Stop saying that you will make a change and talk to your staff. No change has been made. This is a terrible place and I do not feel welcome. Everyone save your time and energy and go to the dentist in Coachella by 99 cent store they are excellent and patient and most importantly respectful.

The young ladies in the front are disrespectful rude and they talk bad about you Infront of you in the opposite language you tell them you speak and understand. They need more training or work at a food/ fast food place before they are placed in the front desk. Ive also seen other patients besides myself that had gone through the same thing. I hope they change their way of thinking when it comes to the costumer. It doesnt cost to be nice. Also if someone is talking to the person they came with and you hear something you dont like. Its rude to get in others conversation when noone was talking to you. Bite your 👅 and be professional at all times. Also dont guilt trip and manipulate the patient and make them think its their fault. I had a good experience at this location yesterday. Although the office was very busy, the staff was friendly. I was assisted by Johnny, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a consultation with Christina, she was very professional and made me feel extremely welcomed.

(Compared to other Western Dentals) I have had a positive experience every time I show up for an appointment. The staff are very friendly at this location, and the dentists are great with children! Ortho side is quick & thorough.

The front office staff that were on shift 8/25/21 at 12 noon have no customer service skills don’t even greet patients while they’re laughing and eating behind the counter when I checked in my son I asked do you know how long it will be his appointment is at 12 she said no and I wouldn’t know how to tell I work in a doctors office theirs better ways of speaking to patients, I asked receptionist if she’d be able to tell me how many patients they were behind on she said no go wait in your car and you’ll be called when it’s your turn . We all have good and bad days but how can you expect anything good out of your day when this is how you come to ur place of employment where you main job is customer service and you have the rudest attitude

Amazing office and staff but I’ll never forget Christina and Dr. Aloka. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for.

Christina helped me decided to get the braces. If it wasn’t for her I definitely wouldn’t have even thought of getting them. Dr. Aloja is such an amazing doctor. He really helped calm me down about getting braces when I was very nervous.

It was the worst experience! It was my first time ever being a patient here. They scheduled me for 4:30. Then they called me 2 days prior to my appointment saying I needed to be there at 4 because they stop doing test at 4:30. Ok so then I asked permission at work for 2 different times. I got out of work at 3:30 to make it by 4. They didn’t assist me until about 4:16. The 2 front desk were so rude. The only guy that’s there and also the girl I think she said her name is as Melanie. They said they couldn’t see me because the doctors stop running test at 4:30. Then said “we called you yesterday to tell you to come in at 3:30” I said no you guys called me 2 days ago to be there at 4. She started to argue back that “no we said 3:30” I said I am not a liar. I know when I was called and what I was told. The front desk just shrugged her shoulders . Very unapologetic very rude no customer service what do ever. They made me waste my time my gas and miss 2 hours of work. Never again.

This place is absolutely horrible. Ive been going to Western Dental for years and this location is the worst they just want your money instead of treating you properly. They dont submit anything properly for insurance approval because they want your personal money. The dentist saw how much pain I was in and didnt offer me anything until I had to ask for it. Ill never go here again. I should have listened to everyone about this place years ago??

There can be long waits at times but the dentists are very thorough and helpful. They have been so great with my 90yr old Mom. Getting her dentures just right and rechecking the fit. I had a cleaning & am in the process of getting implants done. Its a long process but my dentist listens to me and makes adjustments for me to make sure everything goes properly.

This place gets as much traffic as the DMV. Expect to wait 30 minuets or more. Expect to wait outside in the sun if the inside is packed. This place could use some type of electronic sign in.

Going to see the dentist has been my biggest concern since I was little. But Western Dental at Indio location has provided very good service. The staffs in the front and especially Dental hygienists John. If you like people who are the best at what they do then John is the DH for you experience exceptional and professional.So dont walk run on down to western Dental. Just a little tip. Take um a cup of coffee☕ it will get you right to the front of the line.😉👍

I had a really good experience. Staff was polite. Doctor was very nice and really worked at doing a good job 😁. The girl doing x- rays was the only problem she touched everything with her gloves then wanted to touch my mouth. She got offended but I asked if she could change her gloves.

