Best gym in Indianapolis, hands down. If you are looking for knowledgeable and professional trainers who have your best interest in mind - try the Fitness Clinic. I would recommend the Fitness Clinic to anyone who is looking for a personalized training plan to keep them in shape or help them get back into the shape they want to be!!

Ive had the opportunity to work with the trainer Sam a few times. Although Ive met a few and theyre all pretty friendly. Sams one of those trainers you get that keeps pushing you to where you think youre going to give up, but then gets you to do more. Which is a great feeling as you constantly surprise yourself with what you can do. The place is one on one training, and theres never a wait in there because there are less than ten people or so in at a time. The equipment is all up to date, including a lot of pieces you rarely see at other gyms. It seems from their Facebook that they are constantly updating their gym to tailor to clients needs as well. They just got an infrared sauna not long ago. If I was still in Indy, Id be going all the time. Well worth it.

Went for the spin class. It was my first time and Rebecca was an awesome instructor. Everyone in the class was nice and helpful and I definitely will be going weekly!
