Very nice facility. The customer service has improved since my last visit. So overall it was a very good visit and I look forward to returning for my next appointment. But the pharmacy staff even though they are very friendly it takes some time to get your prescription.

I had an appointment with the Obgyn doctor, my appt wast suppose to be at 2:30, I gets there the MA was very polite and quick, but when I get to the room I waited for an hour and a half just so a student dr. can talk to me for 30 mins then my dr. came to get her and never came back so I left after 3hrs......they are so Trash

I went here for x-rays and I waited several minutes. I was in and out. My visit only took about ten minutes. The gentleman that did my x-rays was courteous and very fast!!! Keep up the good work, x-ray dept!!!

Told me my prescriptions were out of their network so i have to have them transferred to a cvs or walgreens when i did have a cvs pharmacist transfer them they told them no prescription was a file to transfer. DO NOT GO HERE

Both times I have been seen by an OBGYN, my wait is over an hour and a half each time which is absolutely ridiculous as I have to get home to my children. Today my appointment was at 2:40, it is now 3:40 , and I have yet to see the doctor. Now I can hear the doctor in the room next to me and she chose to see a patient in which she has to use an interpreter to speak with which will take EVEN MORE TIME, and she is just having a conversation with her as slowly as possible through the interpreter. This is ridiculous. I will not be returning to this facility.

I’m done with eskenazi first they did t tell me they are out of network for my insurance and it’s been a week and a half that I called my doctor to see if I can get a prescription and have not heard back at all !

The staff that helped me was AMAZING! Patricia Alvarez provided me with an experience that was comforting, efficient, and informative all with a smile. She was authentic in answering different questions and her care for me as a patient. After I was settled in, Emeri C. Taivalkoski, NP came in and provided me with the same experience! Emeri answered all of my questions and was very relatable to make me feel confident in many ways. These two were a heck of a duo and would love to request them for my next visit! Thank you ladies

My son went in with a bookbag and coat & was released without either. How can you release him without his coat when the temp was 27 degrees!!!

This place is some bs..... I had a appointment a week ago and still havent received my urine results . Every doctor i have been to was able to give me my urine results the same day and prescribe me a medication... i have called 4 times and getting the same answer.... no results. Then I was at the appointment for hours... do not go here

Please I need my kids Dr back. He listen to your concerns about your child and look for solutions, but the present dr dont listen and when you are trying to explain to her it always seems as if you are teaching her her work.

My Son was treated well, and he has made great strides toward a full recovery through physical therapy.

I took my daughter here for a new patient physical. Upon checking in we were told that our appointment was rescheduled til the end of the month. My response was that we were not notified of the rescheduled/cancelled appointment and we dont agree with the new date as it is scheduled during the time we will be on vacation. Hence, the office assistant spoke with the manager and she was able to get my daughter seen today. The nurse practitioner that she saw was great! Overall, the visit started complicated as I was appalled at the audacity of the person that rescheduled my daughter appointment without feeling the need to contact us to confirm if the new time is feasible to a more acceptable ending as she was seen and received good care from the nurse practitioner and medical assistant. I believe they should work on better customer service and patient relations skills with their staff. Communication is important!

Very clean and nice. Front desk and registration staff very helpful. Nurses are great.

It takes time for them to atend to you but the doctors are trying their best and theyre also human like us. They cant be perfect but theyre as perfect as they can be. And Dr Blackwell is good. All the staffs are good.

If youre pregnant and these folks are your doctor, all I can tell you is to RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK! They will give you an unnecessary c-section in a heartbeat knowing good and damn well you dont need one. Do your research, most of the doctors are there doing intern so when you get used to her/him, they finish their internship and leave.

The clinical staff are awesome! The pharmacy is always rude. If you ask a question, sometimes they roll their eyes before they answer your question. I guess because they are in the ghetto, it is okay to act ghetto. They are much cheaper than commercial larger brands, so that is the only reason I deal with their customer service short comings.

They take forever to get to you knowing you dont got all day ......this is my frist time coming and I already have a bad start my appointment starts at 2 I came at 11:00 Im in but still have not been seen pitiful the light flickering off and on dont know why in my room its just not right its going on 3 doctor still not in smh....this will probably be my last time coming here....and when it was time for me to go in my room wasnt even ready so I had to go back in the waiting room and wait until they clean it up then they called me back in hour late come on now ....

Lady at the front check in desk should not be at the front desk she is very rude. Other than that staff is very nice and Dr. Fox is great!!

My brand new paper plates were stolen while I was at a doctor appt. Talked to security to get a report of the theft. Found out that the security cameras dont work in the parking lot. Police report wont be in system til Monday so I cant get replacements until Tuesday. Im out $25 and a vehicle for the weekend. Doctors are great... but having second thoughts of going back because of the lack of security.

Horrible very unprofessional, they had me in the back room for two hours the doctor never came. They never answer the phone and if you want to get an appointment with a primary care doctor they make your appointment a month and some out...

All of the staff is nice and helpful, but the last two times I have had appointments for my toddler I have had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere for a physician for him because that long of a wait time is unacceptable .

