Tracy is GREAT! Hes very knowledgeable and provided good advice to help with my issues. This was the best massage I have ever had; I feel so much relief from my tight/tense muscles. He got spots of great tension that no one has ever reached before (even in a deep tissue massage). Ill be going back for sure and will be sending my husband as well. I have been going to Rupp Massage for a little over two months. I came to Tracy with a lot of pain in back area and a few other minor ailments. He took time to listen to me and really identify the areas to work on. Very knowledgeable and has a lot of different therapy methods at his disposal. I can say 60 days in, I feel so much better. I have had many massages over the years, but this is a different/better experience. Truly appreciative of the work he does.

This is NOT your typical massage. This is a life changing, pain relieving, very educated massage therapist that really cares about his clients and relieving pain and stress. He knows every muscle and bone in your body and knows what essential oils can do to help your muscles. If youre a runner or not I honestly recommend you go and try him. I think you would see the difference in a regular massage and what Tracy does.
