfortable getting my blood drawn by her after the way she was yelling at me and then yelling at my doctor and his staff. I left so shocked that one of the other staff members in the hall came over and apologized for Patricias behavior. Im still in disbelief. If you go here, DONT go to Patricia.
