Today was my first visit in three months and I was SO IMPRESSED with the young woman they recently hired to help patients with their needs as they enter the lab. She was cheerful and greeted each patient upon their arrival, something that has been lacking for a long time. The technicians who actually draw blood were having to do all the paperwork prior to drawing forcing the patient to wait and I commented every time I visited how unfair that was to everyone! Today the technician (from Ohio) who drew my blood was so very kind to me.She made me feel so comfortable and our brief conversation was so uplifting! Your company needs to be commended for finally realizing your techs are only human and when they are overwhelmed with work it reflects in their effectiveness and attitude. I’m looking forward to my next visit now instead of dreading it!

Very disappointed. Husband went for some blood tests and first tech couldnt hit his vein 3 different times. Second tech came in and hit it first try. Unprofessional.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:45. Waiting room full of people. Finally was seen at 12:30. When questioned, a member of staff quite curtly told us that we had to wait because team members were on lunch break. Why do you schedule so many appointments during lunch break? I looked for a name badge on that particular female but there was none or it was covered up.

8 people waiting to be seen. With 4 standing in the hall. Appointment was scheduled for 7:45. The check in board says 25 minutes. Why would people schedule so many at one time. No social distancing going on here. I’m not even going to comment on the staff. Just imagine it. They don’t care your just a number. Never coming back even if it means finding a new doctor.
