I have horrible anxiety and absolutely hate going to the dentist... but, today may have changed that! I had 5 teeth pulled today. One of them being right in the front.. and I barely felt it!!!! Their team was amazing! They made sure I was comfortable, explained the process very well, made sure I was good & numb and then started pulling! I have a few teeth that were broken down into the gums that my last dentist was unable to get.. this wonderful woman pulled them out without an issue! While explaining everything in detail about what I would be feeling. I will definitely be going back! Thank you all so much for all of your help today! You are an absolutely amazing team!!!

Back in December 2020, I went for my first appointment here. For my first time there it was wonderful and the staff was polite. I had a follow up appointment to get some cavities filled and a tiny tooth root extracted scheduled for January 2021.I showed up for my appointment, only to be told that my doctor was sick and we would have to reschedule. They stated they had called me to let me know but I had no missed called on my phone. They asked if I wanted to see a dentist that was supposed to be in the next day. I asked if that dentist knew how to take out a tooth root and they had no clue that i was even scheduled for a tooth root extraction. They said my chart only had me down for fillings. So I corrected them and scheduled the appointment to see the original dentist in March.I showed up to the March appointment and once again the nurse had no idea about the root tip extraction and proceeded to lecture me about treating my elders with kindness, stating she was twice my age when I got irritated and freaked out that nobody seemed to know what was going on.In the original appointment I had asked for antibiotics for the infection in my tooth. I was refused, my dentist stating that She didnt want my body to build an immunity to the antibiotics I had to go to my actual family doctor who agreed I needed antibiotics. I also asked for something for the anxiety and was told that they would administer laughing gas before having the toot root yanked. When I asked this nurse about the laughing gas at my March appointment she slammed something on the window sill. I then asked to speak to the doctor. Things were cleared up and I got the procedure and fillings. Yet was told that they needed to know in advance about the laughing gas so it was done without it.This place is so unorganized and the staff member/nurse was rude as heck with a panicking patient. I was crying in the operation chair because I was so freaked out about the tooth. It didnt hurt, but I will never EVER go back here!

Got a tooth pulled and some fillings and I honestly didn’t even feel a thing! Hardly even felt the shot. Not to mention my dentist was incredible and they were super nice.

Dr Tavarone and her staff are always friendly, patient and kind. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. Not anymore. Coming here changed that.

Staff was quick to get me in and attend once paperwork was completed. The DH was very talkative and made the experience a real pleasure. After the cleaning it makes me want to smile more!

They were extremely professional, even with my experience with dentistry. I appreciate how they helped me solve my issues out. And they took my insurance also, which is a big plus.

I was having one of the most difficult tooth extraction of my life. And the lady dentist and her assistant did everything in her power to keep me as comfortable as possible to get me through it. I am grateful for her, I dont think I could of made it through with any other dentist. Very professional and compassionate.

Terribly place. Broke my tooth, then stopped going to this location. Went to schedule at the kentwood location and was told I was dismissed due to missing appointments when I NEVER schedule another appointment after that. MCDC is a complete joke and I would never encourage anyone to go here! Not to mention they were trying to pull a tooth that didn’t have any issues nor did it even hurt.

The people that I had interaction with today were very gentle, caring and helpful. I have not been to a dentist in about 10 years. They made me feel very welcomed.

Waited an 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Whom I never got to see. Which was very rude. I seen 2 nurses. 0 doctors. Would of loved to speak with the doctor but no. Absolutely upset

Went there after toothpain for 3 days straight and they recommended an oral surgeon and was told Id get antibiotics and pain releiver and then only get antibiotics so I paid almost 200 for antibiotics and a referral and nothing for pain in the meantime which they told me it would be a few days before the surgeon will call me

Absolutely a blessing Been struggling to have good dental work for years and they treated me like family cant wait to go back again thank you

It happened to be my lucky day because there was no wait, and there was a cancellation so they could do some work the first day. I badly needed it. The doctor was also very speedy in her Quality work. They were knowledgeable and what my insurance would cover, but also gave me choices and Good advice. I feel like I left there with Hope and look forward to getting my teeth back to where they should be In my future appointments there.

Spent the weekend with an abscessed tooth. Called them on Monday morning and they got me in that same day. I was impressed with their professional and friendly manner. Not only will I recommend them, I think I have found a new dental healthcare.Had several teeth extracted this morning. Getting ready for partial dentures. Staff was kind, professional, but most of all, caring. Never thought I would enjoy going to a dentist. Well, maybe enjoy is a little much, but at least I didnt mind it.

I love this place, who says that about going to the dentist!? This dental facility is the best Ive experienced. I started going here in 2017 and have never had to sit and wait at my appointments. The ENTIRE staff are so kind and caring. They all make you feel appreciated and when I had tooth pulled the doc and assistant had a pleasant conversation that made me feel comfortable and take my mind off of what was happening. This place is the absolute best. The staff and doctor are amazing. Had to take my 7 year old son there for an emergency, and they helped him right away. The staff is always great, super friendly, and helpful. Last minute had to take my 2 year old with me to an appointment for myself and my son. They were understanding and kept her happy while we had our teeth worked on. Doctor called to follow up the next day to make sure my son and I were feeling ok after fillings. I cant express enough how great these people are. Not to mention their great work. My son wasnt afraid at all, they talked him through his filling. They did a fantastic job on it, he says it feels good like a real tooth, and no pain. Ill never take my family to any other dentist office. Im so happy theyre here in Ionia :)

I wish I would’ve listened to them and done the Valium instead of using gas. They know best. They are very patient and I can tell they care about my health.

I had an emergency issue and had never visited the office. Staff was amazing, able to get me in and out in an hour and a half. Great prices, didn’t feel anything during an extraction. Won’t go anywhere else again.

Everyone was kind and helpful and able to work me in for urgent care without an appointment. They all seemed very aware of cleanliness and having a germ free environment. I recommend this office to anyone in need of excellent dental care!

Well was suppose to have all teeth removed found out had a infection so got to get rid of that the place itself is very clean and the atmosphere is pretty well great smells good as well

Quick to get in for emergency evaluation, but had to schedule for actual tooth extraction almost a month away. Charges for cash paying customers is quite high. Nice facility and staff is pleasant. Will continue to use, but wish fees were better.

The employees of the company were super nice! I was shocked, it was a nice comfortable place. I only had to wait about 10min (because I didnt have an appointment) they fit me into their schedule, and fixed my tooth problem. Since I dont do well with going to the dentist, I was happy I convinced myself to go get my problem taken care of!
