I use to love this place, but they really need to take better precautions for COVID-19. No one wears a mask, not even the chiropractors and there are no temperature checks. I was there today, but it really didn’t hit until after I got back in the car. You guys have no clue where your patients may have been before coming to your office. This not only puts the staff in danger but every patient that comes into the office after that exposure. I can’t come back here until there are better precautions for the virus at this office. I’m praying that I wasn’t exposed and I can’t risk my family’s life by returning here.

Id never been to a chiropractor before and was pretty hesitant. I have always felt safe, well-cared for, and respected. He doesnt use any gimmicky sales tactics and demonstrates a sincere care for his patients that is unique. Its been about six years since my first appoint. Dr. Jokerst has a patient for life. Im so grateful to have discovered his practice. If youre considering visiting a chiropractor, for whatever reason, you wont regret coming here.

These are my peoples. Everyone in this office is wonderful. I honestly didnt buy into chiropractic until I went to visit Dr. Grant. Each person is extremely kind, generous, and helpful. All members of my family are patients now, including my 8 month old son, who has been seen by Dr. Mike since he was 2 months old. Simply THE BEST!

I really appreciate the sincerity & honesty of Dr. Chandler. The way that he throughly listened to & evaluated me was wonderful. I appreciate how honest he was about not being able to adjust me because he felt that I had a disc issue involving the nerves & he didnt want to cause more harm. He even personally called me about 2 days after my visit to make sure I was ok. If I ever need a chiropractor or know someone who does Ill recommend Dr. Chandler without hesitation!

Dr. Mike and his staff are wonderful. I have been seeing him off and on for almost 10 years and he is an excellent Chiropractor. I can honestly say when I keep up with my visits on a regular basis my body feels better and I get a much better quality of sleep. Its amazing how much it helps when the body is properly aligned. I suffer from shoulder and neck pain due in large part to an injury I sustained many years ago and thanks to Dr. Mike I never had to get surgery. Compared with my experience with other chiropractors, Irmo Family Chiropractic is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, with high quality results. You get no pressure to buy into a multi-session plan that you dont really need. Other chiropractors Ive been to try to fit in as many patients as possible without a care that you are left waiting for hours. At most, my appointment has been delayed by 5 minutes here. Lastly, and most importantly, Ive always gotten the care, advice, and ultimately real results I needed to address my back issues.

Front office support is your first line and the women here were not pleasant. Seems like they only want to serve a “particular” type of person. After this experience I went to a fabulous chiropractor on Leisure Ln. and I wish I found them in the first place.

The Chiropractors at Irmo Family, Dr Sebastiano and Dr Jokerist are the best. They have helped my wife recover from an auto accident and we both have found them to be friendly, thoughtful and very effective. The whole family at Irmo Family are all great!!

I have found that Dr Mike and his associates truly have the patient foremost in mind. They take a holistic approach to getting to the root of your issues and not just treat symptoms.

One of the best things about this office is that immediate physical help is provided- there isnt a ton of unnecessary consult that wastes your time and money. Wait times are non-existent so appointments are quick and convenient.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Grant and/or Dr. Mike! I have been a regular patient of Dr. Grants for many years. My husband and all four of my children are also adjusted as needed. When Dr. Grant is out of the office I do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Mike. Dr. Grant has extensive knowledge on healthcare in general, the staff is wonderful and I have utilized the other services offered as well (messages, products, etc.).

Dr. Michael Jokerst at Irmo Family Chiropractic is the best Chiropractor I have gone to yet. I have lower back and neck issues. Dr. Mike thoroughly assessed my X-rays, talked extensively about my physical issues and then got to work helping my bones go back into the right positions. My back is now stronger, I can run, bend, lift, and live a normal life without the fatigue I had from being in pain all the time. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back and or neck issues.

Staff are fun with whom to interact. Adjustments are helpful and carefully administered. The combination of a massage and an adjustment seems to work wonders.
