I have visited the spa several times over the past several years and every experience is pleasurable. From the moment you walk in and until check out, I was treated respectfully, professionally, and efficiently. Personally, I have received services from the spa owner herself, Amy. She is incredibly knowledgable in her field but also develops a treatment plan that is individual based and not one that only focuses on generating revenue for the practice. I travel 50+ plus one way to see her and have been pleased every time.

I usually dont post reviews but I am beyond amazed by the results of my limelight procedure. My mother talked me into getting this procedure done and I honestly almost backed out because I was so nervous. If youre looking to get rid of your dark spots I highly recommend getting this procedure done! I can not say enough good things about my results. The staff was so friendly and the woman who did my procedure was extremely nice and very patient while I talked myself into getting this done. If you have doubts, dont, youll be very glad you did it. I wish I could post before and after pictures so you could see what a difference limelight makes. It has really boosted my self esteem.

I usually do not leave reviews but I was a client here for about 7 years and had good experience with laser genesis and microdermabrasion Botox and filler. So I spent a considerable amour of money here. That is until 2016 when I went in for filler in nasolabial folds and has a horrible reaction with ropey bulging looking like I had gummy worms in my face. I was horrified but I got the feeling they did not care. I’ve since been going to another local spa where I feel they really care about their clients

I called to inquire about a hydra facial was immediately told that they would not quote me a price over the phone and I would have to book an appointment for a consultation???? I don’t know about most of your clients but I work full time and don’t have time to physically come to your place of business to get prices, I am not having heart surgery I just want a hydra facial that I have had done many times in the past. Also asking for a credit card to book an appointment is ludicrous! I called a competitor who gave me prices over the phone did not ask for any credit card Information (which you say Is standard in your industry but I have never done before in my many aesthetic appointments over my lifespan) and took me less the 7 minutes to book an appointment. You are losing customers because of your asinine policies and with COVID you would also think you would limit exposure of your customers by doing a consultation over the phone!

Rejuvenations Spa is one of the best I have been to not only in the Columbia area but also in the Los Angeles area where I am from. They are courteous and professional from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Like Norm on Cheers everyone knows your name and my waits there have been minimal. They take the time to hear your needs and work within those parameters, no up selling. I have gotten a couple of dermatology procedures done there and been very happy with 95 percent. I say 95 percent because all procedures are not going to work on 100% of the time on all people. Each face is different and requires custom work. They are also up to date and trained on the newest, cutting edge procedures out there which is very reassuring. Some critics mention they are expensive but I found their prices to be reasonable. Plus when it comes to my face, Im not shopping around for the cheapest spa.

The services offered are vast and they are provided in a clean medical yet spa like setting. I have been going to Rejuvenations Med Spa for two years now and I have to say it is absolutely the best! I drive all the way from Atlanta every 3-6 months because of the amazing experience they provide. The spa is beautiful and the lobby is so relaxing. Amy and her staff are extremely courteous and always go above and beyond for their clients. April is really amazing at what she does. The first time I got botox from her I knew it would be a life long relationship!! She is so gentle and precise with everything. Once I came in with a horrible break out and was so upset. She took the time to reassure me she could help and gave me specific treatments to help ease my discomfort. She always recommends the procedures that she knows are best for me and never tries to over sell me. I also recommend the hydra facial and laser genesis! Go see the staff at Rejuvenations. You will be happy you did!

I’ve been going to Rejuvenations since they opened in 2005. I think my first treatment was a microdermabrasion and I loved it! But skin therapies have come a long way since then, and one of the things I appreciate most about Rejuvenations is the fact that they stay on top of new and innovative technologies/products for skin care. The local convenience is great! And the owner, Amy Powers, is terrific. She really cares about making sure that each client has a positive experience with the medical spa’s services. Her staff is always friendly when I visit, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Rejuvenations Medical Spa to anyone who is considering any of the treatments they offer.

The atmosphere is so chill and calming, it has a nice homey touch and everyone I talked to was really nice and friendly. I got my first session for the Enlighten tattoo removal and its already beginning to fade. I used a Q-switch from a dermatology clinic the first time and saw NO results but this lazer is different, and seems to be much more effective at the same price as the Q-switch at a dermatology clinic. I had Christie, shes really sweet and easy to talk to, and gives you a lot of info about the procedure beforehand. Overall, great experience! Will continue to get my tattoo removal treatments here =)

I had two of the much-touted Cool Sculpting treatments. What a tremendous waste of money and time--the second treatment was not discounted as I was told it would be after I finished the first treatment. I am not overweight and work out regularly, but this treatment was represented to me as being much more effective than it turned out to be. The people there are very nice, and I have had other services there, but I felt as though I plunked down big $$$ for very little of what was represented.

I had an acne facial done by Michelle and it was great. She was very helpful and informative. I had made an appointment for a different facial and she talked me through getting the one that was best for me at the time. She knew what she talking about and even sent me home with samples and her personal cell phone just in case I had questions! I cant wait to go back to her in couple weeks for another facial and Im loving my new skincare products!

I have been going to Rejuvenations for about 3 years now and absolutely LOVE the Ladies there. They have a very knowledgeable staff and I trust them completely to recommend the treatments I need to get the results I want to achieve. I had my first Pearl Fractional almost a month ago and I am so thrilled with my results I cant wait to have it done again in about two years. Friends and family have been telling me for the last two weeks how great my skin looks and want to know what I have been using lately. Not sure why a business would hold your credit card information for a FREE consultation. God forbid you miss your FREE consultation and they charge you an unknown amount of money because they made the bad business decision in not charging for that time in the first place. I was also told by one person it would only take 15 mins and another person said 45. So which is it? If you are so worried about not getting paid for that time, then maybe you should charge for it in the first place. Literally no other spas/salons Ive spoken to do that and none of them take more than 15 mins. If youre booking a 45 min appointment without pay, then thats your own fault, not the customers.

