Very attentive physician and quick on the exam. My blood draw was done perfectly, usually I have had to be poked 2 times to get my vien but not from this Doctor. The staff is a little cold and I waited 40 minutes but this is normal for most medical offices.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS SO CALLED PHYSICIAN AND HIS CLINIC.I usually do not write reviews but this is the worst physician ever. Very inpatient, unprofessional and RUDE. I have been with them for over two years and have been very patient but they seem not to change. I wonder if he was taught about ethics and professionalism during his training.When you ask him what’s he’s doing he gets rude. Definitely a Quack but well he’s making his money.If you want to get real help, do not go to this physician. Go somewhere else he is the worst doctor ever and very unprofessional.I hope you read this and think hard before going there.

Absolutely the worst Doctor ever. This man should not be allowed to practice. He takes your copay and doesn’t do anything to help you, send you away for another place to get blood test, X-ray, vaccines, etc then will have you check back to pay another copay. It’s obvious he only wants your money. time to find a new primary care doctor. The office staff is just as rude.

UPDATE!!!!!OK. So they helped me get the proper treatment Ive needed. They are really helpful with that. They are not really good at setting up appointments over the phone though.The doctor is something else. The receptionist is nothing short of just a follower. The treatment I receive from this place is a -5 if possible. 2 months ago I went in two get STD testing so they sent me somewhere else. It was a 2 hour wait there so i decided not to go. Now i came in for back pain and a suspicious bump on my leg and he sent me to do blood work first instead of treating my issues that I complained about then sending me to get blood work. This guy is a clown. I only go because Idk how to change my primary care doctor. He is rude at times and always has an attitude. He wont see you if you dont have an appointment even if NO ONE is in the waiting room. If you can come for free I guess, but I wouldnt bother. Especially if you have an out of pocket fee. I dont pay nothing and I really dislike the customer/doctor service I receive. They need to work on there patients needs better and accommodating to them the best they can. Right now I feel like they give 5/10 of there ability. Like I said they sent me to do blood work first when I still made an appointment. Its really ridiculous. I have other problems . plus you dont get blood results instantly so I dont see why in any circumstances they did that

I love Dr. Pacheco!!! I’ve been his patient for almost 15 years! I love that he’s not a pill pusher and will actually get down to the bottom of whatever is going on. He’s always very friendly and has great bedside manner. His genuine concern for your health makes me happy he’s my doctor!

Dr. Pacheco has been so kind to me and has taken well care of me every time I needed him. His staff is very friendly and effective. I highly recommend this clinic.

A lot of the negative reviews seem to be done by spiteful and shady people. I have been going to Dr. Pacheco for years now and so has my family and friends, I highly recommend him. The negative reviews seem to try to fool people into thinking that Dr. Pacheco doesnt know anything. Dr. Pacheco has two convenient locations that I am always able to be seen. I am able to get an appointment the next day or the within the same week unlike other clinics Ive been to.I use to go to Kaiser and they would give me an appointment for the following month. I believe Dr. Pacheco is even better than the doctors there and I get to see him for a fraction of the cost of other clinics. I will continue to go to Dr. Pacheco because he has always provided me with the care I needed to stay healthy. Dr. Pacheco is honest and caring, doesnt try to sugarcoat anything but cares that I stay healthy. I feel like my time isnt wasted every time I go there and Im in and out in no time.

Great clinic in this area. Convenient location with shops and food within short walking distance which is great if you have to wait to see the doctor. Always accommodating with appointments, so if you can’t be seen same day at this clinic they have a sister clinic in lawndale you can go to which is only 10 mins away. The doctor doesn’t have the best bed side manner but knows his medicine and that’s all that matters to me. Overall I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Ive been to quite a few doctors in my life and this guy was the absolute worst one that I have ever gone to in my life. I wouldnt wish this guy on my worst enemy. I was unfortunately assigned to him by my insurance company. I had a sliced tendon in my finger and he didnt even bother to unwrap it out of the bandage.He had a very nasty attitude. He was asking completely inappropriate questions in an unprofessional manner. Instead of inquiring about the pain and suffering that I had in my finger he was doing a thorough inquiry into my employment status which is none of his business whatsoever.I went to him for help to alleviate pain and suffering and he was rude and inconsiderate. Avoid this doctor. Youll be glad you did. Just look at his reviews if you dont believe me at health reviews. Everyone cant be wrong.Im only writing this so hopefully I can save someone else from undergoing the disrespect and lack of care that he did to me.He claims to be a Dr. but I searched the california medical board website as well as DHS and I couldnt find his license anywhere. I wouldnt be surprised if hes not even a genuine licensed doctor.

Absolutely the worst doctor and office I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and do not visit this office. They do not know what they are doing in there. Absolutely appaling!! They will waste your time. He is very inappropriate with remarks and asks the most ridiculous questions.

When I first called it was good but when they found out I wanted a same day appointment things went downhill very fast. didnt even get in for an appointment while betty is in a hurry to get off the phone hangs up ask for dr who she says is busy then sorry dr is not in office wants phone number to give dr who will call me back when he has time no meds for a month so she says go urgent care which is bayside urgent care 2301 el sugendo blvd, which all I had was address from betty. I called other office spoke with Brenzo who says he cant help me anymore, My call waiting office goes off and Dr Pacheco is on the phone saying see you at 1030am tomorrow.will give you blood pressure medication and any referalls needed and then hangsup telephone, checked by name Dr Santos Pacheco is NOT licensed in California but Flavio Santos Pacheco is. why drop the first name? So after this great day of back and forth calls to Carefirst and the 3 rude calls from him Betty and Brenzel hope he loses all his patients

Worst experience ever... Dr walked out 6 times to answer his phone and argue with wife, seriously? I played my 50 out of pocket for consultation and received a 5$ treatment

I was sick with vomitting and he didnt even help. All he did was give me a pamphlet on how to eat healthy, no prescription, no blood work to check what was wrong, nothing. Im glad I changed my PCP
