Billing here is a Nightmare. I had issues the first time I called in to pay on my bill (I have no insurance) and they told me I owed way over what I did. They fixed that and gave me a new amount (which is totally fine, it happens). I called in the next month to pay the remaining and same problem. The lady I talked to this time was Rude as all get out and wanted to argue about my amount owed instead of going to fix the problem like the other lady the first time. I tried to explain to her and she kept interrupting me saying what her computer says is right. Long story short is they lost my business for sure and if you don’t have medical insurance, you will pay for overpriced visits and they will over charge you.. however, the doctor I seen was great and friendly so 5 stars to him. The billing staff lady was my biggest problem here and very rude and laughed at my frustration before hanging up the phone. Very unprofessional and I won’t be back

Still paying out the nose for a procedure from Dr. Capper that wasnt even done properly.

A copay should cover a look into ears and nose, it is an ENT place. However, they charge you over $400 above copay for looking in the nose and call is a surgical procedure. Did not give a heads up or ask permission...….will not go back to this place or recommend. Zero stars wish I had seen an honest review before I went

Dr. Vos is rude and a horrible individual. I only went to get checked out because I thought a spider crawled up my nose. While I’m talking to the dr he asks me if I’m disabled, I kind of react and say “what?”, he again asks me if I’m disabled and I said no. He then goes to tell me “I see you’re on Medicaid and most individuals on Medicaid are disabled, so it must be your low income why you’re on it.” He then prescribes me a cream for no explanation then tells me I need allergy shots....🤬

Do not go here. They perform a surgery aka stick a scope up your nose for 10 seconds and want to charge you $400 on top of your appointment price. There was no medical reason whatsoever for Dr Capper to perform this surgery as I was just there to get a prescription renewed for my CPAP.

Dr. Winnike is great! She takes time for her patients and even fits them in her tight schedule. Dr. Capper talks to you, not down to you.Over all great Doctors and staff!!!

The receptionists dont wear masks or social distance. They were checking patients in with their masks hanging around one ear instead of covering their faces. This is an ear nose and throat clinic where medically vulnerable people have to go for care during a pandemic

The physicians at the office provide quality care. However, support staff for the clinic could use dramatic improvement. This includes front desk staff and select nursing staff. They are unwilling to work with their patients. When dealing with young children they are rude, non communicative, and cold. This is not an environment I recommend bringing your child in to with an expectation of kindness and empathy. Scheduling procedures when dealing with Alicia was nothing short of a nightmare. It’s a shame that the employees at this office don’t understand that everyone influences a patient/family experience and can not solely be the physicians responsibility.

Very friendly and helped get the paperwork completed , and new hearing aids ordered. Nice place . Dr. Reed and staff know their stuff. Answered all questions we had. Told us what everything would cost up front (except what insurance would be paying).

I took my 12 year old here for a second opinion when he was having chronic nosebleeds and we got Dr. Capper and hes absolutely amazing!! He gave us the choice as to what we wanted him to do, and we opted for the surgery to cauterize it. The procedure was quick and the recovery was easy. We went to his follow up appointment and he was thrilled with the progress (no more nosebleeds). He is very nice, honest, gentle, and great with kids! He even gave my younger child who was not a patient a sticker. I highly recommend him and ENT!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately, that isn’t an option. My son recently got ear tubes here. Our daughter had previously had them done through UIHC and through our insurance it cost around $800. We were going to use UIHC again, but had a consult with ENT because it was a shorter wait. At this consult, office staff outlined around what our bill would be and what we should be looking for. Well, got the bill today and it was for over $2300! I called the office and the staff was rude and clueless, basically saying tough luck it’s our word against yours. I am telling you, do not use this place. I never make google reviews so for me to do this shows how bad it is.

Dr. Reed is a great Doctor for kids. But the staff is another thing Very Rude and Nasty. #SpecialNeedsMom be ware you might want to catch a case if your patience is short.

My whole family has been treated here for a variety of things. The doctors are great - helpful and easy to talk to. The nurses always get back to you in a timely manner with answers. The staff in general is very courteous.

Dr.viner is simply amazing. He talked to my child as if she mattered and it meant a lot to me. He is super kind, and I would recommend him to everyone. The whole experience I had with ENT was amazing!

I had an appointment today and ended up waiting fifty minutes (!) in the waiting room. When I asked about the long wait I was told that the doctor must have been held up. Perhaps they could have communicated that if it was so. As I finally see the doctor he tells me that they should have send me to the hearing test first which is what he waited for. Worst thing: there was a not on my papers to get the hearing test done....The wait there is usually really short. Staff is friendly.(Thanks for listening.)

Would NEVER go to this place again .went in for a mouth sore , was told I needed surgery . When I was out ,they told my wife I needed my tonsils out . She gave permission. Well I still have my mouth sore . I was sent to mercy to have a specialist look at it and he asked why didn’t they treat my mouth sore , he was dumbfounded when I told him that’s what I went in for . I would not trust them to look at my dog .when I left their office I was told I needed sleep appneaia test ,didn’t walk out of the office I ran . I gave them one star because zero was not a opposition

The physicians and staff are wonderful. They are throul and explain things in terms you understand. They take the time to listen to you to get to the root of the problem, so they know what they need to do! I highly recommend!

EDIT: We werent called back until about 1:40PM, but Dr Vos was phenomenal! I will add another star for him and his professionalism. He did everything that he could to make my 8-year old feel as comfortable as possible. I would recommend him for sure.I am employed in the healthcare field. My daughter’s appointment was at 1PM. I showed up at 12:42PM. I provided my insurance cards and filled out NP ppw. All of this was complete by 12:51PM. I sat in the waiting room until 1:26PM. It is now 1:35PM. The front staff states that they are waiting for a room to become available. Everyone who walked in after me has been called back and here I am still sitting here. The two stars are for the kindness of the front staff. However, where I am employed, our reception staff would go out and inform our patients if clinicians are running behind.

Dr. Simpson is AMAZING, he solved a lot of my sinus problems with a tonsillectomy and was a great doctor while I was in his care. Unfortunately, after my surgery I had some complications & had to deal Dr.Capper who is HORRIBLE!!!! His bedside manner is atrocious, he was the on call doctor and when I told him the pain I was experiencing he verbatim YELLED at me to Suck it up! He said Youre 25 years old, you were told this would be a long recovery, and I need to just take my ibuprofen and deal with the pain. (All still while yelling) and part of my reason for calling was I was in the middle of having a panic attack from the pain, he told me he doesnt deal with my kind of problems. I have never in my life been treated by a doctor like that in my life. When my mom called to complain the office manager said Im sure someone there can back up what he said. I filed a formal complaint a month ago and still havent heard anything back from them. If it werent for Dr. Simpson I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Impressed with Dr. Voss patient manner and his medical care. Original appt for ear wax removal. Done. Then had a hearing test for baseline (passed it) and return appt in New Year to determine cause/s of intermittent dizziness and low tonal buzzing in my ears. Thank you, ENT!

I vised dr Dr. Vos he is very brilliant doctor ,but the ENT office billing service is very unorganized and i warn everybody wants to go there make sure every payment you make have a copy to proof i got duplicated charge several times good luck .

Dr. Simpson and his nurse, Mary Beth, are excellent at making a patient feel comfortable and secure. I had extensive surgery recently and could not have been happier with the treatment, compassion, and concern of Dr. Simpson and his entire staff.

If you have an ear, nose, and throat they got you covered. Tested my hearing, performed, sleep study, and helping my wifes allergies.