First time experience at a western dental and overall I’ll review doctors and staff with 5 stars. Receptionist Alejandra was nice and very helpful.

My first time back to the dentist office in over 20yrs. The wait to check in was a little long. But I guess had some issues with the couple before me. Other than that theyre all very friendly, nice and fast . First appointment was pretty fast in and out. Now to see how the rest of my visits are is another thing. But can only wait to respond on those.

I ask how much long and they made so much lies I even got there 30 mins earlier. It’s been 3 hours and I was never seen. The front office ladies arent as helpful as they could be. There are lots of patients who have trouble completing the questionnaire because they cant read it. They have them stand there while they complete it therefore causing lines to move slower. On my previous appt I spent 30 minutes in a line of 8 (just to check in). There were far more people inside than should be per COVID rules. After arriving at the counter they couldnt find me on the computer, this was my 3rd visit.

Today I went to Western Dental in Indio for teeth cleaning and teeth mold instructions. John was my hygienist and he was great, putting me at ease and explaining what he would do for painless cleaning. I was quite anxious about feeling pain but praise the Lord I didn’t ! My teeth mold procedure was also explained. Very satisfied 😊

I tried to call to make an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction the lady scheduled it for the following Wednesday. Then on the actual day I get a call form the Indio office saying that the appointment was made for general not for extraction so they had to cancel appointment and they told me to call to make another appointment. I tried calling but they never picked up. I had to go in and make the appointment in person and said the surgeon is only available once a month and had no choice but to accept the only spot available

I had a very good visit today wasn’t expecting a cleaning which I got & got my clipped tooth fixed & it looks great again Tk you to all your staff.

They were very helpful and made sure I was feeling okay throughout my appointment.

These people have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My son had an appointment to see a specialist at 11am, we arrived 15mins before the appointment to check in, waited in line for 30mins (there were only 3ppl ahead of us) & then was told to wait in my car for an HOUR at 11:15, I went back inside at 1:15, spoke to the receptionist and she said it was still a long wait, when I asked how much longer she could not tell me. Why do they overlap appointments when they don’t have enough dentist/specialist to attend to their clients? Don’t waste your time with these people. Go somewhere else.I would understand a half hour wait, because things can come up and push the next appointment behind a little but 2hrs+ is ridiculous.

Best dental visit i ever had. She extracted a tooth and i didnt feel a thing.

Everything was handled very professionally and they were very thorough with my examination now I just have to go through with the procedures

My Mom (89 yrs old) needed a dentist that would accept Medi-Cal. I am so pleased to have found this practice & Dr Pasha. She is very thorough, compassionate & explains everything in detail so you can understand. When Mom had to have some teeth pulled the Oral Surgeon was excellent as well. They both were able to put Mom at ease & provided her the care she needed. Thank you Western Dental. Having just moved to the area, thanks to Mom, I have found my dentist as well.

I have always been nervous whenever I go to the dentist since I was little, but the staffs here are really nice to me, and especially Dr. Aloka at Indio location has done a really really good job. He always asks if you are ok and makes sure youre not hurting at all, he is very gentle with your teeth even just cleaning. Now going to the dentist is not my concern anymore!

As I waited over two hours for an appointment I noticed a lot of commotion in the managers office. It was a disgruntled patient demanding to get a refund. The gentleman was very upset, so he stepped outside to get some fresh air. Immediately after I saw the manager sneak out through the back while telling the front desk clerk to tell the client (disgruntled patient) the manager was not in. She had initially refused to identify as a manger thus able to leave the property. I thought that was really odd behavior and completely wrong by the manager but since I didn’t know the whole story I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe, I thought patient was in the wrong, maybe. Well, Apparently they (Western Dental) over charged his debit card by 700$ not sure if by accident or he was late but they profusely refused to refund him his money. At this point I thought wow that is horrible, if this is their mistake (WesternDental) then they should refund him his money. That should’ve told me to leave this establishment but I was already there to get my son’s new braces and I couldn’t just leave and so I decided to proceed. To make a long story short I was set up to pay by debit card monthly installments until I paid off for the service provided. They did something wrong when they attempted to withdraw the first months payment and they probably tried charging my debit card instead of doing a withdraw through my checking account. Consequently, they decided to charge me the whole amount in full for supposedly failure to pay. It was their mistake not mine. Shortly after not even a month later they closed my account, reported the whole amoount owed in full to my credit report. My son got the braces but never received any work or follow ups because my account was sent to collection. Now he is stuck with braces and no appointments to adjust and fix his teeth. I Was never given an explanation or chance to settle the dispute. I had to investigate and find out months later what had really happened. Now I have a 3,000 derogatory claim on my credit report that I cannot pay and by now I refuse to pay because they did not complete the full service. Why would I pay if I only had one visit? And no follow up appointments, he’s had braces for months now and no work has ever been done. I feel bad for my son because he’s had to leave the braces on with no one to take them off because my insurance paid its part. What ever you do, don’t trust this office with your child’s braces needs, or bank information, they can’t do simple billing correctly. The people in this office are rude, unprofessional and quite frankly heartless.

