Back in Dec 2019, I signed the attoney-client agreement. She communicated whats going on with my case just a little. Then, this attorney quit at some point in time. They did not let me know that. I found this out through another organization called Center for Victim and Human Rights.I was able to talk to Mr Vondersaar and found that another attorney took over my case. He communated less than that of the previous attorney. My last contact from Mr Moelling was back in June 2021 saying that hes gonna call me so my case can move forward. Never happened.My case has been sitting in this organization for 2 years: nothing moved forward. Just 2 days ago, I contacted them to release my case along with whatever paperwork they have to a new lawyer. Ms Zimmermann contacted me back by an email CC to Mr Hutton and told me that they dont have a case under my name. I forwarded communications between Mr Vondersaar (apparently he no longer works there since auto-reply said so) and Mr Moelling to Ms Zimmermann, Mr Hutton & Mr Moelling along with scanned image of the attoney-client agreement. No communication from them.For some, this organization may work, but for me, they wasted 2 years. I could have been OK to a degree if they communicated, but they did not.Im really sorry for saying this, but this organization needs to go. This organisation isnt helping.

My mother and I as well as others were able to receive legal assistance through this facility and the staff. The staff is professional and welcoming. We are extremely grateful for their service.

Every time I’ve went to this place or was referred to it for legal help. I have always been told by them there case load was too much at the time for them to help me. As a result never got any help from this place. Basically saying there too busy to help me also.

Due to their help I got through a very horrible situation! It was well worth the extra effort I had put in to fixing the problem, under their direction. I got myself in the mess and they assisted me in correcting the problem. I am very grateful!

Unprofessional in that I was informed to be at the intake at 4:00. No one said I was actually supposed to be there by 3:00, nor did they say that the legal counsel only sees up to 4 people every Monday. By the time I reached the reception desk at 3:45 where no one was sitting, I had no idea there was a 4 slot maximum sign in sheet. I figured, I was early since the woman on the phone said 4:00. I drove more than 20 miles away only to find out I was too late.1) Provide people the CORRECT time to be there, which is 3:00.2) Explain there is a 4 PERSON LIMIT per week.I cant just come back next week, Im starting a new job and this was my window of opportunity. I have no idea if I can even come back now.

Yes I have called your office more than once and no one returns my calls or answers I do need legal help on child custody my ex husband he adopted my son and I want his right terminated he shouldnt adopt someones child and not even take any kind of responsibility and his friend she can but her self out of it she came too the child support hearings and she shouldnt even be allowed there. Thanks too the Hamilton County Courts due too the judge and the child support division staff I closed that out they all need to get fired from there jobs. I need too get a lawyer who will go in and reverse that adoption take him off of there.

Yes do not use them they will tell you there going too take your case then turn around and lie and come back and tell you No they cant handle your case none of these free lawyer help are not worth using.

If you need a lawyer and you do not have money this is the best place. they attend many cases so you must go with time.
