Park place dentistry is excellent In so many ways.Dr. Pezold goes above and beyond to give excellent care. You can feel totally confident in what she tells you. The front desk folks Aaron and Angie work to handle your insurance and the problems that occur with that.They give you appointments that work with your schedule. The dental hygienists are very professional and really know what They are doing. I highly recommend Park Place Dentistry!

Valuable consultation by Dr Janet who methodically explained her diagnosis and the options available to my specific condition. She patiently laid out her action plan and subsequent steps in personally seeing my treatment through. That was very reassuring. I’ve always received great professional service at Park Place Dentistry and this tome was no different.

I cant believe this place has an average of 4.3 stars. The worst part of this dentist office is extremely profit-driven with incompetent technicians 1) dont trust their “ treatment plan.” Everyone I know who went to this dentist had well over $10,000 to fix their teeth. Mine was $12000, but my new dentist told me it was $2400. 2) they only offer “ deep teeth cleaning,” not regular cleaning. Their hygienist couldnt anesthetize my gum, so she said she just did regular cleaning, which should have been free, but I had to pay a few hundred dollars anyway. 3) their temporary crown always smelled like hydrocarbon solvent and only stayed for few days instead of a week. 4) because this dentist booked multiple patients at the same time so every procedure takes longer than usual. Because of this, my anesthesia came off in the middle of the root canal procedure. I can not tell you how painful it was. The worst part was my prescription pain meds didnt work after the root canal because of the drug interaction with my other med. She should have told me about this issue. I was in excruciating pain for few days. That was it. I couldnt take it any longer , so I found a new dentist, who is so much better. You should really look around. A good dentist invests well trained technicians and equipment that will give you comfort and less pain.

Best experts, staffs, and doctors! Very friendly and professional. Soothing and uplifting environment.In addition to all these, they are very reasonable and are concern about their patients’ budget!

Get a second opinion if they tell you that you need a lot of work done..it is very enlightening!!When I had another dentist review the $25K treatment plan ParkPlace said I needed, the plan was so far off the mark, it was shocking. There were numerous unnecessary treatments, including treatment for an infection that did NOT exist.Read the bad reviews on Yelp; Im not the only one who has experienced this same issue.

First time here at park place dentistry. I just moved to the area and it was welcoming, friendly and even comforting. Had no issues with the staff or getting me teeth cleaned. Everything was done quickly and staff is super friendly.

I had a Root Canal performed today and boy was I nervous, however, the doctors were GREAT, I will see how I feel later tonight, LOL, but the service and procedure went well.

Dr. Hashemian and the staff at Park Place Dentistry in Irvine have been nothing short of amazing the entire time I’ve been working with them. I moved to the area in 2015 and found them shortly after that while I was attending school. They are prompt and courteous when returning phone calls. I’ve never waited for an extended period of time in their waiting room. They know how to run an efficient office. They are kind when performing cleanings and procedures on me. Their equipment is top of the line and I never worry about them missing anything when it comes to my oral hygiene. I am always pleased to see Dr. Hashemian and she is very kind when interacting with me. I feel safe in this office environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please reach out to them if you are looking for a new dentistry office. I haven’t left for almost five years.

I called in to schedule a cleaning. Went in for my appointment and they took my xrays. I then sat in the uncomfortable chair for 50 minutes waiting for my cleaning. The doctor then came in and told me they weren’t doing the cleaning today. She is a nice doctor, but I won’t be going back

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Masis for about four years now. Shes done multiple procedures for us, from root canals, crowns, metal filling replacements, Invisalign, etc. All of the work she has done has held up extremely well over time, no issues. The staff is friendly as well, and theyre very kind when working with me on scheduling.

Dr. Masi is very caring and nurturing, which is exactly what I look for in a dentist. She is thorough and very proactive. She suggests procedures that are perhaps sometimes not completely necessary (but who am I to say, Im not the expert). That said, if you push back or question her suggestions, shes very receptive. I see some of the bad reviews and I dont believe that Dr. Masi is trying to do anything other than what she believes is best for her patients.

