The staff is amazing!, everyone including the kids are nice and welcoming, the food is wonderful as well, I feel safe and secure, if you treat the staff with respect they will treat you with respect. The bedrooms are nice as well. I would highly recommend the Childrens Bureau for any child that needs a place to stay.

A great place for resources in the community. I utilized emergency respite care for my kids when I went into labor and didnt have many options. They made it really special for them! It was around the Christmas and my kids had a blast. It was so relieving knowing my kids were in a safe place and well taken care of. I am grateful for places like this.

Everytime I go here, they are friendly and patient. Have been going there for years and I have gotten suggestions and input on how to get in the CCDF program. And, the kids love the kids toy corner. Its much better than the other eastside location. But, I have been to both and the program is so good, I will be back.

This is a perfect example of a professional place with unethical staff members, soon as I entered the place I waited for at least 2 minutes at the desk, if it werent for too much sass and ego coming out of their necks they could actually help someone, why are these type of people working in this profession to help others and they dont even really care, they act like they dont like you coming in. As for the front immediate staff, they were so loud and distruptive at the desk, I was on the phone and I couldnt hear, becausethey were laughing so loud all the loud kackling in a professional place Who is running this operation here? Whoever is in charge over the staff here needs to go back to college. And the black women there get a sort of clandestine joy out of denying you help, how mischievous and under-handing they become when they have to know the abundance of help they could offer, but just like the big smart mouthed, rude, discourteous , overbold black ladies that work there as an embarrassment to all black women, Im not going to be nice on this review, because this place is a mess and maybe a very nasty review will grab some attention.

Ill give this place 3 stars simply because I like that they have a place for children to play. Thats pretty convenient if you have a ccdf appointment and no one to watch your children, it keeps them occupied while you wait. Now for the cons: its ALWAYSSSSS super slow no matter what time of day you go. If you have an appointment set for 2:30 you can expect to be seen at 3:20 if youre lucky. Wait times are unacceptable. but there is one lady who is extremely friendly and helpful. She excels at her job and the rest of the staff should be more like her. The receptionist lady is always rude, if you dont greet her she wont greet you and even when she does its never a friendly greeting. All in all I give it 3 stars, 1 for its cleanliness, 2 for the childrens play area, and 3 for the one lady who is a great employee. (I just wish I remembered her name)

Its always someone new working here. The staff that is chosen to do CCDF intake are horrible. Its always a female working in that position who cant relate with the clients let alone understand what the clients face on a daily. Its very frustrating to have to speak with someone new everytime and even having someone unfamiliar with you working your case. The manager on this site is unprofessional as well. Please find better staff because the only thing right is the receptionists. Ive been seeing those 3 since I started the program and mind blowing that clearly whoever is in charge only chose right when it came to them. I cant say it enough find some reliable workers whom we can relate too. Find some ppl who can BETTER serve the ppl.

Met with Kyla Romans beautiful place and staff was nice to us all made my boys feel good an helped them get several things they needed to start school.

Very helpful ladies here are very prompt even on the special Saturday,where Im sure they would rather be resting from a long work week!

Took all paperwork required then told upon arrival I needed additional paperwork. Made 2nd appointment. Still told I needed even more paperwork. Made 3rd appointment was issued a card for child care. Received call next day that I did not qualify after all because the children placed in my home by DCS were not related to me by any blood line or marriage.

I love what they do there, but their system is flawed when it comes to donations and volunteering. A woman that had volunteered for them 30 years was disrespected in front of me and so was I. I was volunteering to take donations. I got zero respect and it wasnt until she used her 30 years card that she got some respect either. I think a job for was going on that day, but its no excuse for that breakdown in communication.

Very dirty..mostly rude staff. The kids in the guardian home often look dirty and unkept.
