I have been seeing Lucy Marsh for several months now. I went to her with very longstanding nerve pain as a result of polio I contacted as an infant. I was living each day in fear of the pain that started in the afternoon and grew stronger into the evening. My doctor has given me Dilaudid and switched me to morphine with very little relief. I have gone to the ER several times over the last 3 or 4 years. I was treated like a junkie looking for a new high, which was the farthest thing from the truth. I called her really out of desperation. I wanted to die as that was the only way I could see myself getting any pain relief.Today I am active and started mediating again. I have very little pain.
