Avoid this place at all costs. I called to let them know I couldn’t make my appointment and they charged me a $50 “no call no show” fee. I called them multiple times after I got the bill to tell them I actually called ahead of time and said I couldn’t make my appointment. They always send a message before your appointment and say “if you need to cancel for any reason just give us a call”. I’ve had to cancel once before and I did not get charged. They sent me to collections for this $50 bill after I tried to contact them multiple times. I’ve since called 3 times and left 3 voicemails regarding this bill and no one will get back to me. Even if you call during business hours it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Then I get a $105 bill in the mail for an appointment that was over a year ago with no explanation. Called them to try to figure out what this bill is for and again can’t get ahold of anyone.

Great experience, from limping in with a foot injury to diagnosis of a fracture. The staff was warm, friendly and professional. The attending doctor took the time to explain the nature of my injury. And the x-ray technician also was engaging. Highly recommend this site for urgent care.

Ive been going to Pike Medical Consultants for my primary care and urgent care medical needs over the last several years and I am very happy with their service. They are very caring and professional. I highly recommend them.

Been here twice with my family. Seems like a legitimately run establishment until you are taken back for diagnosis. Both times the front desk seems indifferent to listening to either patients or other coworkers. Theyre supposed to do Covid screenings at checking in but the owner Jan seemed upset that her staff didnt do this. After being told I was able to go with my family to a diagnostic room because theyre here to be sedated and given a round of shots I was told by Jan Pike, owner of urgentcare indy, that I am not allowed in the building and that I need to leave a sedated individual under their care and guidance. They keep writing scripts for holistic medicines from a third party website that seems to get kickbacks from orders generated by customers of Pike Medical

I went to this facility I believe two times. I am very disappointed. I received a bill in the mail and I paid the bill. However, the bill was sent to collections. I have tried calling several times to resolve the billing error with no success. I selected the prompt for billing and the line is always busy. I speak to the receptionist and get transferred to Amber and I have not received a call back. I spoke to a young lady and she was able to see I paid the bill and I was told they would correct this mistake. It is still not fixed. I would not recommend going to this facility.

I just joined Pike as my primary care, and I had a great experience. Rachel got me checked in and back in the room quickly, and the practitioner Maddie was great!

Very nice and modern facility; friendly and helpful staff; patient and thorough nurses and physicians. Although our wait was a little longer than forecasted, once we were called, we realized why that may have been the case: The attentive and thorough approach of the staff to each individual. The extra wait was worth it. Overall, a *very* positive experience for both of my kiddos. This was our first visit, however, if in need of urgent care again, I will definitely *not* hesitate to return!

I went there in April for Covid testing after the test I declined a follow up appointment due to lack of insurance I paid for the test myself . The physician who waited my said it more important to see you their won’t be a charge . I agreed to a telehealth call from him . My test came back negative but he said wanted to see me still and then a follow up call . Now in July I receive a 200 bill no one will return a call and now charged a 25 dollar late fee on top . Seems the will say anything to get you back just to charge you then won’t communicate with you . Stay away !!!

My family always has a great experience here! We’ve been in for everything from sore throats to x-rays to routine blood draws, and never waited too long or had any concerns with the care we’ve received. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!!
