Killer technology. Awesome workout. Fun games. Indoor cycling studios have been needing this for a long time. Great instruction by Jeremy and top notch customer service with towels, water and snacks when you need a boost! Oh - and I didnt have to bring my own bike or shoes. BONUS.

I did the LT/metabolic test with Jeremy. It was a great experience. I could tell Jeremy loves what he does. He pays attention to detail and explained everything with patience in a way I could understand. He answered every single question I asked before, during, and after the test. The data generated will be very useful to continue developing my fitness on the bike.

I went to VQ for a Dexa scan. This was a really great and educational experience for me. I am very glad I booked the appointment. He took a lot of time to explain everything and answer all of the extra questions that I had. Im going to do some work on my fitness and go back and see them again later this year!

Loved attending Ladies Night at VisionQuest Labs! The technology is amazing, and it was a great workout. Jeremy and Dan were wonderful at explaining the different metrics. I’m finding that I’m improving with each class. Excited to come again!

I am not a Workout Queen. I actually dont like working out. After being invited by my friends to attend the Ladies Night I was pleasantly surprised that not everyone was a Tri Athlete or Pro Cyclist and that normal people can enjoy VQ alongside more experienced athletes. The class was fun, and there is so much going on during the class it goes way quicker than most spinning classes.

Your text:The VQL environment was inviting and the process well executed; from description of testing protocol, directions for the client to follow, and thorough description of resulting bio-analytics. As a result, personal objectives were clear with two actionable steps to be taken - shifting energy system use to more oxidative and taking in about 200-300 more calories with macro focus on protein - have had immediate impact. The body scan was clearly insightful as well. I look forward to getting re-tested and also exploring additional physiological testing to better understand markers and set additional benchmarks. Jeremy is a consummate professional, bringing terrific value and knowledge to the overall experience.

Fantastic time at Vision Quest! After losing 100lbs and hitting another plateau, I came to VQL looking for keys to unlock doors. Not only was Jeremy able to answer direct questions about why I’m struggling to get to the next level, he was able to give me specific quantities required by my body for nutrition and fueling. The RMR test can be a little intimidating - breathing through a tube and remaining perfectly still for even a short time can be quite a challenge for some of us. Jeremy did a brilliant job of providing a calm and relaxing environment while conducting the test, and talking me through it to the point where I was so relaxed l nearly fell asleep. Wonderful, state of the art facility, that was clean and CV19 compliant. Looking forward to more testing at Vision Quest Labs! -Mad Mikey B
