I was severely injured in a car crash when a dump truck pulled out into my path and I T-boned the truck. I don’t feel I had a fair chance as to what happen in my situation. My case wasn’t even reviewed. I was referred to you by your fellow partners! I was told at our consultation that all my medical records would be collected to view possible medical malpractice. That never happen! I would have never met with you if I wasn’t told I had a case. I just get a phone call telling me after last surgery, well since your doing so well NOW & no follow ups are required we are not going to take the case.