Ive had several procedures done at Rejuvenations and the results were fantastic. The staff is wonderful - catering to your every need. They always had an appointment that fit my schedule. And, I find their fees to be extremely reasonable. I can easily see why they were voted the best in Columbia.

Drove up from Atlanta just to see April for my first botox experience because one of my best friends recommends her so highly! April was amazing; I barely even felt it and the results are amazing! I would absolutely recommend Rejuvenations and April to anyone!!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but wowzers. My spray tan experience was something silly. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, etc. Staff was super friendly, but I received the WORST spray tan of my life there today. The sweet lady giving it to me was so sweet and I could tell she was so embarrassed about how it was going! The machine was broke (the hose kept falling out as she was spraying me) so she had to stop and tape the hose into the machine. When being hand sprayed I’ve never had anyone blot me off with a hand mitt that I typically use when applying self tanner myself. It was just an overall awkward and awful experience. I was visiting family and wanted to use the Norvell tanning solution (as I love the color it gives me) — this was just not the same as others I’ve received in the past. It took over 40 minutes from the time I took my clothes off until we finished. I’m not familiar with the area, but SURELY there is another place to go besides here! I was just thinking it would be TOP NOTCH since it was at a medical spa and boy was I wrong! Until they get their machine fixed I would MOST definitely find an alternate place!

The staff was so so nice but Im pretty disappointed in the results. I spent a good bit of money on a microneedling package/laser package and I dont see any results at all. I did six treatments and I have nothing to show for it. My expression lines and acne scars didnt get any better.

She thoroughly discussed skin care and took into consideration my schedule and budget! Together, we came up with a skin care regiment and plan to keep my skin looking healthy and young for my approaching big day! The environment she set for the treatment was comfortable and relaxing. It was really great to have someone caring and thoughtful to discuss all things health and beauty related with! I have already booked my next visit! Wow wow wow!!! I had just one limelight laser treatment done for my dark spots from sun damage and acne and it has totally transformed my face! Everyone keeps giving me compliments and noticing how my skin looks so much better! I tell everyone to go here cause they will take care of your skin!

I recently had a lash lift and tint here and if I knew then what I know now I would never have gotten it done! I will start by saying that the woman that performed the treatment was very nice so it wasnt her that I had the issue with (and that is the only reason Im giving this a 3 star rating). When she was finished with my lashes at first I was really excited. They were definitely permed and very curly. But the next day I went to put on a little eyeliner and because my lashes were so curled onto my eyelid it was almost impossible to do so! I also noticed that my bottom lashes were not tinted. They still look pretty light. But the most disturbing of all is that my lashes seem very brittle now and some have FALLEN OUT since my treatment! When I tried putting eyeliner on, my lashes were in the way because of how curled they were that they were just coming out. If you try to wear mascara it gets all over your eyelids. At this point I just wish the perm would come out and I can have my normal lashes back.The woman also told me that the tint only lasts about 3 weeks and the lift maybe a little longer ( as opposed to what it says on their website).I really wish I would have just used the money to buy the Latisse. At least thats permanent. I would never get this treatment done again! I feel that these things should be warned to clients before they get this done.

Stay away! They only care about your money! And once they get it, their customer service is horrid. They intentionally misrepresented PRP, a new procedure for them. I paid hundreds of dollars for this & confirmed on their website that indeed the plasma is injected into the skin……it was not! It was smeared on my skin with their fingers.This did NOTHING for my skin!When I expressed my displeasure for the lack of results & false representation to Amy, the Spa Director/Owner, her response was sorry you feel that way, well update our website to be accurate, but I will not refund your money, nor did she ask if she could do ANYTHING to satisfy me. She didnt care!This is a competitive field in a small town. There are many more medical spas here that will provide superior treatment AND unmatched customer service. Do not waste your money here.PS They are still misleading clients as they still havent changed their website to accurately represent their version of PRP.

I had vitamin iv therapy. The atmosphere was chic and accommodating.

Had a filler injected in my nasolabial area. Not a good experience. It looked like a glob that eventually traveled down to the bottom of my nasolabial fold . Returned to have it corrected and was given all kinds of excuses and told that this matter will correct itself with time.Not a place I spend my money on.

This place is always very nice and professional and you are in and out within your time allotted, the staff is always willing to answer your questions and explain things.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to this place. First of all the lady I consulted with named April seemed so into herself and her possition there she did not care about me.. She kept interrupting my questions. She did NOT do and exam on my face. She whipped thru prices such as this would cost $600 to $1,500. She talked about my face like painting a wall. I did not understand that. She talked so fast and fake I was spinning when I left. I was not asked if I wanted to make an appointment when I left. I have no idea how much it would cost to address my needs I came in for. As I see in the previous negative reviews the owner was rude.. What ever happened to , I am sorry .. Instead she called out the girl for never coming there.,? hum. Then to the other girl she said, we wish you the best. ? That means never contact us again and we are not contacting you! Lol What about, hey I am so sorry you are not happy I am going to contact you soon as possible! Lets see what negative remark the owner Amy says to me.....

Christi did a phenomenal job on my hydrofacial. I didn’t know what to expect from it being any different from me being in this line of fiend as a esthetician in 2008 and it’s amazinghow things have grown in the esthetic world she educated me to the fullest took her time with me and made me feel very relaxed. I will only book with her for my future hydrofacials. As well as Dr Hummel is the only one I will allow to do my fillers and Botox. There excellent and there jobs and don’t rush to get u in and out.
