AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!Let me just preface this by saying that I met this man once before going under his knife; he was incredibly hard to get on the phone to ask important questions (and only called me the NIGHT BEFORE the surgery after I panicked because my questions had been ignored by his staff). I HAD MANY MISGIVINGS IN MY GUT, I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY INSTINCTS.I was seriously misdiagnosed by him, was subjected an unnecessary (VERY costly) surgical procedure where I had to be put under general anesthesia, and generally treated badly. Doctor didnt bother to even call and check on me, didnt find it necessary to prescribe prophylactic antibiotics-I had to ask for a prescription for this.This doctor goes on vacation the DAY AFTER MY SURGERY and throws me to some on call random doctor FOR THE NEXT 2.5 WEEKS. HE/HIS STAFF NEVER BOTHERED TO MAKE ME A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. I had to take the time to call and sit through several different transfers to schedule a STANDARD post op appointment. Basic stuff just completely disregarded.Incompetent diagnosis, cavalier and negligent attitude prior to AND after surgery. Staff doesnt return calls or portal messages.I am now going to be left with a completely unnecessary abdominal scar, a HUGE seroma (fluid filled sack)that is TEN TIMES WORSE now, than before the procedure, pain, terrible swelling and... Oh ya, over $5,000 in medical bills to cover.Accepted 0% responsibility for a very obvious misdiagnosis (even AFTER speaking with another Physician who told him his diagnosis was incorrect.)His response to me? Hindsight is 20/20. Such arrogance and malpractice on his part.Most doctors are arrogant and have God complexes, and this experience has only served to reinforce this fact. Already reaching out to a medical malpractice attorney, although I know Ill be screwed over Im the end and STILL be expected to pay this idiot.I will be sending EACH AND EVERY BILL back to this quack of a doctor and like I said... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago and was told it would be a zoom appointment. Never received the invite for the meeting. No one called to confirm the appointment. You call the office and no one answers, you have to leave a message for them to call you back.😤😡

Dr. Robinson is good at what he do. He cares about his patients. My mom was referred to him after Dr. Maxey retired. His office staff is friendly and helpful. His concern helped save my mom life. My mom EKG kept coming up abnormal so he referred her to two specialist. His persistence in why her test was abnormal and the referral to the specialist helped detect her heart condition. Medicine is expensive and down side is he gives name brand drug prescription that offers no generic. As well he comes off as cold and standoffish but he means well and does right by his patients.
