My left hearing aid wouldn’t charge and although my right one would charge on either side of my charger, I brought my charger in and the hearing aids to Terry Allen. She did a wonderful job cleaning them and turning them on and off LOL and I am hearing out of both ears now as I write this out. Thank you Terry!

Terri was very professional and knew her job well. she reprogramed the devices and added a program based on my hearing ability. they work better than they ever have. would definatly recommend this business.

I needed to have a hearing test and they fit me in within just a couple of days. Found out my hearing was not up to par and hearing aids would greatly help. Teri (sp?) was superb within a week I had my hearing aids. Outstanding support staff as well.

I called to see about stopping by to pick up some hearing aid batteries. I was on my way out of town and had forgotten batteries for my elderly moms hearing aids. I explained my situation to the front desk receptionist, saying I just needed to get batteries. She informed me I could pick up batteries between 3-4pm (it was noon). She stated she was just following protocol and was not gonna lose her job because I needed batteries. She said I could go to a different clinic if that didnt work for me. I could come in but they were not going to stop what they were doing to get me batteries. Very, very rude woman. She never once offered that I could purchase batteries, which was fine, just rudely kept saying to come in between 3-4. I called the Plymouth location where we normally go (40 minutes from where we were) and that clinic mgr called her to see if she could be encouraged to let me get some batteries. She was very positional with him too, but told him she can buy them, but Im not going to give her them. When he called me back he said I could buy them. Why didnt she just offer that info? That option was fine. Instead she was confrontational and rude. I dont care what your company policy is, I just needed batteries on my was out of town. Im sickened by the poor customer service this woman offered.

My experience with Hearing aid has been awesome !

In July 2019, my husband and I were on vacation in MN when I experienced a somewhat dramatic reduction in my hearing (due to Mennieres Disease) and needed my Phonak hearing aids adjusted to accomodate that fluctuation. I called Hearing Life and was told when the office had open hours for walk-ins. After I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes before being called in to see Terri Allen. Ive been wearing hearing aids for several years and I have a brother who recently needed my help when he got hearing aids for the first time, so IIve had experience with several excellent HA specialists and a couple of very poor ones. Ms Allen definitely ranks with the excellent ones. She was patient and thorough in determining my needs and making the adjustments to my hearing aids that were just right, as well as cleaning them. I recommend HearingLife and Terri Allen, in particular for your hearing issues.
