I was refer to Dr. Pridgen by one of my coworkers. The first visit was awesome everyone was very nice and professional. If you are looking for a great Doctor that cares; and listen please check Dr. Pridgen and the staff out you wont be disappointed at all. I highly recommend!!

Im a long-time patient of Dr Pridgen (over 10 years) and her bedside manner is second to none. Occasionally there is a particularly long wait time, but she is thorough and never makes you feel like shes rushing you out no matter how busy she is. So, its understandable that she might get a little behind on schedule sometimes depending on her patients needs. The office staff is knowledgeable and courteous too.

Horrible wait times, I am going to look for another doctor. While I found the doctor herself to be very kind and a good doctor, the wait times are just absurd. I went today scheduled for 10:15 appointment and waited for an hour - asked how much longer and told another hour at least before I would even called back. As a working person, this is unacceptable. I take time off work for appointments and cannot utilize half a day. On top of this I have recently moved and drove across town only to have to leave. Staff up front indicated I would be charged a cancellation fee but I certainly hope that is not the case as I was there waiting for over an hour and had to leave for work purposes. Need to do a better job scheduling patients.

This is the absolute worst doctor I’ve ever seen. All she cares about is how much money she can scam out of you. Do not EVER pay cash in her office because they will not credit your account. If you are on any kind of medication she charges you $200 a visit for an unnecessary drug test. I saw her in December because I hurt my shoulder terribly bad and she took an X-ray and was supposed to schedule me an appt with an orthopedic surgeon the beginning of January. It’s February and still no appt. I called her office and she tried to tell me that I needed another appt to get a referral when I’ve already paid for an appt and an X-ray. She outright refused to make me an appt and told me to go to an after hours orthopedic office. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this doctor. She doesn’t care about her patients in the slightest. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

First time visiting today and she is down to earth and very nice. She is nicest doctor I ever had.

I been a patient of Dr.Pridgen for about 8 to 10 years and Ive followed her from office to office shes the best Dr Ive ever had shes caring and compassionate to all your problems .she not only treet you for exsisting problems but shes a darn goog listeners.for family or other problems. I absolutely love her and I vowel to follow her until her practice ends .Also her Staff are very professional and berry kind .love them also # expecally Mrs. Asia no hard feelings to the other staff.
