I was able to get in on a same day appointment. I have Covid-19 symptoms and was given a test. All precautions were taken to insure their safety as well as mine. I would recommend Oliver Family Healthcare to anyone who doesnt have a primary physician.

My family and I have been patients here for over 20 years! My daughter still comes home from college to see J. Chris Brinkley on her breaks and get her medical needs taken care of! I have never had a doctor that listens to me and cares about my input and understanding of the workings of my body more than he does. He is truly a partner in your care! DO NOT GO HERE!Myself, my husband and my son used to all go to Oliver Family Healthcare, but my husband and I left back in 2015, while my oldest son still kept going, until recently when he hurt his knee. He went to see Dr. Tuttle after the beginning on June 2021 after injuring his knee over Memorial Day weekend. Dr. Tuttle looked it over, told him to ice it and to come back if theres no changed. I called a few weeks later to see if I could schedule for my son to have an MRI taken since his knee has not improved and has given out on him a few times since. A gentleman answered my call and told me that they cant just schedule for an MRI, but that he would have to go through physical therapy first for several weeks and then if that didnt help, they will schedule for an MRI and that this was the only way it could be done before the MRI would be covered under the insurance. I asked how is one supposed to go through physical therapy when they dont know exactly what is wrong with their knee? He couldnt really answer that and become short with me and stated that my son would just need to be seen again. I then took the initiative to call my current doctor and made an appointment for my son to be seen. He was seen within days and immediately they knew he needed an MRI and today we received the results of his MRI that he tore his ACL and needs surgery ASAP. So glad he went and saw a real doctor and none of us will ever step foot in this office again.

Called for appointment on two separate occasions and was seen same day for one and next morning for the other. Waiting area clean with limited # of patients waiting. The care provided by Chris Brinkley has been quick yet informative with no sense of being rushed. Have been going to this practice for years and highly recommend it.

My first of several visits was in 2001. I remember being grateful for the compassionate care I received and the reasonable pricing. I visited a few more times over the years and suggested this office to friends. But each visit was a little less pleasant than the previous.A little over a year ago, my (last!) visit was not a good experience. The doctor was very condescending, and I wonder how she would feel if she had a friend or family member who was treated the way she treated me.She asked me the same question multiple times. Theres no need to treat patients badly--the vast majority of us are honest people who visit the doctor because we need help. I got a large bill for my trouble.

Sense Cris took over most of the staff has been replaced in the last 6 months. Most of the nurses and office staff are rude and incompetent. When my family and I moved here we where happy with the staff and care received. Now they do not send in the referrals even after calling multiple times the payment department do not always submit the claims to the insurance company first instead she tries to insist on payment up front. The doctor cares but dealing with the staff is to much work. I will be changing our doctor.

Horrible horrible place! no experience. they dont even have doctors there they have nurse practitioners. which is fine if you are just going for a regular check up. if you have health conditions this is not the place to go. they are money hungry. all they care about is you buying there vitamins and supplements. they never call you back with your test results. the staff is rude as hell. if you want quality care this is not the place to get it. I found a good doctor now. the staff is nice and he is very experienced.

Be careful as they are very disorganized. They have about 2500 patients and clearly can’t handle that many.They often forget to ask me to pay my co-pay after visiting. Then they’ll bill you later, not notify you and send you to a collections company and damage your credit.Then, they’ll laugh in your face about it when they stick you with the bill and fee’s later.Unfortunate because they have Great doctors. Just apoor back office.

Ive been coming to Oliver Family Healthcare for my medical needs for at least 10 years. Ive overall had good experiences, but things have changed in the past few years. There has been a lot of turnover in staff. Im on my third nurse practitioner. I feel like the office is often short staffed. The last few times that I visited it was hard to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. The last time that I had an appointment, they were 30 minutes late calling me into a room and I was the first appointment of the day.The main reason that I will be looking for another provider is that the office starting using a service called HealthLab. This service comes with a bill in the mail with zero details about the services performed or when your visit was. The bill is WAY more than bills prior to the service (was $7 and is now $140, for example), but if you call a number you can get the charges dropped. It just feels dishonest and like they are trying to cheat people out of money. I dont want to go through the hassle of having charges removed each time I have blood drawn.

Met with Dr. Banks, I am a cash patient. They are great at working with me to get the most cost-effective solution. Ive been back twice - and have been pleased both times. They also offer online-appointments at an even further discounted rate when the situation permits. I did have quite a wait on my second visit, but all-in-all Ill great service and Doc seems like a good guy.

I have been coming here for years, Ms. Lacey is THE BEST pcp I could ask for. She really cares and goes above and beyond for me every time. I never have to wait long, even when I am a walk in. There has been times as a walk in I delt with someone other than her, but she would pop in just to check on me with the other practitioner. Would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Was very happy here for a long time, but the disorganization here is frustrating and chaotic. Trying to call to schedule or cancel an appointment is very difficult. I was charged for a no show after calling several times the day before to cancel the appointment, and nobody every returned my call. The phone rang and rang, and eventually the call was disconnected without being able to leave a voicemail at all. When I tried to call about the no show charge, the same thing happened and I am unable to get ahold of anyone at this office, even during office hours. I will be switching doctors ASAP.

I have been with these guys for 7 years and they have been the coolest doctors ever. I live in the Geist area which is 45 minutes away and people ask why I would travel so far to see the doctor. The simple answer is trust. I have seen many doctors who care only about the money and not patient. That is the opposite of Oliver Family Healthcare.... patients come first.

Came in for a simple procedure on 2/15/16 and they didnt have the right equipment, I was asked to return in seven days at 11am and there would be no charge because I had already given my Copay, the Doctor instructed me that if the equipment hadnt come in I would receive a call and to avoid an unnecessary trip👍🏾 I did so as 1)instructed. On my arrival the receptionist informed me that I had no appointment😳 2) shortly thereafter I was asked to come in and be seen by the Doctor, the Nurse took my vitals and said I cant find any information on you, its as if you were never in our system so lets get all your information😳 3) then shortly after the DOCTOR opens the door and leans his head in and said, hay you just cant come in you need to make an appointment you just cant come in😳 As I attempted to explain what I believe was a misunderstanding he just kept cutting me off👂🏾 so I told him ok Im done. I used a vacation day in order to keep this appointment $$$ Doctors are to be held at a more professional and higher accountability than my auto mechanic.

Was a previous patient some years back and a walk-in today. Came in at 8:00 am, and even though they were super-busy (one np was sick and out) they saw me and had me in and out under an hour. NP Ricci is awesome!

Love this place! I have gone here for years before Dr. Oliver left. Just went and saw Keith Priddle Nurse Practitioner today he takes alot of time with you, you dont feel rushed and after 6 mths of hurting I feel so much better tonight. Hes an answer to prayer. My 22 yr old went to him a mth ago and he really liked him too.

Dr. Banks is one of the best Doctors that I have experienced. He was my Dr. in Granger and then when I moved to Indianapolis, I had to look him up and become his patient again.

Been a patient here for many years, they have always treated my aches and pains quickly and compassionately. From broken bones to high fever... The staff is well prepared.

Very disappointed with my visit. The nurse told me she had never given allergy shots and almost gave me 10 times the dose I needed. I had to stop her from injecting them. I told her I normally wait 25 minutes then have my injection sites checked and I was left alone until the office closed so I grabbed my things and checked out. To top it off a wolf spider crawled across my foot while I was waiting for my shots. I will not be returning for any other procedures.
