Emergency order for Insulin could NOT BE FILLED! Had to go to CVS and use Good RX card. Took 10 days for insulin to be delivered. AND then got an email chastising me for using an outside pharmacy. Worst company ever!

I feel like thats 1 of the shadiest companies ive ever came across. They lie, i feel like they rip ppl off by paying them wrong pay but making checkstubs impossible 2 figure out. None of the people that r supervisors stand behind their jobs or care at all about the patients. And then they figure out how 2 fire ppl so that they dont qualify 4 unemployment. Ive never seen anything like it. Its disgusting

Went there yesterday afternoon as a guest to meet one of the employees and the guard refused to notify him that I was there waiting for him. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful!

Express Scripts/Accredo is the prescription drug provider for all State of Indiana employees. Im a college educated, professional working for the government. I love my job but Im looking at moving to the private sector for better insurance. At this point, I think people on Medicaid have better coverage than me. Ive spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, getting bounced around to different representatives, only to repeat myself. The new rep will tell me my order of medicine has shipped and Ill get another automated call the following day saying I have items ready to ship. When I call back theyll say I have a balance on my account and before my order can ship I will need to pay the balance. Sometimes Ive had to stop taking my medicine because Ive run out. Earlier this year, I requested printed copies of paid invoices. The rep said I would receive the documentation in 30 days. When I asked if she could fax the documents to me she said it was a violation of HIPAA. Ok, so I waited 30 days and never received the documents. I called back to learn Express Scripts mailed the documents to a previous address. I hadnt lived there in 7 years, and my medicine has since been delivered to my current address. So much for being worried about a HIPAA violation.

Worst customer service EVER. Ordered an rx and 10 days later I hadnt received it. I called 5 times to try to get this taken care of. Finaaly today...2 weeks later...I was told to take it up with DHL.....Its their problem. I ordered it it Express Scripts, Express Scripts charged my credit card over a week ago. It isntDHLs problem. I was told they will do nothing more. I may have to pay more using a local pharmacy however it will be worth not having to deal with this worthless company. What a joke. This bunch doesnt deserve 1 star. Just a bunch of rude employees who dont give a crap.

So inconvenient and always getting things wrong one person will tell you one thing and another something else is there any Communication. Why make it so hard for us CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid etc. right in our neighborhoods give us a break please the prices have already went through the roof and I sit here and wait for my medication and the wrong one arrives.

They will insist that you order directly from their pharmacy at double or triple the cost of your local pharmacy. They refuse to take co-pay cards making their already overpriced drugs unaffordable. They will fight you on any medication less than 25 years old. They wont cover any time release insulin without a lengthy appeals process. When your doctor prescribes a patch because your kidneys cannot handle oral NSAIDs, they will refuse to cover it even if you are in terrible pain because they insist that you must use a generic NSAID first. Calling their Customer Care Reps will result in explaining your problem to a minimum of 6 people as they ineffectually transfer you around. Their reps say anything to get you off the phone (from misinformation to outright lies) so you will receive different information from each one of them. They are generally rude and will threaten to deny you outright if they dont like your attitude. You can expect a minimum of 50 hours in phone calls to solve any problem. They will put you in appeal hell for months and months and you will be required to fax, fax, and refax the same information over and over again. God forbid you have an acute problem. You will suffer or die waiting on them. If you have another option, take it. Honestly, my husband has considered finding another job they are so bad.

My annual nightmare - when they refuse the prescribed dosage of my Enbrel, and I have three weeks of telephone tag, appeals, etc.
