I have been essentially trying to get an appointment with this clinic since July 2021. I have been put off, told they did not receive my records, told they then did not receive enough records, told the nurse who reviews records needs to review them and submit to doctor for consideration. I have not been told they do not have an answer yet - It is October 11, 2021. I have called, left messages too many times to count. Never a call back. Today I was specifically told they would call me right back - four hours later - no call. I was told by Denise they would call me, I called back and asked for Denise. Was told no Denise works here. Then was told, after I said I talked to her - Oh, yes you wanted Denise - yes Denise isnt technically an employee here. Disgusted......yes. I tried to call the Mercy Clinic patient advocate - no answer at 4:10 on 10/11/21.

Dr. Lara Lazarre,Is amazing in so many ways! She’s very caring, great with listening, and explaining things to you so they make since! And she really helps with the more nervous types, like me. She definitely helps me calm my nerves with my fears of the what if’s/unknowns.She’s really good at what she does.Thank you Dr. Lara Lazarre! ☺️

Dr. Lara Lazarre is great! She really listens and is already helping my sister with her seizures. We accomplished more from a 1 hour meeting with her than we have in the last 4 years of her seizures. If you need a neurologist I highly recommend her. She will listen! 🙂

They do not listen to their patiences about their problem. They are very difficult to reach when you want to contact the office or doctors. I will not be returning to them as they arent helpful after treatment with doctor notes or sending medical information to another place.

I had prior approval to get an MRI and it has taken a week and me calling to get them to set this up. I guess they dont care because it is not their brain.

Do not care about long patient!! Would rather get rid of patient that has been there for decades!! Who needs their services!
