I would recommend this Dentist office to everyone and I have If you want to know the truth they are very professional and super friendly! I did have one bad thing happen but it was mostly how my body works it doesnt take to anesthesia very well lol but even after that I would still recommend this place over any Dentist I have been to!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Z for about 5 years and Ive always been very happy with my care. All of the support staff are fantastic and Dr. Z is a great dentist. He makes me feel comfortable and cared for, which can be difficult at a dental appointment. I have a phobia about one of the instruments and it is kind of strange but it is what it is, everyone is very accommodating with me about it which is really nice. I recommend Dr. Z to anyone!

I went to Dr Z Dentistry for my 6-month checkup and cleaning. My visit was very pleasant from the moment Christy checked me in until I later checked out and scheduled my next appointment. Ryan and Sherry are both gentle but thorough in their technique for polishing and cleaning, and Dr Z has a very smooth and pain-free technique as he does the final check. Dental visits can trigger some nervousness or anxiety, but this staff share a pleasant camaraderie providing a relaxing atmosphere for their patients.

Really enjoy going to Dr. Z Dentistry! The atmosphere is laid back and the staff makes you feel very comfortable, welcome and right at home! For anyone that fears that visit to the dentist - fear no more!

2 days ago I woke up at 3:30 am in excruciating pain in mouth. From both a couple of nerves, that was causing severe pain in my jaw, and causing me to have horrible headaches. That morning I was a walk in at Dr. Z Dentistry almost expecting the worst that it would be a few days before any sign of relief. They saw me right away, formulated a plan that should and would have taken several days worth of work to be done. Scheduled me the following day to get started. And all but finished with polishing that same day. These guys are amazing! They treated me like family in a sense, and made me feel right at home. Im not the type of person that does well at the dentist office even with simple cleanings. None of that was an issue here though, they made me as comfortable as I have ever been at a dentist. I highly reccomend these guys to anyone and everyone!!!! Thanks Dr. Z and staff!!

I highly recommend this practice. They were able to get me a new patient appointment the same day that I called. On my second appointment, I didnt even need to sit in the waiting room. The staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Held is personable and upbeat. The office is clean; the equipment is new; you cant go wrong here.

I wish I can give them 0 star instead. My name is Loan Tran , my orthodontist told me that I need to remove 4 teeth out before he can brace me teeth ( 1 upper wisdom on the right, 1 molar on right, the number 28, 1 lower wisdom on right ) I came and told Held exactly what my orthodontist wanted and I asked Held to call Bunch ( my orthodontist) to confirm that. A week later, when I came back to get my teeth removed, he told me that after discussing with orthodontist, they decided to remove 5 teeth instead. 2 weeks later I went back to my orthodontist, he told me that the number #28 which was supposed to remove was still there. I just was shocked because if I knew I have to extract 6 teeth I won’t never get braced. I asked them why I have to remove 6 teeth instead of 4 , and they didn’t know why Held remove extra 2 wisdom teeth on the left. I went back to Held office to have a right explanation, they closed all the doors, Held hided in the room next to the front desk listening to what me talked with the receptionist. The front desk lady blamed the false to my orthodontist that they let Held make decisions on extraction my teeth, when I asked for my record and documantation , they refused to give me any and they said Held and my orthodontist Bunch discussed through the phone. I told you they are totally wrong and malpractice. He charged me over $ 2100 dollars so far for teeth cleaning and 5 teeth removed . Nobody I told believe how much I had to paid for him. Held, I will follow this case. He didn’t remove 2 teeth for mistake, but for money purposes.

Dr.Held and the staff were great on my first visit... They were looking out for my best interest and were very helpful. Dr. Held was super nice and the newly remodeled office was great, too. Ive been to a few different dentist around the Indy/Fishers/Carmel area trying to find a long term dentist and Ive found that with Dr. Held. I will recommend him to friends and family. You cannot go wrong with this newly renovated dental office. Dr. Held knowing the stigmatism of going to the dentist office turned his newly transitioned practice, to a very welcoming and at home feeling atmosphere. The staff is so very caring and easy to work with on appointment scheduling and general routine check-ups. Having this great of a dental office here on the north side of Indianapolis is fabulous. I went in sure I needed a crown or cap. Dr. Z said nope, we can fill it. They filled it and another cavity in less than 2 hours and optimized my insurance benefit, so that I walked out paying $50 in cash and had a perfect repair.

Dr. Zach and his assistants helped diagnose a gum infection I was unaware of, and get it treated that same visit. If not for their expertise this infection wouldve continued to get worse and God only knows what could have resulted. I highly recommend Dr. Zach for handling anyones dental needs.

The office is warm, clean, and inviting with up-to-date dental equipment, (as well as beautiful bird photography), and the staff is very warm and very friendly with wonderful bedside manner. Most importantly, however, Dr. Held is terrific and the dental care is exceptional.

Botched root canal. Told them I had pain the next week and they dismissed it. A year after my original complaint of pain was dismissed, Held charged me for x rays and said that I had an infection. He sent me to an endodontist who told me the procedure had to be repeated and that I had no infection. There was also a condescending attitude from some of the workers. I was ridiculed and humiliated by a member of the staff and really wish my recorder was on my cell phone. Steer Clear.