I went at 10AM As Scheduled For My Appointment As A Returning Patient. I got in @ 12:02PM 2hrs Later I was very disappointed with lots of hunger and tremendous headache . Finished @ 1:47PM. Over all the doctors were great and staff but the lack of timing and seeing others go ahead of me was unsatisfying. No matter what equality over all and being heard should be everyones priority not leaving a person behind.

My previous experience with Western Dental was not a great one. Today Dr. Knapp, Selena, Johnny and Carlos made my daughters first experience a great one. The courteous and professionalism they exhibited was enough to redeem the previous encounter. Thank you for treating my Princess like royalty and making her comfortable.

I was very satisfied that my dentures were filed down in spots that was hurting my mouth and that my lower natural teeth were checked & I will need more work done to them to keep my teeth healthy.

Youre dental hygienist was excellent when she put the shots to numb my mouth. Very friendly and no pain. But I must say that your whole staff is amazing. And I recommend you folks to a lot of people. I have never been to a dental office that cares so much about the people they treat.

Customer service and procedures are always great from the team members in the back. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the ladies in the front are very unapproachable and I dislike the fact that they don’t turn to greet you or acknowledge you when you come up to the desk or let alone when you walk in. Even when they do help there is no eye contact as they tend to be focusing on other things while they try to attend to you. Wait time is sometimes a little too long but overall it was just a good visit.

After visiting the clinic for an emergency dental procedure I became a regular patient at Western Dental. Recently, I had a dental procedure done and from start to finish Dr. Pashan took the time to explain step by step the procedure from beginning to end! I was extremely pleased with the end results!She was extremely passionate about making sure you feel your best and will go above and beyond to get you there! In addition, the receptionist lady was extremely kind, knowledgeable and supportive! I highly recommend you stop by and pay them visit for all your dental needs! This is my first time bringing my kids here. I loved it! Not only is everyone there niceand friendly but I feel Amber went out of her way to make the process easier and less complicated, considering I brought three children to be seen. She was nice , friendly and had a beautiful smile throughout the time I was there. She explained everything that was going on and kept me in the loop. I am definitely grateful for her help.

I waited 4 months to see a dentist, only to be told nothing can be done about my teeth. I was totally bait-and-switched. I was under the impression that I could get a cavity filled, but its far more expensive than they lead you to believe. If you buy their insurance plan, they force you to spread what is supposed to be done in a single appointment out into several pointless visits over the course of many months. Total scam, nobody was helpful at all. You will spend more than ten times what you initially planned if you waste your money here.

Had such a great experience here ! The call center scheduled me with in minutes to come in and get a check up for myself and daughter they were so helpful and made my daughter have such a great time even though she feared the idea of visiting the dental office but Dr.Aloka made her smile and laugh so much we appreciated it so much we decided to gift him with cupcakes Now today I came in for my cleaning and got it done with Sheri who did such a great job and left me very satisfied thank you so much western dental staff 💯👌

Mary Magana was very nice and helpful to me while taking off my braces she was very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time.

Christina facilitated my appointment and was very helpful. I didn’t know exactly which tooth was causing me pain so George was very good at taking xrays of my whole mouth. Dr Pasha was very informative on what I needed to get done and super friendly.

