Very professional receptionist. She kindly helped get me and my wife scheduled for our first new-patient appointment since we just moved to the area. She helped initiate the transfer of our x-rays from our previous chiropractor and we were good-to-go. This place is one of the most unprofessional places Ive ever dealt with. I was looking for a local chiropractor and decided to call to schedule an appointment. I called and the lady that answered said the first available spot would be in 3 business days at 9 am and I said great I really need an adjustment. She asked my name and number and stated she would call me back after lunch to get all my information due to me being a new patient. She call me back at 3:30 and stated now that the spot she confirmed with me that morning was taken and it would be a week before I get in. Excuse me but that is horrible customer service and I will be taking my business else where. I would not feel comfortable letting some poorly run business adjust me!!!!!

Dr. Milano is one of the most caring and professional Chiropractors Ive ever dealt with. Her most concerned is her clients well being and not how many visits your Health Insurance will pay for it. Many Chiropractors elsewhere want to lock you in a long term program however, Dr Milano will either relief your issues in a handful of sessions or she will recommend Neuro or Orthopedic care. Shes not too much into Physical adjustments but her gentle approach is all one needs to relieve the toughest issues.
