This was my first visit to this clinic and De. Roberts. I was very impressed. Dr. Roberts seems sincerely committed to listening and serving his clients in a holistic manner. Very knowledgeable and thorough. His nurse Greta has an exceptional approach to excellence in patient care. She is compassionate, a fear listener and easily puts her patients at ease. The clinic staff is friendly and professional. The wait times are short. I also received results of tests very quickly.

Horrible customer service. After numerous phone calls. Being without meds because the office called in the incorrect medication, refusing to correct it. Refusing to call be back as well. Absolutely horrible. They don’t even listen to what you say. Will never return here. Patient care is not their priority.

Both myself and my husband are patients of Dr. Mandev Guram. I have to say coming from myself and my husband he is one of the best! Recently I had a issue with my insurance no longer waning to pay for my migraine medication. Dr. Guram knew I did not want to change the medication because it worked so well for me. So he made sure I had enough samples instead of changing it. And in the meantime I can work it out with my insurance on what we need to do to get them to cover this medication again. That’s just a little example of what a great Dr. he is :) He truly goes above and beyond.

I wanted a General practice so as not to drive to several different places to get refills on preventative medications to live more healthfully. This practice really helps, and checks all the boxes. The people are professional, but warm and kind. And my calls are returned quickly, which means a lot to me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Joseph Gabriel (and occasionally several of his associates) at SC Internal Medicine Associates for the past 14 years. To say that I’m very satisfied with Dr. Gabriel and the rest of the staff there is an understatement. Dr. Gabriel is the consummate professional. If I had to pick words to describe him I would choose “Intelligent”, “Friendly”, “Compassionate”, “Energetic”, “Skilled”, “Effective”, “Efficient”, “Confident”, “Knowledgeable”, and “Helpful” with a strong sense of “Empathy”.I’m also extremely satisfied with the facilities at SC Internal Medicine, which appear to me to be state of the art, pristine, aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. The facility management is clearly focused on patient well being and customer satisfaction.

I am a patient of Cynthia Hutsons who I am very pleased with as my physician. This week I had an issue with poison ivy on my arm as I was working in the yard. Cynthia Hudson was not in the office but as normal the phone was answered quickly and I was given an appointment for the next morning with someone else to see me. Jennifer Grit and her nurse examined me and were very knowledgeable and quick to give me all the answers I needed for my situation. Both were very professional but pleasant during the examination and my prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy so I could have it immediately. Its really nice to know that you have a good choice of other physicians and nurses that can take care of you when your physician is out. South Carolina internal medicine association has been a very good experience for me since I have started coming to them. I would highly recommend them especially the two physicians that I have seen that I mentioned above. Thank you for making my life more comfortable.

I have been treated the past two weeks for a sinus infection that is now going into my chest. I called yesterday and was told to leave a message for the nurse. Never got a reply. I emailed this morning - again never heard anything so I went by there. I was thinking that I would be seen through their sick/walk in clinic. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that I should have scheduled an appointment yesterday instead of leaving a message. The sick clinic is overbooked so I could go to Urgent Care if I really need to be seen. I now have an appointment for MONDAY morning. I think this practice is getting too big! Maybe it is time I found another doctor.

Dr. Levinson has been my doctor for decades, so Im a little biased. I think hes great! He listens, and he cares - 2 qualities that can make the difference between a good or a great doctor.

Fred Smith is a great doctor. I came because I hurt but I wasnt dying. He took a measured approach, didnt try to reinvent the wheel, gave me a prescription for a drug with which I am familiar, took blood work to check for a couple of possibilities and sent me on my way. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Monica, and the clerical types even laughed at my jokes about all the Democrat paperwork.

I am in love with this place. Everything is so exceptional. From staff to care. My doctor is dr Cynthia Hudson. Who’s very pleasant. Understanding and sincere. She’s not only a human being but a doctor as well. Not judge mental nor opinionated. I was unable to work for yrs and now I’m back on my feet. Thx to her and the wonderful staff there.

He has good manners and really seems to care about you as a person, unlike many other Drs these days. His staff has always been kind and caring, and as punctual (as can be expected in a medical facility). They also have the BEST PAs, and they are available almost at any time. If I could give them a six star rating, I would.

A few things that really impressed me is; his ability to listen, not rushing in and out, not being quick to write a prescription, and his genuine concern. Both my husband and I (both septuagenarians) went to these folks for extensive general diagnostic testing. They are most professional, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and assuring. In particular, my husband is hemiplegic from a stroke 15 years ago and quite apprehensive about any medical procedures. He also is difficult to maneuver from wheelchair to exam tables. Every technician we saw was able to accommodate to his particular needs. Did I say that they are incredibly friendly?! A pleasure to work with!