I knew going in that I would need extensive work. To my surprise it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Masi and the staff were extremely attentive, helpful and gave a thorough account of my needs.

I had an excellent experience at Park Place Dentistry with Dr. Hashemian and her staff. I usually dread going to the dentist but this office made it much more enjoyable. Dr. Hashemian explained everything she saw and what she was doing along the way. It is a beautiful office in a convenient location and I would recommend it to all of my friends!

Been receiving treatment here for several years. Staff, service and facilities are all top-notch and legitimate. While billing can be interesting at times, believe treatment results for me have been solid and worth every penny.

Ive been going to Dr. Masi over the last few years. I work just up the street, and there location convenient, their staff friendly, and their prices are fair. Mostly my work is covered under insurance, but for the items that are not fully covered (such as Invisalign) - they were competitive compared to others I had quoted in the area.I didnt want a smile design type of dentist, just someone to keep em straight and clean - and Dr. Masis group does a great job.Flexible with appointments, and Ive had a great experiences with all the staff. Recommended.

First of all, I came in on a Saturday because on the Park Place Dentistry yelp it said the office was open. I came on a Saturday to talk to one of the receptionists and to my surprise the doors were locked and the office was closed. I came in on the Tuesday before that Saturday and had a Invisalign Treatment. This Invisalign treatment was with Dr. Masi. She completely ruined my teeth! Now I have gaps between my teeth that she shaved down because of her lack of experience in this department. She gave me lots of attitude.

I have been going to Park Place Dentistry for over 9 years and have been a patient of Dr. Masi for all these years. Always happy and satisfied with the result of her work and her kind and professional staff. This year due to the pandemic, I like so many others stayed away from any health procedure that was not essential until today when I went back to PPD.Dr. Janet tended to me today and I have to say that she is superb. Very kind and caring, such a great Dr. who provided excellent care for me today. 🙏🏼

The experience with this dentist was nothing short of deplorable. I had chosen them because of location, but wish I would have read the reviews first. I scheduled an appt. for a cleaning, which in my experience usually takes about 30 mins. I was there for two hours and all they did was take pics of my teeth. The girl doing them kept messing up and said she had only been on the job for four months. Once that was done the dentist looked at all of the pics (no one ever actually even looked in my mouth!) and she told me I had 5 fillings that needed to be replaced and a cracked tooth. That was odd to me because I have NEVER had any fillings in my life before! I asked her how she could tell all of that just from looking at pictures & she said to me condescendingly, you cant tell this is a cavity, what do you think it is then? I told her I had never had any cavities before, but she still wanted me to move forward with scheduling all of that work to be done and the cleaning as well. I walked out and you should to if you go there and the same happens. I will definitely drive a little farther to go back to my previous dentist who is reputable. The dentist and her staff at Park Place should be ashamed of themselves.

Ive had great experiences at Park Place Dentistry! Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and calm from the minute you walk in the door. PPD has the most up to date equipment, which I have found makes for a shorter cleaning appt than Ive found at other dentists. Something that really amazed me is that they have essential oils to aid in their treatment/cleaning if needed - I had a strong gag reflex while taking x-rays, and just a few sniffs of an essential oil completely took care of it - awesome. Ask for Kathy as your hygienist, she is absolutely stellar! She took the time to explain everything she was doing so that I understood, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend PPD!

The doctors are so nice and they never keep you waiting like other places I usually go. It is a little hard to find though.

She is the worst dentist I have ever gone to! Not only is she incompetent but very rude. I had a crown fall off twice just a few months after she put it on and shw refused to make a new one and said it was my fault. It fell off the first time while eating a bagel! This year I had to have a root canal fixed becausr she does not do a good job at anything. I got a severe bone infection because of her bad work on my root canal.As other people have said... RUN! You only have one set of teeth dont let a bad dentist ruin them.

My entire family uses Dr Masi. Her staff is knowledgeable and gentle. They do not try upsell you.
