I enjoyed the options available for the eye exam. The whole thing took less then a half hour for an in depth exam by a doctor. Great use of my time and piece of mind when it comes to my eyes.

Nice business. Very clean store. Close and convenient location. John and Heidi are professional and friendly. Heidi did a thorough eye exam . Asked questions about my eye health and suggested two eye drops to use . John helped me pick out new frames and performed the frame fitting measurements and in no time I had a new pair of glasses ordered. I feel confident about having Heidi and John as my eye care team. Support I havent had for 3 or 4 years.

Husband and I went there for the first time and had a great experience! Dr. Kopp was wonderful! She was the only optometrist who explained every test she was doing and what it meant. She was very patient, informative and you could tell she loves what she does!

I have been very pleased with my care at EyeWorks since I started coming here about 4 years ago or so. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and current testing procedures such as OptoMap. They have also been very helpful with eye-related issues outside of annual exams and selecting glasses.

I absolutely had a fantastic experience.From John at the front desk to Heidi Kopp the Doctor I was pleased all the way around. They were knowledgeable, caring, compassionately, made me feel as if I was their only patient, gave me undivided attention and reassurance when needed. I highly recommend this clinic. It was cozy, safe and comfortable.

I’ve had all my eye exams done here for the last three years, and will definitely continue in spite of the fact that I moved to the other side of the cities! The doctor is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she takes the time to properly evaluate my eyes, with vigilance toward my past history and predisposing risk factors. My husband and I have stopped going here because of rude service from the optician guy. The optometrists have always been great but the front guy was rude to me pretty much every visit in one way or another. The final straw was when I wanted a copy of my glasses prescription and politely asked for my PD. I know how to do it but I figured they have it on file and I paid for an exam and have purchased glasses in the past from there. He said “if you want to play optician and order your glasses elsewhere then you can figure it out yourself.” The optometrist overheard the conversation and apologized to me in the exam room for him and gave me my PD.

Overall experience, I wouldnt come here again. I paid over $200 for glasses after insurance and got fitted for contacts. I chose this location because it was within my network and in my neighborhood. I wasnt able to schedule a follow up appointment because after my fitting the front desk was occupied and I was not able to wait. I called about 3 months later to see if I could schedule the follow up appointment or order contact for daily disposables. I wear contacts about twice a month. I still had the contacts that the doctor gave me. They said theyd have to start the process all over again. It would have been helpful to receive a follow up call or been informed that I have 30-60 days to book a follow up appointment so I can order contacts. Ive worn contacts for over 10 years and my prescription hasnt changed in 5 years. I will now have to schedule another appointment just so I can order contacts.

Having been in the situation of having to buy a second pair of glasses not covered by my insurance, I felt very daunted by the task. I put it off for months until a friend recommended EyeWorks Optical. I was blown away by the quality of service and advice and I never felt pressured to get additional things that I did not want or need. What I love most is how clear they are about warranties and that they provide minor repairs and such free of charge! I couldnt ask anything more for my eyeglass care. John is so kind as well!

Came in with glasses that needed new nose pieces and a screw replaced. They got to me within minutes and didnt even charge me anything. I was not a customer before, but will definitely use them for my next glasses!

I went to EyeWorks for an eye exam and new glasses in 2017. The service and attention to my eyewear selection were superb. I felt that my exam was very thorough. The quality of eyewear selection is much higher than a Walmart or chain, and as such you may need to be prepared for slightly higher prices. However, the quality and service justify it.I normally wear contacts and haven’t been super comfortable with glasses. I was surprised by the number of compliments I receive on my new glasses. Really validated the style John helped me select. They are also very comfortable. I appreciated that he took extra time to fit them for me.I would highly recommend EyeWorks Optical and I will be back for my 2018 exam and in the future.

I went to Eyeworks Optical for the first time for a routine eye exam and I was very impressed with the level of care I received from Dr. Kopp. She was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions and go through my medical history. Its clear that good patient care is important to her as I did not feel like the exam was rushed in any way. I would recommend Dr. Kopp to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.I didnt need to purchase new glasses but I perused their selection of frames for fun while I was waiting and they have a great selection of unique and stylish frames, unlike the run of the mill selection Ive found at other places.If youre looking for an eye doctor who cares about her patients and a friendly staff, then I would recommend Eyeworks Optical.

My 8 year old son was in for an appointment, the support staff that was there to help pick my son out glasses should not be working with children. This is my sons first time EVER HAVING GLASSES ...He was very impatient did not want to show me any glasses other than what my insurance covered, did not explain or give me choices on poly lenses or anything. We got my sons glasses he fitted him, the bow goes all the way down his ear, they dont stay on his face and the lenses look like coke bottles. I also need to order him sports glasses and clearly a different pair that actually fit his face. But when I called to get his prescription so i could order lenses elsewhere. He was very short and rude to me once again when i inquired about his pupil distance so i could order this sport glasses and he said only an optometrist could do that, and REFUSED to provide me with that information? I laughed i said I am aware that an optometrist measures that hence why i am asking his eye doctor for it. Ive lived in IGH my whole life and would NOT recommend anyone especially anyone with children to go there.

Missed one appointment after years and hundreds of dollars (thousands w/insurance) spent there and the woman gives me an attitude when I call to reschedule. I did apololgize for not calling when I missed but she still scolded me like a child. I always felt like they were trying to rip me off, like they care more about the money than their patients. Never going there again. Do not recommend. ALSO, their reviews on Intuit Demandforce are completely shady. Many of the customers write multiple good reviews (I.e. Eileen K), skewing their rating higher. EyeWorks pays for that Intuit service- its a total scam.

I have never given a review before but its time I say something about this place If you wanna get ripped off and price gouged this is the place to buy glasses $800 pair of glasses the salesman tells me they will cover the scratches one time I bring them in and he says nope only covered for a year well you didnt tell me that after spending $800 on a pair of glasses now he wanted 600 for new lenses I just went to Wal-Mart and Got the same prescription for $275 So if you wanna get ripped off this is the place to to get glasses.from
