I just started with OPYS in May as a locums provider. Experience so far has been great. Very responsive and accommodating in regard to my other responsibilities at my ED sites not affiliated with OPYS. They also have been very responsive to questions and emails/texts.

I have worked with OPYS for about 8 months - I have found their administrative staff to be helpful, organized and efficient. The organization has been good at providing coverage, working with our hospital to locate physicians who are good and dealing with issues as needed.

Recently went through the onboarding process at a hospital OPYS staffs. The process was easy and efficient. They respond extremely quickly and are very polite and professional - they have been a pleasure to work with.

It is refreshing to find people that care about the work they do. From going above and beyond to having tremendous admin support. Thank you!

This company has a long history of not paying its physicians. BEWARE! They owe my partner a large sum of money for past work.

As a new provider 1 year ago, OPYS welcomed me with open arms and provided the support I needed. This is a young, and really good group. They pay a very competitive rate (I would have to guess I am not alone either) and provide optional benefits if employed (you can also go the independent contractor route if desired).Honestly, I think the group is doing a good job. All groups are about the same. At least they are supportive, and you can contact directly the management. They are all certainly willing to be there and are responsive, and care. One thing Id like to see is more organization, and I believe that comes with time. I have seen positive growth with the leadership involving the hospitals, physicians and NPs specifically.

Exceptional team of physicians and support staff; championed by a true leader. One of the best on the market in skills, expertise and professionalism. I always appreciate the level of engagement they provide; innovative and compassionate. Would encourage anyone to interact with OPYS.

Ive known the leadership at OPYS for years and they are very professional, very engaged, and dedicated to making OPYS successful.

Worst experience I have ever had in 13 years of practicing emergency medicine! I have never not been paid by a company.....and I worked over 100 clinical hours for this company, including over 36 hour shifts, and have yet to be fully compensated for my time. Doctors be wary! You will not receive a schedule, will be forced to work more hours than are safe, AND you will not be paid for your services. Stick with reputable companies like EmCare, ECI, Schumacher, TeamHealth, ApolloMD, but do NOT work for this company under any circumstances!