Great team of dentists. I cane across this place from a reference from a family friend. I went there for cleaning and wisdom teeth. Staff was so friendly. Dr. Pasha took her full time and paid attention to what I said. She is very polite and gave me best treatment. Lady on reception also was courteous. I will always go back to dr. My mom woke up with tooth pain and walked in and was able to get a same day appointment which was great. She was very nervous mainly because I couldn’t attend her appointment with her and she doesn’t speak English. I called the office directly and spoke to the office manager Christina. I explained my mom will be there and if possible she could be helped by someone who speaks Spanish. Christina assured me my mom was in good hands and we had nothing to worry about. I spoke to my mom after her appointment to make sure she understood everything and she was extremely happy with the help she received. She said she was helped by Alma and that she was a very lovely girl that made her feel very comfortable and made sure my mom understood the entire process. First time here with my 3 year old son, spent 2 hours waiting just for a dental exam, until I went up to the front desk to ask about wait time, the lady then went to ask in the back, it seemed like we got forgotten , they did a dental cleaning, mind you it was my sons first time he was scared and nervous, he had seen all the little kids getting a toy after they were done and he did not get anything. I came here because they recommended me, unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience overall.

I went in for a few huge dental issues Dr. Jhala Selena has been a tremendous help. I was in severe pain and through just a few visits my smile is new and i am able to eat again with no pain. Thank you a million for the courteous fast and professional attention to my case

This place was one of the best dental places Ive gone too. The front desk staff was very friendly and greeted me when I walked. The doctors made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my dental procedures. The back office staff is very responsive when anything is needed. Highly recommend this place.

The worst experience I I have ever encountered, once you think nothing else could go wrong it does, in the two years Ive been visiting an orthodontist with them their office has been terrible. They told me it would be possible to change to another office when signing the contract failed to mention I would be paying double of the amount for changing to another location therefore I had to stick with them until my orthodontist treatment was over, from failing to bill my insurance (having to pay out of pocket because of it) it took nearly 2 years to bill my insurance correctly I had to take matters into my own hands to call my insurance and commute to the out of town office to tell them how to exactly bill my insurance during all this time I would call Western Dental customer service they suggested to speak to the manager due to the office not billing my insurance correctly, I called the office so they could tell me when the manager was available therefore I commuted out of town AGAIN for them to tell me sorry she has no time to speak to you shes very busy because she manages two offices. I am starring at the manger in disbelief while she just sits in her office. Okay if you seriously cant handle the job why does she have it? Now they are failing to review my contract so it shows all the amount of money my insurance and I have paid to correct my ending balance. This is only some among many other problems I have encountered with Western Dental. Please save your money and time I can not wait for this nightmare to end and to never look back to a Western Dental office again.. I never write reviews but if this could help someone from making a mistake of starting any kind of dental treatment with them I hope it does, I really wish someone warned me about them I would have avoided so many headaches, stress, problems, HOURS spent calling customer service. The worst experience of my entire life. LESSON LEARNED.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I have severe ptsd due to past experiences with dentists and during my initial consultation I cried just a couple of tears of pain and anxiety and the woman doing the examination looked very displeased and told me to suck it up and stop being a baby.As much as I didnt want to go back I couldnt get an appointment anywhere else and needed an extraction immediately. Two male dentists did the procedure and at one point the pressure turned into pain. I told them and instead of stopping to give another numbing shot he said its okay, were almost done. Then one of them physically held my head down while the other continued the extraction.I went back for a follow up to make sure the wound was healing and the male dentist that helped me that visit was the only person who was any kind of decent or kind to me. Everyone else I encountered there was rude, impatient, and didnt listen to me or my concerns.

They were so rude on the phone. Just tried switching an appointment and the girl wasnt listening and kept acting like I was doing something wrong. I really dont feel comfortable taking my 4 year old there to be put asleep. I will take him out of town if I have to. Update: I found a better place called Town and Country Dental who are caring and considerate to my children and worked on them right away and did not put them to sleep.

On behalf of my son he says, His visit to the dentist was great thanks to Dr. Aloka and his assistant Selena. He was excited to see Dr. Aloka second time he does his exam. He is amazing with kids. He joked around so much with my son and made him feel comfortable through out the exam. He showed him pictures of his teeth and he thought it was the coolest thing ever.
