If you live in the Midland area and in need of a hearing aid, and an unbiased customer service, look no further and head quickly to this company, preferably the Irmo branch.Brittany has an unbiased customer service both on the phone and in person. She quickly attended to all my needs even though with no appointment. She told me not to worry about the cleaning supplies I asked for as recommended by my previous Audiologist, but to bring them for regular cleaning and maintenance, something unheard off before from my audiologist. I now regret of not knowing about the Midland Hearing Associates earlier, and their unique and rare customer services. Thats why Im giving the Midland Hearing Associates A+.

Michelle Frasier is always a joy to see. She is always happy, never giving indication she isnt having a good day. I learn so much from her regarding my type of hearing loss as well as technology available. I always leave happy.

I checked out several hearing centers in the area before deciding on Midland Hearing. My dad and I are very happy with our choice. Our initial visit and follow up happened just the way that Brittany and Dr. Ken said it would. They were quickly able to tell us what dad needed and provided the services just as they said they would do. They place the well being of the customer above everything else.
