I arrived early and waited in my car. I felt safe and protected from covid. I saw the doctor as soon as I was admitted to the examine room and removed my clothing. Exam was thorough and over quickly. Minimum exposure to viruses. My face is red and swollen, but that is to be expected. Received information on dealing with my concerns. Completely satisfactory.

My experience has been out of this world. The Doctor that took my cancer growth off my face made it so unbelievably relaxing by joking around being kind making conversation. The nurses were unbeliveably kind. The receptionists extremely kind. I am 61 years old and have been to the doctors many many many times in my life and never have I been treated this good by the while staff. They ALL deserve raises!!!!!

Quick and efficient check in process and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Dr. Saxena was my dermatologist and they were kind and reassuring while addressing my concerns, and also provided transparent education and explanations to help me understand dermatology. Great experience all around!

My visit was with PA, Joy, for a full body check. Joy is truly wonderful and knowledgeable in her profession. She is efficient and knows which moles need further examination, and perhaps biopsy. I have been her patient for years and highly recommend her.

Dr. Saxena is great! She is a skilled physician with a lot of compassion and empathy for her patients. She answers all of my questions very clearly and explains in detail when she is doing a procedure which I really appreciate. I will go back again and again!

If I could give zero stars for the service at this place I would. I have used their text message system to cancel past appointments that they have then no showed me for and just recently I was experiencing symptoms of COVID so called first thing that morning to call and cancel my appointment being responsible as to possibly not spread my sickness and the staff did not cancel my appointment again but rather no showed me. I then got a threatening letter in the mail stating that if I wanted to be seen by them in the future I would need to pay $100 even though it was their staff that did not follow procedure or properly cancel my appointments in their system. When I called to talk to the office manager Linda she was very rude and stated her staff did nothing wrong and that going forward for each visit I would need to prepay $100 even though my insurance covers all costs but a $20 copay. I would never recommend this office to anybody based solely on the service by the front desk staff and management. Dr Saxeena herself has been helpful but her office staff most definitely has not

The staff is helpful and get you checked in and ready for your visit. Dr Saxena is very easy to talk with and usually has good ideas what to do with any skin issues you may have. I recently had some things frozen off and also do you have a skin cancer removed with the Mohs procedure. Seems like as we get old or in more stuff keeps popping up. Don’t wait till tomorrow….If you’re finding something you’re not sure of get in and have it diagnosed.

My husband called in to ask SPECIFICALLY if surgical wart removal was available. The reception says yes l and proceed onto scheduling. At the appointment with the doctor, we asked if the wart can be surgically removed and the doctor said otherwise. It was a complete waste of time and we were charged for the visit. Better communication within the team would be much appreciated! WTH.Do not recommend.

I have had a great experience at My Dermatologist dermatology group. I have a rash on my face that I have been dealing with for about a year. I have seen a couple of doctors and dermatologists who would hardly even look at my face and hand me a prescription and I would be out the door in 15 minutes. I would leave feeling like nothing was resolved and the there was no plan. At My Dermatologist, I always leave feeling like my questions are answered and I have a plan for what we are going to do moving forward.5/6/21My return visits with Joy have been great. We are tracking progress through photos. My skin is improving at each visit. My scarring is minimal and my acne and rash have almost cleared. Joy is very knowledgeable about other causes of acne and rashes and sensitivities to medications. She always makes me feel like there is an end in sight to all of my skin problems.

Very unprofessional, discriminating, and hypocritical!They state on their voice messages to wear a face covering or mask...I wore the only face covering I can with my medical condition. This was not good enough for them! They are preventing me to get medical services for my skin condition and this is not right from doctors who take the hypocratic oath. Just tells me they are only concerned about money and not the care of their patients!Linda the CEO states, we follow the Governors guidelines ummm NO YOU DONT! The guidelines specifically state if a person is UNABLE to wear a mask due to a medical condition they are EXEMP from wearing one!I will never return...Id rather let my skin fall off!

My Dermatologist is by far the best dermatology practice I have been to. I am in my late 60s with very light skin which spent way too much time in the sun when I was young. I have been seeing dermatologists regularly for at least 20 years. Dr. Saxena and her staff are caring, thorough, and competent. They have successfully treated every curve my skin has thrown at them.

Such a pleasant experience every time I see Dr. Moore. Very pleasant at the front desk to start with. The nurse was so easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I have moved quite a distance from Dr. Moore but she is worth the drive and as long as I am able, I will continue seeing her. Very patient and very easy to talk to.
