I had to try for weeks to cancel my medicaid . Nobody is answering the phone or is willing to help . I would fire all the employees if I could. They work for us not the other way around. You guys should be all ashamed of yourself!

This was a quick and painless experience. The office was empty and I was able to walk right up to the window. They took care of my clearance form and I was on my way in about 5 min. This was on a weekday afternoon around 3 but this is the only place they will run the report and get it back to you immediately. Most other locations you have to send it off and its a two week turn around. No cost either.
