Sitting here just in absolute awe of how kind and professional this office was to me on my first visit there. After my concerns being dismissed several times with my prior PCP, and the ER department at Community South, I had just about given up on finding quality healthcare. My father, noting the exhaustion and frustration I was having with not being heard referred me here and I am so glad he did! They were all absolutely wonderful even right down to the medical assistant. The NP was fabulous and genuinely heard my concerns, didnt dismiss me or rush me out of the office after 10 minutes like my previous doctor. I had literally forgotten what good healthcare looks like until today. Well done IU, you have assembled a wonderful team in this office, and you beat Community Health Networks standard of care out of the ballpark, I deeply appreciate you!

Terrible patient repsonse, 3 times, 3 different receptionist Ill call you back! No return calls no matter how sincere they sound, miss diagnosis by Dr. Baldea, no referral until after their vacations and good luck your pain!

Stepped inside with mask on, healthy, and clean to just drop off a form. Was made to un-mask to put on one of their lower quality masks among a half dozen other people and use hand sanitizer from manually dispensed bottles. This does not seem safe!!! Leaving 4 stars because the people here are great and weve come here for many years without other issues.

This is a wonderful facility. Staff in each facet interact with you professionally and go out of their way to make your visit effective and pleasant. Team IUHPFIM are well deserving of a 5-star rating.

Excellent staff, I have labs drawn there every 6 months. Had a colonoscopy there and was very satisfied.

The drs and nurses are GREAT!!! But the front desk lady’s and ones who answer the calls are rude

The staff at this location works sick because it is IU Healths policy to write up any staff member who calls in sick. To avoid write-ups the staff reports to work with fever, the flu, covid-positive and with other contagious illnesses. Most staff members save their write-ups for their childrens illnesses, forcing them to work sick.

Ive been going here since I was born and just moved to a new doctor. This place is great if youve got a virus or need a physical, but they are horrible for what I needed. I suffered bad medical problems for years and was misdiagnosed several times due to nurses that didnt care and my doctors inavailability to see me himself. I ended up in the hospital because they didnt help me and was extremely sick. After I knew what was wrong I couldnt get anyone to really listen to me and what I needed and they continued to get things wrong. Not to mention theyd have me leave and come back all the time which gets way too expensive for a broke college student. I dont think this place is horrible, they just have too many patients to give really good, thorough care. The staff has been friendly to me and quick with what I need, however billing is a mess.Dr. Michael Brody is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful man and thats why he has too many patients to help me.

I like the doctors and staff at this place. Have had no bad experiences, but one bad experience doesnt tell the whole story anyway. I have to be honest, I dont think my old doctor was very good. He has since moved ;). But he was nice; I dont think he had that much experience.Ive almost always been given a good time slot here; I think they prioritize well, putting people with potentially dangerous conditions first. Thats the way it should be, not the case with all hospitals and clinics, unfortunately.

Front office staff is helpful and polite. Dr. Abeleda was a good listener and explained everything to me clearly.

My kids and I felt miserable today. I was pretty sure I had food poisoning because we had all had the same thing to eat aside from me eating one thing different and my kids can stop coughing really hoarsely today. Its a medcheck so of course youre going to expect a wait, but it was a lot less of a wait than an emergency room visit. every time I go here they diagnose correctly and are very kind and courteous. Lets just say I havent been able to hold anything not even water down all day and when I went and they gave me some zofran, I now am able to eat and I dont feel so weak. Who knew that even though my daughter doesnt have asthma, that her allergies would be helped by using her brothers nebulizer? Honestly never thought about it, but they suggested it and it helped a lot and they are both already feeling much better merely three after leaving. Thank you so much for the doctors and nurses there.

Was sadly disappointed with the doctor here, dr. Abaleeda. Saw him twice yearly for a couple years. My first visit he made fun of how I pronounced a condition I had in 2001. Smirked and giggled. It was a tumor on my brain, not a funny matter. I keep in mind that before this is a medical facility, it is a business and there to make money, first. But on my last visit when he said that the activity in my heart that caused insertion of 2 stints, was impossible. That it could not have happened. The cardiologist and my son reviewed the videos and they can attest, it is possible. Then he expressively rolled his eyes at me when I refused a bone density test because you are getting older and my bones are becoming more brittle and I said that it was my responsibility to adjust my behavior to accommodate more fragile bones that come with being 70. He very rude, condescending and incompetent in my opionik.

I prefer the PA’s and NP’s I see at this location and I love the staff. Docs typically seem like they’re rushed, but that’s more IU Health than the doc, I’m sure. It is great that you can typically get in same day if you’re sick.

Love my NP, Wendy, in Dr. Bormanns office. She is so helpful, always friendly, and spends time with me trying to solve any issues I have. If it is something she isnt familiar with, she takes the time to research it. I love her and feel very comfortable speaking to her about personal issues. I also met Dr. Bormann 2 days ago, and he was very thorough and spent time with me trying to make sure what my injuries from an auto accident I had earlier that day. Everyone is always friendly here.

My whole family goes here, very good service. Cheryl Heck is a great NP who listens and cares.

Staff is terrible and cant keep anything straight. Talked to an office manager to let them know so they could fix the issues and she never followed through or called me back like she said she was going to.

This place is horrible and dangerous. The doctors will misdiagnosis you, causing potentially life threatening conditions. Then proceed to over charge you. When you bring this to their attention with proof from an actual medical establishment. They simply tell you to go have intercourse with yourself. As a hoosier Im ashamed that they bear the indiana name. They should be stripped of any and all references to this wonderful home town state. Dr Kishan is a quack/fraud

Started with Dr. In 1988 best Dr. And staff in town they treat you like family.

IU Health has the worst billing department anywhere; no bills, duplicate billing, can’t get an itemized bill, bill you again 4 years later for something you already paid, adjust for insurance and then bill the patient for the difference, etc. You can also never reach anyone when you call. It’s just a nightmare. I like my IU medical providers, but the billing issues are a real turn-off.