My complaint is with the parking. They spend so much money on making the grounds look nice, that tgey forgot that people need to get to the actual hospital and dont give a phlying phuk on how the daisies look. Parking lot is always full, probably by people who carpool, park all day and leave at the end of their shift.

They need to shut this place down. Lazy doctors and people who hate there job! Please dont go here they are super terrible!!

This place is an absolute disgrace!!! This facility absolute lacks patient care and concern without any consideration of all ethnic groups. This by far was the worst experience ever from the rude staff and office managers to the dirtiness of the floors and walls on to the being diagnosed wrong!!!!! They have no order in this facility I could have not given any stars I wouldnt have. Stay far away from this place its far from urgent and even further from professionalism!

Im 9 weeks pregnant and had a bladder infection last week. Tried to kke a appointment for the obgyn ajd they told ke i wouldnt be able to come in till mid January. Now i see why this place has a 2.9 review i called the hospital themselfs and i got a appointment for next week. They shouldnt even get 1 star more like zero

Its December26,2016. When I arrived there was only 1 patient being registered I was registered at about 4:40pm. They called the other patient back during this time. I was called back around 4:55pm. Now, there were no other patients in the clinic besides the two of us. I sat in the room for about 45minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. She asked a few questions, did a quick glance at my injury and stated someone would take me to x-ray because she was about to leave. About 3 minutes later I was taken tox-ray. That was fairly quick. But know with one other patient that me and one other parient I saw checking in when I returned from x-ray are here. Im sitting her waiting for them. They close at 6pm. Its 6pm. What is the problem? There is no body here. There is no excuse they arent busy. No matter how many facelifts or name changes they get, his the same old Wishard Hospital. Slow and backwards.

Omg !! Call them to see if I could get more medication, because an appointment is impossible!! Waited on the phone for 25 minutes so i can talk to some one and beg for medication!! Finally they answered Just to tell me they would call me back !! I have 2 days waiting on that call back !! What is going on in this place ??

I visited Eskenazi Health for my Foot X- ray. I had sprain ankle while I was at home. After a day , there was swelling and I was afraid there might be fracture. I visited Eskenazi Health Urgent care for consultation. Physician over there ordered Xray Ankle & I thought I might have to visit Hospital for Xray but with my surprise they had radiology service inside same building. It was quick. Almost less than 5 mins of wait time. Great staff.

After not having a Dr for 20 years, I had my first appointment with my new Primary Care Physician - Dr. K. Klotz at the 38th St. Center. I took too long selecting a physician, so my insurance assigned me to him. I was planning on choosing a female doctor but not wanting to waste time, I decided to give him a chance and I am so glad I did!Scheduling was a bit of a bear, had to wait several weeks before I could get in, but they said that was because I am a new patient and scheduling shouldnt be so limited once I am an established patient.The Facility is fairly new. It appears well maintained, fresh and welcoming. Free Parking that is somewhat inconvenient - not enough handicapped spaces and even those are a good distance from the door. For those of us who are mobility challenged, the walk to and from the car is excruciatingly difficult. The Health Center is a well oiled machine - organized, convenient, and efficient.. Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly, polite and knowledgeableThis being the initial appointment, it was a lengthy process.Dr. Klotz was wonderful. He spent considerable time discussing my concerns. I felt that despite all the patients in the building, in that moment I had his full attention and he actually listened. He was kind, and respectful yet honest and straightforward. All of my questions were answered in terms that I could understand. As far as first appointments goes, the good Dr. knocked it out of the park! I have spent a long time suffering and today, just by taking his time with me, he gave me with a long forgotten tingle of hope! I look forward to continuing down this path, to improvement and recovery, with him guiding the way! (you have no idea how happy I am right now! lol)An added benefit to this facility is the convenience of having so many different services at the same location - made me think of a Health Care Mall. I accomplished intake, Drs visit, flu shot, blood labs, X-rays, and Pharmacy without having to leave the building. It can make for a long day at the doctors office but it more than makes up for it by saving me gas money and drive time!These are all the little details that I was trying to find while searching for a Dr. Sorry it is such a long read but I wanted to make sure it was all in there for the next person scouring the web for a new Physician. Stay Healthy!

Im just dont understand they got all them doctors but yet waiting hours just to see a doctor for a check up ...its horrible and evert time I call to set my kids appointment they have no appointments! Never experienced this with any doctor but this Eskenazi smh

They need to hire people that care about their job and humans, not lazy people that wont even try to help you. Good Doctors, horrible staff starting with the guy that answers the phone!!

The dental service is a real shame.Very long waiting list for new appointments, as a result of the excess of patients that dentists have.The so-called Emergency Service that you can go to at 1:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. is not effective, I came for partial loss of a tooth and they wanted me to wait three hours to give me assistance.It is incredible that medical insurance does not pay for quick response to the needs of patients. I eat every day, I need dental health for adequate food intake.I would understand a certain delay in a public health system as many countries have, but in a private health system? Where the cost of insurance is so high that between the insured and the company where he works, they can pay the insurance company between $ 500 and $ 700 a month, in addition to the corresponding copayments.This miserable health system is a shame, where undesirables predominate who enrich themselves at the cost of our health.
