This has been the most troubling experience trying to contact a social worker , let along get information/ direction for my elderly health services.

Lazy overpaid ppl

Had to go to the Riverside County Office because I have a problem with paperwork they wanted from me. I walked in there is a line for information that moved rather quickly told them of my needs and then was given a ticket with a number on it and told to be waited until I was called. Wait time was acceptable best part of the experience was the case manager helping me with my problem. She took her time and explained everything to me was polite and understanding of my concerns very grateful.

Helpful friendly people

Even after having an appointment, I had to wait over and hour and a half. My application was filled out using my married last name. The only name I have used for the past five years, and they put my maiden name on my card. Tried to use one of the discounts on the app and they wont allow it because my last name is not correct. When I asked them to change it, the said I would have to stand in line, get a number and spend my afternoon waiting on standby. They also have some employees that allow personal relations interfere with doing their job appropriately, the same as the Social Security office.

If you dont speak Spanish its not treat you very nicely at this location

If you let them they will truly help you. But you must first want them to help you. Your growth is personal and only achieved through your efforts. They can lead you to the promised Land but they cant make you go there.

They seem incredibly overworked but still manage to be helpful one-on-one. The wait can be a long time. Be sure to have all the necessary forms when they call you.

Speakers are not loud enough. They had only one person taking questions and the system is half numbers and half names called. Then the workers come out to stare at you. The women at window C was nice though. The service was not to long. Was in and out in 45 min. That was a real suprise.

As usual do not expect the staff to smile and your wait times are usually long. Best advice is learn how to do more stuff over the computer and dont try calling wait times are even longer. Furthermore the letters and numbers are confusing.

Busy busy place when attending this office be prepared to spend at least 1- 1.5 hours before your seen. Pack some water, patience and if you have to take your children some snacks and a few toys.

Awesome place great atmosphere kids are allowed to ride scooters, skateboards and bikes in the building around the seats plenty of places to charge your phone, sleeping areas wow Im amazed

For a county office, I think it is well managed and for the amount of people it serves is efficient.

How about closing this place for a month no cash aid or food stamps for those that claim they really needed and help our seniors instead!!!!

It is a place to help all people in need.. It is not to be embarrased or shy about it, they are there to help if possible.

Staff very helpful inside the building, however it is impossible to get anything accomplished on the phone, so youll just have to stop in.

The wait is always long for anything, even if you make an appointment. Some of the workers dont want to deal with anyone and are rude. They also make many mistakes because they dont listen to what you have to say.

Not bad service but no stores or shopping near it. If you need a snack youre out of luck.

How can it be that every form available for health and food benefits is in Spanish only? I waited in line for 25 minutes to request a form in English. Disgraceful!

This is the WORST, service from on the workers. No communication, contradicting each other and not being helpful at all. I don’t usually give reviews but this is out of hand..... wow.

They just found out they didnt took my fingerprints when they gave me the help with out them I talking about some years and when I happlied I did all my kids and my Info.. Spend all day the worker never got the application.. We had no home to go to.. Applying there got all of us identity stolen.. Years later found out they didnt took my fingerprints 😕

Always slow on service and the veterans representative is useless and does not know his job. Had to drive to Loma Linda to get questions answered.
