Dr. Keller is incredibly personable, professional, and kind. She is patient and so gracious in answering all questions and concerns that I have. Ive been seeing Dr. Keller for over 6 months, and her recommendations have made all the difference in helping to improve my skin. So many positive things can be said for her staff as well. They are very fast to respond to requests, help with pharmacy refill issues, and are incredibly thorough about everything. Im never left wondering whether something got taken care of or a question was answered - they always follow up and go above and beyond to keep me updated with whats going on. That is so appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Keller and the staff at IndyDerm to those looking for a great dermatology team!

You cannot convince me Dr Keller isn’t an angel. She has solved all my skin issues and even helped me with my canker sore. Her staff is also wonderful. I cannot recommend this office enough.

What a wonderful office! From staff to office decor, this office is great. The ladies up front are so kind and really know what they are doing! The lady I saw for my skin (wish I could remember her name, possibly Anna?) was awesome! Absolutely someone I would recommend to anyone needing skincare advice. I could not ask for a better office to start my skin care journey with. Thank you all so much!

We have come a couple of times to this dermatologist for various reasons. The office is clean, they seem to know what theyre doing, but their customer service is lacking. We have always been prompt and on time, but the time we were late, they had moved offices further down the road, accounting for our late arrival. They *claim* they have a 10 minute grace period (ironic, since I have waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by them before when taken back to a room), but when it was my word against the secretarys, they turned me away. Way to be understanding. Theres nothing out of the ordinary for this dermatologist so when they asked if I wanted to reschedule, I had no problem saying no. Ill find a dermatologist who actually cares about their customers.

I scheduled an appointment with Indyderm to have some cosmetic raised spots removed. Dr. Anna was very kind, patient, thorough, and quick. I was in and out in under an hour and had all of my concerns addressed. For my very first experience here this was a good one. The staff is very friendly and have a swiftness for getting you in and out and on your way. I had a wonderful experience and I appreciate Dr. Anna and her staff.

Dr. Keller and her entire staff are always professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Kellers compassionate & caring attitude instantly puts you at ease and I feel that she not only takes care of my skin health but she is also in tune with other aspects of my health and offers her professional guidance. My concerns and questions are answered in an easy to understand manner and when I leave I know I have had the best care possible from Dr. Keller and all of her staff.

I went to 3 other dermatologist and I even went to my doctor and no body was able to figure out what the rash that I had was. I went to see Dr Keller and she was the only one who identified the rash and got rid of it. I highly recommend Dr. KellerTo me she is the best.

Disappointed in the “treatment” I received from the PA named Anna G. It seems for acne patients they have a one size fits all approach, and PA Anna told me my acne has to be hormonal despite medications intended for hormonal acne not working on my skin before.She seemed set in her ways and I didn’t feel she was willing to listen to my concerns. I’m so happy I immediately got a second opinion from a new derm the next day at a completely different practice because the new dermatologist said my acne is very likely not a hormonal issue, and the medicine he prescribed me is finally fixing my problem after just a couple days.Everyone on their staff seems to be “nice” and I’m sure the PA I saw is a good person - but I truly didn’t feel any confidence in the PA’s abilities to treat my problem.

Anna the PA was so kind and an excellent listener! So happy I chose IndyDerm to treat my persistent acne!

No one likes going to a new doctor, dentist, etc. I was sent to Dr Keller by my primary care physician. Wow is all I can say. From the woman at the front desk who checked me in, to the nurse who came in to find out the reason for my visit, family history, etc to the doctor herself I was amazed at each interaction. They were SO welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable as could be. If Dr Keller was accepting applications for best friend I would be the first to apply. I will definitely be returning for some fun stuff rather than medical!

Dr Keller is absolutely amazing! She has such a bright , happy disposition about her, and she just made us feel welcome from the moment she walked in the room. She did a thorough exam on my son, and gave me a confident diagnosis. She was very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. She even took extra time to answer all of my questions. After struggling for years to get the answers I needed, it was so refreshing to find someone who actually listens and cares! I will definitely be going back, and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Due to illness I was unable to keep my appointments. I called ahead to let them know I was sick. SO because I was sick the Dr will no longer make an appointment for me. The dr and her staff might be wonderful I didn’t have the chance to find out.But I do know I’m very glad I’m not her patient.

Dr. Keller is very kind and knowledgeable. I am a rosacea sufferer who has found the Vbeam laser to be an extremely effective treatment. I saw noteworthy improvement in my condition after one treatment. She eliminated a spider angioma that I had beneath my eye with just one zap of the laser, and she didnt even need to use bruising settings to achieve this! I will definitely be going back to her again when I need another treatment.

As of today, Im a patient of Dr. Keller and will remain one unless her staff gets tired of me. The entire staff is very personable and helpful. The Dr. is amazing and very thorough with ideas and options. She appears to be very much a lets get to the root of problem person and THEN discuss treatment options. Incorrect diagnosis. I was told the swelling on my leg was nothing serious and was prescribed cortizone and was told it should go down in a few days. I ended up in the emergency room two days later with a staph infection that had to be lanced. Most painful experience ever. Know your body and follow your instincts. I rarely give a low review and I realize anyone can give a misdiagnosis but it could have been much worse.

Dr. Keller is a very keen dermatologist. She graduated summa cum laude, so she obviously is smart, but she has street sense, she isnt someone who did well in school and is now practicing on you. She is very good. Let her do her job and listen to what she says and you will be well.