Professional, courteous, love Dr. Gabriel and Lisa Myrick, PA! We feel that the two of them along with their staff saved my husband’s life with their persistence on getting him into surgery for his gall bladder. My whole family, including my husband, daughter, and son-in-law, see them.

I recently went to see my doctor Fred Smith who has moved in with this practice. Great people at this office! So efficient and helpful. I actually saw Katy, the nurse practitioner on one visit. She was fantastic! Very thorough and helpful! And of course we love Dr. Smith! One thing to be aware of is that you do have to pay a rather hefty fee (maybe $150?) to transfer into this practice. This is not covered by insurance just FYI. Other than that, I would recommend these people and this practice whole heartedly!!

My primary physician of thirty years retired. At 80 years old, I was looking for a new doctor. My husband who is a patient at SC internal Medicine said he thought I would like Dr. Mendev Guram. He was right. Dr. Guram is thorough and patient. He did not rush our appointment, making sure that I understood the care plan that he was suggesting. This caring attitude extended to the nursing staff also. Hes young enough that I dont think he will be retiring anytime soon.

My doctor in the NE Columbia (Dr. Smith) moved to this practice & I followed. Thus far, the entire staff has been very pleasant to deal with & the service has been great. The absolute only complain I have is the travel to see my doctor!

After a rough bout with strep throat and bronchitis, Covid hit me with a vengence. I emailed in my positive covid results the night I got them and Dr. Fuller and his medical team immediately jumped into action. I called the morning of July 24th as I had taken my last meds the night before but I was still feeling some respiratory issues. Dr. Fuller insisted I come in that day to make sure Covid Pneumonia had not set in. Keep in mind I have a 6 hour round trip to see Dr. Fuller and wouldnt go anywhere else! We loaded up and headed to see what my diagnosis was and praise God, I did not have pneumonia however the bronchitis never healed. Since Covid hit me 5 days after the strep and bronchitis. Dr. Fuller and his team immediately kicked started treatment with a shot of Rocephin to be followed by 10 more days of a strong antibiotic. This was 2 days ago and I already feel better. Thank God for Dr. Fuller and his team and how he worked me in to make 100% sure I am healing properly. Imho there is no better doctor who truly cares about you than Sean Fuller. I thank God he is my doctor.The staff is very professional, thorough, kind & caring. Dr. Fuller and his team are Rock Stars in my opinion. I give them 10 stars if I could!!Want a doctor who cares.. Go to Dr. Fuller! He will not fail you!!!

Dr. Levinson is the BEST physician in town! I love that he does not treat you like a number. It isnt about getting you in and out. His care is worth the wait!! It is about making sure that your health is the number one priority. I also love that Dr. Levinson takes the time to work with young nurses, nursing assistants and PAs in training/internships as they work on beginning their careers. Paying it forward for the next generation of care givers is vitally important and it is clear that Dr. Levinson sees this as a priority. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I just went for my first time yesterday. The check in process was quick. The wait time was short (I had a 7:15 am appt). The doctor was kind, took time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. The check out process was also quick. I have never been to a Dr office that I was seen with 15 mins of my appointment time.

I love that this practice is not hospital owned and able to make their own decisions regarding things that are good and bad for the practice and patients. Dr. Levinson is wonderful. He takes time to listen and discern the absolute best way to treat your issue. His nurse and MA are equally as wonderful.

I give 5 stars strictly relating to my care given by NP Catie Thomas. I saw her while my other primary care doctor was out on leave and decided to switch indefinitely because she is that wonderful. She is so compassionate, kind, really cares about your health and concerns, and more importantly treats you as if you were her friend or family.The practice as a whole is good, you will have to wait most of the time after your appointment time before going to the back but honestly, I’ve never been in a doctors office before where you didn’t have to wait. It’s a new building so everything is clean and decorated very well.

Sunday evening I can down with a serious lung infection and began running some fever. First thing Monday AM, I called the doctors office. They were able to get me an appointment at 10:30 that morning. I saw the nurse practicer. She checked me out and gave me a couple of antibiotic shots in my butt and called in some additional meds to the pharmacy and ordered a chest X-ray of my chest. I was able to get the X-ray before lunch. I then headed home to rest and was feeling some better by supper. A rapid and successful treatment for my problem. Follow up scheduled for the following Thursday. Great Visit!
